Nice big and clean room, service was great, loved having casino right there to relax at night

The room was newly updated and very clean. I had a very comfortable rest during my stay!

The room was Luxurious, the staff was friendly. would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time the Hotel was very nice, clean, and a secure place to stay. The food was good all the staff was friendly and helpful through out the Hotel and Casino, we will go back to stay.

I used the Hotels.com app on my droid phone to book this stay. I make that statement because there is a tab for "tonight's local deals". Using that service, I found the room at Sam's Town for an incredible rate. The room and view were amazing. I've always stayed at the Horseshoe but it was full, I had to stay at Sam's Town. It ended up being nicer than the Horseshoe.

Our room was extremely comfortable, and elegant. No complaints. The bathroom was over the top and most accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is great. New carpet, fresh paint. Only bad thing if you are a non smoker is the casino makes it hard to breathe with all the smoke. I thought there was a fire at first from all the smoke.

The room was very clean. Bathroom was huge! Nice spacious room.

It is a great casino. the luxury room was very nice and clean. the only issue was the ventilation didnt work in the bathroom but was not that big of an issue. EL Dorado is very close so we were able to walk over to it as well. The boardwalk is just a 5 minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay here other than the fact that you have to pay for internet services and it did not work half the time.

Great fun, but the lunch buffet @ Diamond Jacks was unbelievable--of course I was there on Friday goin into the week-end tryin to impress the Texans. Sam's is consistant. Pete

This is a nice hotel albeit too expensive on weekends. Room is very nice. Bed and pillows are wonderful. Casino is small and not nearly as nice as the Eldorado next store (which was sold out). Everything but the room service was bad. The casino is smoke filled and loud. We were supposed to get a luxury room and didn't, plus it took them forever to find our reservations. Will not be back.

This hotel was very well maintained and the staff was great. The room was very nice and I would stay again if I had the opportunity. The only problem was that all the elevators stopped working for a while early Saturday morning (02/11/12). I ENJOYED MY STAY AT YOUR HOTEL AND CASINO.I HAV ONLY ONE CONCERN THERE IS TOO MUCH SMOKE IN THE CASINO PEOPLE THE HAVE BREATHING PROBLEM CANNOT STAY VERY LONG IN THAT MUCH SMOKE. I THINK YOU SHOULD INVEST IN A GOOD VENTERLATOR SO WE CAN GAMBLE LONGER WE NEED TO BE CONSIDERED ALSO, THANK YOU

My Stay was GREAT, would come again. I`m thinking about giving my Birthday Party there in August. had a wonderful time. I love the Band that played both Nights.

The Horseshoe Hotel and room were very nice. However, after dinner I was rushed to the Hospital and we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful room. My husband was picked up at the Hospital by a courtesy car at 4am, which was very nice . He tried to book an additional night at the same price and they were not able to do so. Ample parking, easy to get to, great room. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Needs some updating but they are in the process of a total renovation so that should take care of the minor problems that I noticed with the room. Air conditioner was broken the first night but when I called they sent someone immediately and fixed the issue. All in all, this is a great room for a great price.

Cool for last minute trip. Luxury room had a distinct odor to it but nothing unbearable. The room was pleasing to the eyes. My friend had a better room that was on the 14th or 15th floor that appeared much more cleaner than mine and it had a flat screen. Food is expensive but the portions are huge. It served it's purpose.

air conditioner didn't respond to changes I tried to do. Hotel room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Need a bit more ventilation from smokers in the lobby. I could not even go into the casino areas due to the heavy smoke smell.

Good stay and the convenience factor for the casinos is obvious. Some construction noise somewhere close in another room woke us up before we were ready to get up but that shouldn't be an all the time thing.
