this is the perfect place to stay while visiting Discovery Kingdom with kids. Pool is always clean and jacuzzi hot. The pool man even turned it up for us one morning as i like a very HOT jacuzzi. Every fast food place is a two minute walk away and the breakfast is great. Have stayed many times and it never disapoints.

We always stay here when attending Discovery Kingdom and are always pleased with this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi always work and are clean. Great breakfast. Clean, large rooms. Tons of fast food places next door. Great service. Great prices available through out the year.

Very nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options. I like more towels than were in the room, but if I had asked they were happy to supply them, we were only there 1 night, so it wasn't a big deal. Over all, good place to stay.

Very out dated, bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were bad. Mildew in bath tub corners. Room smelled really bad. I would not stay there again.

For the price, this was a very nice hotel. Great price, clean, comfortable room and great service. Breakfast was wonderful as well. I would definately recommend this hotel!

it's quite and cleaning.

We actually extended our stay due to comfort of room and the facilities. It has a beautiful breakfast and lounging area just off the lobby. The food is more than you usually get for a continental breakfast...I would say it is a full breakfast buffet, including fresh biscuits, bacon or meat patties each morning, and a wonderful assortment of tea and […] hot drinks available 24/7. Not to mention fresh warm cookies every afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the entire staff is both efficient and helpful. Convenient to I-80 and to many restaurants and a huge theater complex just a few minutes up the road. Also a great pizza and pasta place right next door. We will definitely stay here again. I stayed at the Quality Inn - Fairfield last week and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely nice, the hotel was quite clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly really good! The only negative point was, the beds were super firm. If you enjoy a firm bed, then you'll have great sleep. Just not my preference.

The hotel was clean and nice and very close to 6 Flags Discovery Kingdom. Breakfast was great. Pillows were terrible and the jacuzzi was only 98 degrees, not quite warm enough. But for the price it was just fine.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. It was nice compared to some of the hotels in the same price range as this one. Its clean comfortable and the service was with a smile unlike some hotels that just want your money and for you to get out their face. I'd stay here again for sure. This hotel is very clean and easily accessible from the main highway. The night clerk even baked cookies for my birthday!!! What a nice touch. She also recommended a good place for eats. The day clerk was also very helpful as was the staff in the breakfast area. Also could run my boarding passes in their Business Area.

Everything excellent - location, value for money, amenities etc. Breakfast exceeded expectation. Front desk personnel : Allision & Ravi were great.

My family and I stayed at the comfort Inn Cordelia right down the street the night before we checked into this hotel. We had a horrible experience at that Inn ,and our stay at the Quality Inn & suites was very pleasurable for the money. We will stay here again on our next trip. I was pleasantly surprised staying at a Quality Inn. It was extremely clean, very quiet and conveniently located to Benicia, CA. I had a business trip and was able to get a great nights sleep. I will be back in 2 weeks to stay at the same hotel. I was able to get my job within 20 minutes which made it very nice. A very pleasant surprise. I was pleased to be able to walk to a variety of eateries. The location is convenient as far as being close to a freeway exit, just remember to go over the overpass. I am an excellent navigator and usually map out my own directions. After site seeing, I got lost for 45 minutes so I needed assistance. I called the hotel. Very nice quality and services overall

We we're searching for a cheap hotel in the Napa area and it was really more than expected: - superb employee at the front desk gave us lots of helpful maps etc. for the area - large, comfortable and clean room - breakfast ok Will go there again.

no wonder it's called QUALITY inn. Quality inn is in good condition no matter from the hotel facilities or customer service. Everything from external to internal are all more than I expected. about 15~20mins drive to Napa, good location with low price but high quality. near Jelly Belly Factroy.

This allows for great access to short drives to the wine country, Sacramento, The Bay Area, the delta reigon. I will stay there again for the ease of commuting to all of my favorite Northern California places!

Was expecting run of the mill hotel, but this was far above average and priced nicely for budget vacationers. Very nice and clean with a great staff. Saves big dollars in "wine country" and has several wineries within 15 minutes travel time. The breakfast savings alone brought the nights stay to mid western type prices. Check the Italian restaurant […] next door. Looks are highly deceiving. It's cafeteria carry out style, but I swear was the best spaghetti dinner I have ever had, and that's saying something. Great hotel room! Beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The sofa bed was comfortable. The tv was a little outdated. The bathroom was nice. The hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy was delicious.

