It's old, run down, breakfast is spendy, wifi is slow. People super rude at counter, had one answer 3 calls while I was standing in front of her trying to check in, then the other ignored me when I tried to check out. Not much in the neighborhood.

Nice decent place, I got free wi fi and breakfast. Parking was also free. No air conditioning, but windows are huge and open all the way. They class this as a four star hotel and could very well be but I wasnt in the room that would rate four stars. You might think that the word 'Superior' in the title of this hotel is a bit excessive, but in fact the quality of service in this hotel proved superior to that of many hotels I've stayed in, so that it almost felt like a family business where they take extra care of you, not just so you will come back again and recommend them to others, but because […] the happiness and well-being of the customers is of genuine concern to them. The staff all spoke excellent English and could really communicate and were genuinely helpful. The bed and bedding were really comfortable so you could just sink into sleep after an exhausting day of travel and there were special curtains to exclude the light. My only complaint about the room concerns the appearance of the shower floor which at some point had been covered in a substance which was peeling off and looked shoddy, the shower-head which was not really a massage shower-head and in fact had some of the holes blocked by lime-scale and finally the system of mixing hot and cold which fluctuated either way even once you seemed to have got it to the right temperature. I felt there could have been an A-Z guide to room services in English, including what you had to do to access internet in your room or if you wanted a wake-up call or to book a taxi etc. and another A-Z to different things that visitors to Bremen could do and when. Overall the hotel is very nice but expensive according to its services provided. The breakfast was not included in the price and even then the additional surcharge was quite a lot. The parking facility of the hotel is also not up to the standard. Nothing was available in the minibar.

This hotel was really comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is in a quiet location out of the city centre. Although we didn't use public transport (we had a car with us) there are good links between the hotel and city centre. I was attending a meeting at the Messe Center. The "24" bus was very convenient, 12 min travel time and running every 10 minutes during the day. With 1 stop beyond, one reaches the main train station where one can go anywhere. The hotel itself is well run and the staff is friendly and helpful. This was a very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. The quite part really sets it apart from the places downtown and is an important part for getting over jetlag. It is a little out of the way, but the bus can get you easily into the central part of Bremen. It is a reasonable place to stay if you are visiting downtown or the University. Das Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisen akzeptabel. Der Name SUPERIOR trifft leider nicht ins Schwarze. Die W-Lan Ausstattung war sehr schlecht, man musste letztendlich in die Hotelhalle um arbeiten zu können. Die Zimmerausstattung war soweit o.k., lediglich das Bad lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, met veel lawaai tot gevolg. Bedden oud, hard en versleten. Kamers klein maar wel netjes, sanitair gewoon goed. Wifi werkt vaak niet. Restaurant en gehele begane grond verdieping oogt redelijk modern, lijkt recent opgeknapt te zijn. Rest van het hotel, kamers en liften, fitnessruimte oogt allemaal wat jaren 70 vorige eeuw. Goed […] restaurant, prima eten, nette prijzen, vriendelijk personeel. Er is overigens ook een prima Griek op 10 minuten lopen. Mensen aan de receptie zijn ook vriendelijk en correct, en goed op de hoogte van alles wat je weten wilt over Bremen. Voor de deur parkeren, bewaakte parkeerplaats, prima in orde. Hospitalidade, tranquilidade, limpeza, boa localização, transporte público na porta, supermercados próximos, enfim um local adequado para descansar após longas horas de caminhada para descobrir Bremen. Voltaremos e recomendamos!!!

Bra hotell med sköna sängar och rent och fräscht. Något ålderstiget. Fitnessrum med bl.a crosstrainer. Något off men bussen gick precis utanför var 10 minut in till Bremen centrum. Fantastisk fin frukost och frukostmatsal med stort utbud. Parkering precis utanför som var videoövervakad. Kan definitivt tänka mig att bo här igen.

Bra hotell til den prisen. Passer fint i forhold til å ha som base for å være turist. Buss til sentrum tar 10 min og stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Hyppig avgang. Hyggelig personale, selv om ikke alle var så god i engelsk. Hotellet ligger i stille strøk og litt usentralt. Siden bar/restaurant er stengt søn/man og har korte åpningstider, må man regne […] med å gjøre det meste i sentrum. Butikk og McDonalds ligger rett i nærheten. Billig og bra hotell, sentralt beliggende, ryddig, rent og god frokost. Betjeningen var hyggelig. God parkeringsplass og gratis internett

Jeg fik værelset til en god pris, så man får hvad man betaler får. Jeg ville dog ikke kalde det et 4 stjernet hotel.

Rent og fint, enkel transport til sentrum, buss-stopp rett utenfor hotellet. Kommer sikkert tilbake.

Lækker og billig restaurant - god service fra både reception og bar/restaurant-folk - gratis wifi - godt værelse

Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Dadurch kann man die Innenstadt schnell und günstig erreichen.

Très bon service, propre et chambre très agréable et confortable. Le seul souci est que l'hôtel est excentré, situé dans une zone d'activité sans commerce de proximité, et ne vaut pas la peine d'être utilisé si on n'est pas véhiculé.

Das Hotel war wirklich super. Die Preisleistung stimmt. Nachts war es sehr ruhig - kein Verkehrslärm zu hören, da dieses Hotel nicht an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Zimmer waren o.K., sauber und ordentlich. Für einen Kurzaufenhalt größenmäßig ausreichend. Das Bett war mir perönlich bei 1,40 m und zwei Personen etwas zu schmal. Der Sonntagsbrunch […] war einfach toll. So viel Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt etwas weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber dafür fährt ein Bus und auch mit dem PKW ist man schnell in der Stadt. Dafür liegt man mehr im Grünen !!! Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel mit tollem Service. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The room and the reception were nice, but from the outside hotel look like a bit old. Service was great. Bus connections to city centre were excelent, so if you need a quiet hotel with good connections, this is the choise for you. If you want to be near everything, I would go to a different hotel.

Hoewel we maar 1 nachtje hebben geslapen in dit hotel, zijn we erg tevreden over de behandeling door het personeel. Ook de kamer was netjes en schoon. We hebben ook ontbeten (werd apart berekend), . Er was een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet. De volgende keer als we naar skandinavië gaan, zouden we hier wederom kunnen overnachten.
