terrible arrival, pool under construction , had requested pool side room , next behind our room construction equipment / workshop, cutting tiles noise/ dust started at 6 am in the morning until 8pm dark, hotel manager only changed our room the third day, our room next to pool thousands of ants in bathroom , no hot water until 10 am, very very outdated […] run down hotel although on the beach, overall this property has been a bust / lousy breakfast buffet , have been using htels.com for an average of 15 hotel nights per year for the last 4 years but have no choice but to strongly recommend to take this pace of your list , G.M , New Jersey, this place should not even have one star อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Had fantastic 8 days at the Inna. Staff friendly, food lovely and overall service and stay was excellent. Only downer was the pool was out of service due to large crack. Would have been nice to be informed of this as could not go for a swim unless we went to another of their hotels. But overall a lovely stay.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights mainly for the location (right at the beach) and the free WIFI in the communal area. Location was good but it turned out that internet wasn't really free. You could get a 45 min voucher "for free" if you ate at their restaurant but after that you had to pay for WIFI. The rooms in which we stayed were very well maintained and had been renovated. Renovations are being carried out on other rooms to improve them. The staff were very friendly and always happy to try and help. The young trainee's were exceptional in their service and attitude. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom very modern. Negativt: Poolen var under ombyggnad. 5 minuters promenad till annan pool. Myggor pa rummet. Dyr internet. Positivt: Nara stranden. Bra service. Bra frukost. Bra pris.

발리를 가서 호텔 수영장에서 푹쉬며 책을 보는 느긋함을 즐기는 것이었는데... 풀장은 공사중이었음.ㅠㅠ 체크인할때 미리 알려주지않고 풀장이용을 할 수 없어서 어떻게 하냐고 물어보자 다른 호텔풀장을 이용할 수 있도록 해주겠다고함. 비치가 호텔바로 앞에 있어서 그나마 위안이 되었지만 다른호텔까지 왔다갔다하며 이용한다는것이 쉽지 않았다. 결국 풀장을 가보지도 못하고 돌아옴. 아침부페가 좀 부실한 편이었음. 나이든 분들에겐 조용하고 한적한 비치가 매력적임.

Vi havde ophold på hotellet med 2 overnatninger. Det ligger ved havet. Bungalows lidt slidt, men ikke påfaldende. Dejligt centralt beliggende ved vandet og strandpromenaden, men også meget tæt på hovedgaden. Mange gode restauranter m.v. tæt på.