While this hotel is nice enough and clean enough, it does have some room for improvement. It seems to me that it acts like different hotels depending on who is working the front desk. I checked in early in the morning (8AM) and the front desk person bent over backwards to help me out, yet when I asked for extra towels before I checked out that night […] (8PM) I seemed to be an unwelcome nuisance. I stayed here because it is safe, clean, has a decent breakfast and I could walk to various restaurants. Costco is right over the freeway and can be found with instructions. I loved the swimming pool and used the gym. A lot of people use this hotel to go into the wine country. They have a computer to use and the parking lot is lit. I was happy with my hotel and the room I got when I booked it on line, but when I booked my room I wanted internet service in my room and hotels.com said it was available. When I arived at the hotel and checked in I was told I could use the room and internet service down in the lobey..but over all I was happy with my stay.

We had just finished going through Wine Country and needed a place to stay for one night. This was a perfectly acceptable motel. Pool and hot tub were in good shape and staff was quite accommodating. The surrounding area seemed rather dull, but it is a good place from which to enter Napa Valley.

We stayed there over the labor day weekend. The hotel staff was very friendly and curtious. All in all the stay was good. We had a minor issue at first but was resolved within 5 minutes. They had given us a room that was just vacated but not cleaned yet. The front desk realized that they had given us the wrong room number and immediately without even […] going back to the front desk the lady came up to us and brought us the key for the correct room. I booked this hotel at the last minute for a Labor Day weekend getaway. It's nothing fancy but it was a clean, pleasant place to crash for the night. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to everything a traveler would need in terms of food, fuel and coffee. Great value for the money.

We were just passing thru and needed a place to stay, we reserved a room that same night thru hotel.com via there 1 800 #, we were very pleased with the room, got in too late to swim but nice to relax and sleep, they had a good morning breakfast. VERY nice part of town in Fairfield and visited Jellybelly factory for free tour

While surrounded by fast food places, the hotel was fairly quiet, well-managed, clean and comfortable. Even the activites around the pool and spa were not as laud as experienced on different properties. Brilliant for a one-night stop-over travelling around California - comfortable, good-sized room with TV and free internet access, excellently clean throughout hotel, nice pool and gym facilities. Coffee-maker, fridge and micro-wave in room. Excellent cooked and continental buffet breakfast included in room rate (despite booking web-site saying it was […] not included) which is a real bonus in US hotels. Only downside was the area - although very convenient to freeway, the only food outlets within walking distance were fast food chains, but when in America, do as the Americans do... ie get in your car! Hotel with good personal and clean rooms. A couple issues: windows in room not oppening and conditioner is too noise. Other is perfect.

Nice large clean rooms, third floor smelled of smoke although we had a non-smoking room

The hotel was very nice. Even though the pool was small, it wasn't super cold, it was just the right temperature. The pool and spa was on all the time, the only time it was off was when the water has to be drain for new water. My room was very nice. I just wished I had one of the lower rooms where they were smoke-free rooms. My second guest have a […] smoking issue, and there was just no possible way for us to be fitted anywhere down in the first two floors where there wasn't any smoking allowed. So we got stuck on the third floor where there was smoke. We couldn't really complain about it because we were almost always in our room and the fan was always on so that way we couldn't smell the smoke epically at night. I wished that the hotels would have meet our need for a non smoking room or for our sake, a non smoking hall. The Quality Inn & Suites was easy to find and close to fast food and gas stations. We checked in - grabbed a few cookies they had - and went to our room. It was a nice day so we went swimming. Their pool is outside and so it was just what we expected. It was lukewarm and had bugs, leaves, etc floating in it. We liked the bed. It was firm and the pillows […] were decent. The room had plenty of space. We were on the end of the upper hall and thought it was quiet. We went to breakfast the next morning. The hotel was fine with the exception that the wireless internet would not work in our room. They told us it only works in some rooms.
