Pickup was ontime, restaurants around so very convenient for overnight.

We were checked in very quickly. We had a few issues with our stay, but for the price we paid for a one bedroom suite, we were still very pleased. The hotel is on the same road as the airport, so when planes are landing or taking off, it can get very loud at odd hours, so beware of that. Also, the walls are paper thin. You will hear every time a neighbor […] opens or closes a door, even some conversations and I'm sure our neighbors were annoyed by our toddler who threw a couple tantrums during our stay. Our biggest issue was that there was a plumbing issue during our stay and the water was shut off for over an hour. This made flushing the toilet impossible, no showers, and no water at all. We also tried to take advantage of the guest laundry, but after 3 cycles in the dryer, our clothes were still wet and not even warm, but the hotel refunded the money we lost in the dryer. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was very nice. Lots of room for us to spread out. We had a flat screen in the bedroom and we had our son in the sitting area and he could watch cartoons on a separate TV. The sitting room also has a pull out sofa, which is nice too. hotel and room very musty smell. the lady at the front desk was distracted talking on the phone when we arrived and when we came back to ask questions later.

Usually love this type of hotel, but this one was slightly dirty & the staff clearly didn't want to be there. Free transport to & from the airport was a nice perk, but that's about it. On the upswing, there's a FANTASTIC cajun restaurant within walking distance, but the staff didn't know it was there.

While the hotel is (from 1-5 stars) about a 2.5. The surprise is the service. The frontdesk simply does not care. The clerk at the hotel did not send a van to the airport until I called for the third time. They made a mistake with my reservation...of course. I will not stay there again.

This is a lovely inn located about five minutes drive from the IAH in Houston. We stayed there both before and after our cruise. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy. The complimentary breakfast was great...bagels, eggs, muffins, sausage, fresh fruit..just what you need to get the day started. There is always coffee in the lobby as […] well. The free shuttle arrived within a few of minutes of calling the hotel. The girls at the front desk were helpful and friendly. My luggage was lost in Chicago (and took five days to finally find me in Freeport in the Bahamas)..my cellphone charger was in my lost suitcase and the lovely girl at the desk had a box of chargers that people had left behind, found one that fit my phone and fully charged it for me. I don't know what I would have done because I made many calls from my cellphone to the airline trying to find my luggage and I would not have been able to do that if she hadn't helped me out. My family really enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were surrounded around other locations that were good for children =}. The area is quiet and the breakfast was awesome! WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND STAY AGAIN WHEN WE ARE IN THE AREA!

Stayed before and after Galveston cruise and enjoyed convenience to airport and very prompt shuttle. Unfortunately, 4am wake-up call requested came at 5am inasmuch as computer did not catch up with daylight savings time...no apology, but, fortunately, caught plane.

Easy to request shuttle from airport...not the easiest to identify "where" at the airport you are tho; we had to catch the 5:00 a.m. shuttle for early morn flight and we requested a wake up call...we did NOT receive a wake up call....upon checking in, gal indicated confusion and uncertainity to time change and how it would affect her programming NEEDED […] call; obviously it wasn't programmed correctly....in talking with others waiting for the early shuttle, they indicated the same problem.....many were really scurrying....didn't get to use much as our flight arrived late on Saturday evening, we finally checked in around midnight and then leave at 5:00 .am. and with the time change, that meant 3 hrs. of sleep.....too bad you don't offer discounts on such short timed stays....but at least we got SOME sleep...room was way toooooo warm upon arrival tho..... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I was in town for a job interview and very nervous. I couldn't find my cell phone but the sweet women at the desk suggested it was in the shuttle and called and had them check entire van. They found my phone and returned it right away. She also recomended dinner for us at Holiday Inn which at first seemed impossible to get to but there were cross walks […] all the way there. we arrived at 2am and the clerk did not have a room for us. After waiting for a long time and watching her call around to find us a room, she finally discovered that she had another room after all. Really strange. Also the delay made us very tired the next day.

The hotel was ideal for our purpose, a stopover flight enroute to another desitnation. The shuttle picked us up promptly at the airport, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staf f were helpful when we had questions. I recommend this hotel an an inexpensive option for an overnight stopover.

We chose the hotel based on the price and also because it included a free breakfast and shuttle service to/from the airport. We arrived at the airport just before midnight. After waiting for 15mins for the shuttle bus, we called the hotel only to be advised that the shuttle stops at midnight. We were forced to take a $15 cab ride to the hotel. My family and I spent two nights in this hotel. The breakfast ok. The staff does not follow up on requests. We asked for a roll a way bed and they said not to be available we got a second room and they gave us the key of an occupied room! Then thwy switched us to a smoking room with out notice it was a disaster!

Our flight arrived late, the hotel was locked and there was no instruction on what to do other than if you already had an entry card. - I had to bang on the door. The check in time was listed as 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:45 and had to wait 15 minutes for them to clean my room. The soda machine did not work. The TV in my room stopped working and I had to change rooms.

I didn't like the smell of my room. I think it could be closer to the airport. I thought the breakfast was good. They also should provide better soap products .

First of all one of the reasons why I decided to stay on this hotel, it was because is near by the Airport, and had to catch a Flight the next day... One of the biggest advantages is the Hotel provides you with a free shuttle. When I arrived I was definetly surprised to find myself with a very clean room, fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot, all included […] with my stay... nothing can beat the free breakfast wich wasnt bad at all!!! hot waffles and sausage, coffee, tea, juice, and all you can eat. The hotel was vey clean, comfortable and the staff courteous. The only complaint I have is when I called to book the room, I specifically asked if the airport shuttle could take us at 4am and was told yes - they actually put me on hold to confirm.
