No A/C! Staff wanted me to wake people up at 2am when I asked for a fan which they didn't have.

Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. fab restaurant next door Flying Monkey or something like that. Will stay there again.

Great comeback after original booking at other hotel was "less than" our expectation. Very great 2 night stay. Thanks for re-booking us!

If you are looking for a hotel to take your pets with you and that doesn't charge a fee whatsoever, LaQuinta is the place for you. This is the only hotel in Hot Springs that does not charge a fee. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and that's enough when you're travelling with your pet. Only one ice machine and that's on the first floor, I […] guess that was the only inconvenience for me because I was on the fourth floor. I'm used to having bottles of body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and a face soap plus a bath soap and this was a little bit of a disappointment to find two bars of bath soap and one bottle of shampoo and conditioner.The second morning I went to make my coffee and found there was none, my room had been cleaned, but the coffee was not replaced. We went during the basketball tournament and had no idea until we arrived. Hotel was packed and we could hear everything going on in the hallways all night and the neighboring rooms, which was quite eventful. It was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. I would stay again, on a less crowded weekend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room had a nice modern feel to it and exceeded my expectations after reading all the negative reviews prior to staying. No construction was visible. Overall, I was extremely pleased w/the hotel and the price, when I come back to Hot Springs again, we will be staying here.

The motel and location were great. Overall cleanliness was really good except a bit more care on the bathrooms as there were some stray hairs on the floor - but nothing alarming!

the Motel was undertgoing construction which was known to us at the time of booking. the rooms were excellent, but lack of computer and vestibule services was apparant/ Lots of mess in the entrance hall and breakfast room. I enjoyed my room. However, I was very disappointed that there was ongoing construction in the front entrance as well throughout the hotel, and this information was not made known to me when I spoke to the front desk personnel by phone. In addition, there was no sign on the hotel or on the outdoor sign board by the street for customers to know exactly […] if this is the correct hotel for which they have reservations; a sign is needed asap because this hotel is behind another hotel and restaurant. The location was great. The hotel was being remodeled however there was no refrigerator , microwave and I had to get the front desk person to fix the air 2x before it kicked on but once it kicked on..it stayed on but if u turned it off to shower, it will not kick back on for another 2-3 hours! Overall the staff was cool

My husband and I enjoyed the stay, the bed was very comfortable, pillow were too soft, the room was very large. We did get our moneys worth, There still was construction going on in the lobby area. Worst experience ever. Even when the hotel is not up to part, customer service is everything, and it was a major lack at this hotel.

Room was clean but the rest of the hotel was being remodeled and looked like a dump and smelled like sh**.........

Our room wasn't too bad.. It was clean.. That was the only good part. They were renovating the hotel and the entire lobby and 1st floor was a disaster area. The front desk was literally a plywood "box". There was one elevator and the hotel was packed so there was always a long wait. We took the stairs once and when we came out on the first floor we […] literally had to tear the plastic to get out of the stairwell. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good,the eggs were a little rubbery,but the coffee was good and there was a variety of other dishes. The door to our room was difficult to close and the window at the end of the hallway was broken and had caution tape across it, we were on the 4th floor, we had to wonder what happened?

The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant, but the bed was horrible. I wouldn't return for that reason.

GIVE PEOPLE TYPE OF ROOM THEY BOOK. ALSO GUEST ON SECOND FLOOR SHOULD OF BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE OR SETTLE DOWN. WHY DISTRUB ALL OTHER GUEST.

overall a great hotel !; aside for the crib mix up in the beginning, the staff does go out of their way to satisfy customer. housekeeping is excellent; breakfast buffet was great; I would definitely go there again!!!

very good hotel to stay at we enjoyed every thing about our stay

Very nice staff. Comfortable bed, and reasonable price!

More than satisfied with our stay. Rooms were very clean, location convenient, and comfortable beds!

The room was overpriced for the area. The room was makred as non-smoking but definitely had a stale smoke odor. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the pillows were awful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because the breakfast was overflowing.

