The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and other places were large. The front desk people were very kind and spoke English. I saw bus loads of groups checking in. There were coffee shops near by. We were stuck in Rome trying to get to the US for the second day in a row. While searching Expedia for a room that night we decided to try their "hidden, unpublished" deals. What a pleasant surprise! The only thing that was negative was the hotel offered no shuttle service from the Fiumicino airport so that was an additional 92 euros round trip. Nice friendly hotel....out side the city but good links to Rome Centre by bus and metro...The room was clean and only lacked tea and coffee making.....which meant you had to buy it from the resturant or bar....was quite expensive to eat in the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice easy check in. Rooms allocated near to each other. Good sized a/c rooms with fridge, kettle etc. Clean bath/shower rooms in both. Beds are firm but comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi areas are excellent. Sauna was apparently at extra charge. Journey into Rome was via bus and metro taking between 35mins and 60mins depending on bus. I survived it for one night . The pillow was so thin and hard it felt like sleeping on a rock, but if you travel with your own pillow, the hotel was all right. Neighborhood not great. We were advised not to park in the street because a guests car had been broken in. Convenient location in-between Fiumicino and Ciampino airport. Good price. Clean

It's a bit far from downtown, but very good hotel to stay in Rome in case you're traveling with a car and want a comfortable place.

As others have said location of hotel is not good for sightseeing. However staff were very helpful and in particular providing advice about getting in to Rome. Overall it was a good choice for us as we had a car and were flying out of the local airport.

It's outside Rome, I would only recommend going there by car. The rooms are very large and welcoming, very good value for your money. Staff is also very helpful. I honestly have nothing bad to say.

Bonjour, Malheureusement j'ai eu des problèmes dans la salle de bain. Le wc était en panne et l'eau sortait de la douche complétement. J'ai dû annoncer à la réception pour faire un changement de chambre ! Essayez de faire attention avant de donner une chambre aux clients.

Ho chiesto una matrimoniale ed era si una matrimoniale come letto ma con un solo comodino e senza quasi passaggio per inserirsi nel letto. Per il resto una buona struttura. forse un po' fuori mano per chi vuole visitare la città, ma per chi deve stare in prossimità dell'EUR va molto bene.

Lo scarafaggio trovato in camera, non mi aiuta a scrivere bene dell'hotel. Ho soggiornato in una junior sweet con mia moglie e due figli piccoli, gli spazi della camera erano adeguati, la pulizia un po' meno. Il personale dell'hotel dovrebbe imparare a sorridere un po' di piu'. Il personale del centro benessere e' invece molto cordiale e disponibile, […] i bambini si sono divertiti nella bella piscina riscaldata. Consiglierei l'hotel alle famiglie, se avesse un pizzico di attenzione in piu' per i clienti. Lo scarafaggio che ho tramortito in camera con una scarpa, e' stato "finito" dal personale dell'hotel. Non avendo fatto pesare per niente la cosa, mi aspettavo delle scuse, invece all'atto del prelievo mi volevano far credere che era una cicala... Personale attento e gentilissimo ci ha accolto alla reception con celerità ed efficenza. La camera, ampia e confortevole, era dotata di tutti i confort che si addicono ad un 4 stelle. La sistemazione è risultata di categoria superiore a quella prenotata senza aggravio di costi (suite in luogo di camera a tre letti). Suprema per qualità, quantità e scelta […] la prima colazione, servita con un range orario inusitatamente largo (dalle 6,30 alle 11,00). Anche la piscina coperta, perfettamente riscaldata e compresa nel prezzo, si è rivelata una vera chicca. Nous avons passé cinq jours dans cet hôtel pour découvrir Rome. Le personnel est vraiment très sympatique et serviable. Les chambre sont spacieuses, confortables et propres. Si vous avez une voiture et un GPS, c'est un bon plan pour visiter Rome. Le parking est gratuit. Notre technique consistait à se rapprocher du site à visiter en voiture puis de […] marcher.
