Not a luxury hotel by any measurement, but suites are great for extended stays and the staff was terrific.

The room was clean and confortable and a great value for the price.

first time I stayed there. Large comfortable room, with adequate working space. Free dinner and breakfast.

We reserved a standard room with two queen beds but they upgraded the room to a two room suite. The room was very spacious and equipped with full kitchen including an oven, a electric range, a microwave, pots and pans, silverware, and even a dish washer. Perfect for family travel, I guess. But the furniture looked rather old. One thing that was disappointing […] was the free breakfast that was provided at dining area. The quality and variety of the food were both disappointing. It's nice to have a suite instead of a tiny hotel room for the same money. The convenience of the kitchen and living area, wireless service and the free food at dinner time all made the stay wonderful. Wish I had to stay two nights!

Nice hotel, lots of room in the studio suite, a pleasant surprise to have a dinner (Mon-Thur) and full hot breakfast included in the price. Within short driving distance to lots of shopping. Will stay again.

The Hotel is best suited or a famly trip.

The people at the hotel were friendly and it was convenient to get to. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We had a great experience on our stay at the Cresthill Suites. The staff was very personal and courteous. Leo, especially, was a great help. Great accommodations, great amenities, great service!

The staff was super nice and accommodating. When they could not run the shuttle to the airport because they were a bit understaffed, one offered to drop me off on her way home from work! Also, they upgraded me without a problem after hearing an army buddy of mine was planning on staying with me for a night. Great place to stay, great staff!

We will stay there again! Loved our suite.

I stayed at the Cresthill Suites on a one night quick trip in and out of Syracuse. It was located right hear some other chain hotels and I chose it for the cost. I was pleasantly surprised by my room which was large and comfortable, almost like a small NYC apartment. As a matter of fact the only thing I did not like about the hotel was my first floor […] room. Excellent service, and front counter workers were exceptionally nice! Free dinner and breakfast, and cleanliness was reputable!

Great hotel so many conveniences and the staff is very friendly. We stayed during the xmas holiday & it has been the best hotel stay in Syracuse I have experienced.

Took my three boys to watch the Orange play and stay the night. Wanted something fairly close to Dome but in decent area for family. This met all of our expectations. Easy to get to. Hotel staff was very friendly and our room was in excellent condition. Great value for the price.

Stayed for a night. We were given a much nicer suite with cathedral celing.. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast (wish they had waffle). Highly recommended for staying with family. My kids kept saying "This is not a hotel. This is an apartment".. There you go.

Great value. Stayed here with friends for a weekend. We had two rooms. One room was spotless. The other left a bit to be desired. When we entered the room there was noticeable bad smell as if someone burnt some food. I turned out to be a pot of old frying oil that someone left in the stove. We have stayed here for a wk to 10 days every Christmas for the past 5 years. The room is not huge, but there's enough room for the four of us and our dog (2 bedroom queen size room). There's a full size 'frig and a full size microwave, plus a smaller dishwasher. It's not well stocked, but has what we need. There's 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which […] are free for guests to use (you supply your own soap). They even have a laundry basket for your dirty clothes! There's no restaurant on the grounds, but each week night they provide complimentary free food, beer and wine. Nothing fancy, but nice. There's also a limited complimentary breakfast provided. The location of hotel is very convenient to highways and Syracuse U. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The hotel's managers are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to find a good restaurant to eat and commentate our special need. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and others.

Very pleasantly surprised by our experience at Cresthill. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. Stayed at Cresthill for first ime December2011. Room was very large with a full kitchen, living area and two brand new queens beds Nice couch and and chair with Ottoman. Living area only separated by large flat screen TV that can be turned to face beds or couch. I recently stayed at the Crest Hill Suites with a large group of Co-workers. We were all very pleased with the service and accomodations. Hotel service was excellent! Overall, very pleased with our stay!

Very satisfied except that we were put in a suite dircetly above the lobby TV which was on all night. We kept being awakened throughout the course of the night. Apparently there was no need for this as we found out at check out. Many other suites were available we were told. It was my impression and opinion that we were given this suite since we had […] not booked directly through the hotel. My family had a nice stay. I loved that our room had a kitchen with pots and plates.

The only problem we had is that the room was noisy, we could heard the people above us very earliy in ther morning

The suite I stayed in was well appointed and has its own kitchen and living room. I liked the homey feel versus the standard hotel room feel that I'm used to. The people at the front desk are very helpful. I will be reserving a suite here again.

This hotel and our room was very clean. Great accomodations at reasonable rates with a full kitchen in the room and breakfast included. I would definitely reccomend this hotel especially if you need to be near Syracuse University or downtown Syracuse. Front desk extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff was great. They took care of me as if they owned the place. Very attentive and friendly. Room was perfect. Slept like a baby. They told me they just got new beds.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. There was so much room to spread out. The bathroom was spotless and so roomy. We didn't need the kitchen facilities because we were there only one night, but they looked great. The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. We would stay here anytime we had the opportunity. The service was great.

We stayed here as a stop over on the way back to Toronto. It was booked last minute and was a great choice. The hotel is literally 5 mins off the highway so easy to find but far enough away there is no noise. Check in was easy and the guy on teh front desk was brilliant. Our room did not have a sofa bed so he immediately moved us to another room. The […] room was spacious and clean and had more than we needed in it. Breakfast was really good, mainly continental but with hot eggs, sausage etc. Would recommend with no hesitation. My friend and I went shopping in Syracuse and were very pleased with the Cresthill Suites. We had breakfast and supper and really enjoyed the happy hour when we arrived back at our suite. The staff were excellent and would certainly recommend this hotel to any and more of my friends. We lucked in on this reservation.

Upon entry, the welcome I recieved was warm and courteous. My accomodations exceeded my expectiations. They were spacious, very clean, very quiet and comfortable. While I was there by myself for a short visit, I will definitely come back with my family knowing that the accomodations and service are so good. I would highly recommend Cresthill Suites

You cannot expect much more than you get staying here especially considering the price. Quick check-in and out. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Breakfast not great but what one would expect. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner is in the bedroom and is not very quiet. Had to turn it off to be able to sleep.