Upon arrival, we walked across the impossibly small parking lot towards the front of the hotel, where only a single attendant was working. A group of unruly, unsupervised teenagers were playing football in the loading/unloading zone, hitting cars with the ball and nearly hitting my handicapped mother as she slowly walked towards the door. Multiple complaints […] were unanswered, as nobody from management was around (or did not care, as I suspect). I had to step up and insist that the teens move along, as I was worried about my mother and my property. The floor under the hallways echoed loudly with even the tiniest of footsteps, such that two small children walking down the hall sounded like a stampede of elephants. The elevator was painfully slow (it's hydraulic), and the stairwells reeked of urine. The final straw was a 2AM wake-up call from the front desk (automated). A call to the front desk elicited a half-hearted apology and an excuse that the unsupervised teenagers (there were lots of them here) must have hacked into the computer system that handles the calls. You would think that any halfway decent phone system would call the guest in the evening to verify a request for a 2 AM wake-up call; it's common sense. Several people that I talked to got the calls. I believe it was the unruly teenagers down the hall who were calling the front desk asking for them. The hotel is along Central Avenue (the main drag), south of the city, but accessible within minutes to most of the attractions in town. However, the entrance is poorly marked. It is hard to turn into the property coming from the north, and it's nearly impossible to turn left out of the property onto Central Avenue. I would NOT stay here again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Nice and neat at check in and very cool considering the 100 degree temp outside. HOWEVER, our 4 lamps in our room had no lightbulbs and after calling the front desk to get more, they never arrived during our 4 day stay. Guess they didn't have any or forgot us??? Also, we had to request our room to be cleaned. Housekeeping picked up the used towels, […] but didn't do any cleaning, until we asked. Great breakfast buffet to wake up to. I checked in early enough where I should not have been put at the end of the hallway by the staircase on the upper floor.

Loved our stay here. Our group had two suites and a room with two double beds. I loved my suite in every way. Spacious, comfortable, clean. A girl in our group slept on the sofa bed in the other suite, and a spring was broken in it. In my opinion, sofa beds are rarely comfortable anywhere. The hotel staff brought a cot, and all was well. Booked room for 2 adults and 3 kids to sleep comfortably. Agreed to a king size bed with a pull out bed thinking this would sleep comfortably for us. After we checked in, we quickly realized this was not going to work. The king size bed was great, but the pullout bed was horrible. The springs were all broken, mattress was very thin and just very uncomfortable. […] I went back down to the lobby desk to see what could be done about it. The lady said they were overbooked and thats the only room available but that she would see what she could do. About 15 minutes later she called our room and agreed to give us another room on the same floor for free. We agreed to this and all was well. Speedy check in, great room, very clean, would certainly stay here again!!

Tried to switch rooms because of a squeeky bed frame, but the alternate room smelled like it had had a water leak and resulting smelly humidity. Not a big problem, but there you go.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There were two each soft and firm pillows which was very nice since I need the firm pillow due to neck problems.

Our first suite was not satisfactory. The ceiling was falling in, a/c like a freight train, an inch of light around the door, and the bed sqeeked so loud we could not sleep. We went through two clerks who did not care about our problems. The third moved us to another suite, but this one had wet carpet and an a/c full of water that gurgled. The pool […] is also very small and was always full of kids. Walls are very thin and you can hear children running up and down the hallways. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that they had complimentary breakfast, however they needed more staff to keep up with food replacement. The elevator went out of order several times during our 4 day stay. The temperature in the room was nice and they kept the room very clean. My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a weekend and have some fun. We drove about 4 hours to Hot Springs from Memphis, TN for the weekend. When we called the hotel to confirm some of the things we saw on Hotels.com, they said that their minimum age check in was 21 but it clearly said that it was 18 on the website. I was only concerned with this […] because Im 20. But other than that, the hotel was great. It was clean. It had a nice size TV. The bed wasnt really a king. It was as wide as a king but the length was somewhere between a queen and king. The customer service there was great and the free breakfast in the morning ( 6 to 9:30 ) was okay. The eggs were not that good though. There were no waffles. A huge bummer for me. The hotel we were in offered discount tickets for Magic Springs. They cost me about 32.87. But when we got up to the them park, about half of the park was under construction or under maintenance. But overall we had fun and the hotel was exceptional for what we paid.
