I had recently stayed at a comfort inn in dodge city Kansas and was kindof nervous staying in another one since that one was not so great. However this one was great! I will stay at this hotel again in the future when i'm out in that area. Only problem and concern was the temperature of the water during showers and baths. No hot water at all. Somewhat warmish but hopefully next time that won't be a problem.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to all the great shopping that Castle Rock has to offer. The hotel offers a great breakfast bar in the morning and it was very convenient.

We booked a king suite, it was roomy and clean. Hotel pool and spa were enjoyable. Staff was pleasant. Lovely area, lots of shopping and nice restaurants nearby.

Very nice clean close to all things you would want to see. Breakfast what you would expect/needed from a hotel. would recommend to friends

This hotel being in Castle Rock was great as it was in between Denver and Colorado Springs so convenient for all sight seeing. Also located in a hotel and retail area just blocks from Outlet Mall. Hotel was clean and reasonably well maintained, the desk staff was polite and competent. This was the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at.It was dirty and smelled so bad our eyes watered.

Hotel looked good on line - in person it could use some fixing up. Hall carpet was bad, breakfast was so-so. It was an average stay.

We checked into our room okay but found that our room and the entire 3rd floor smelled like rotton fish. They switched our room to the 2nd floor which was much better. Their excuse was, "someone must be cooking." We got a great rate but I most likely will choose someplace else to stay next time. The breakfast was good though.

I had to make a last minute trip to the area due to severe winter storms. I was able to make the reservation with no problems and didn't have to burn a hole in my pocket doing it. The hotel itself was very clean, like most Comfort Suites I have stayed at. The staff was also very kind.

Good: convenient to I 25. Good brewery within walking distance Convenient to outlet stores Bad: cleanliness. bed blanket was soiled, bathroom floor not clean breakfast: stale bagels, lukewarm coffee.

Clean hotel. Close to I-25. Perfect!

Very clean, looks new or newly remodeled. Our suite was very comfortable and more luxurious than we expected. Neighborhood of the hotel is fine, just a little desolate. It's out of the city near an outlet mall. HOWEVER - there is an EXCELLENT brewpub just next door so our night's entertainment was taken care of.

We had a good stay. Our only problem was noisy guests - yelling in halls and outside hotel at 3:30 in the morning.

Hotel was great place to stay- can't think of anything negative. I will stay there again the next time we go to Castle Rock!
