Very affordable pricing for spacious rooms and all the regular amenities that a hotel is supposed to provide. Being right on the boardwalk obviously has its advantages. The only pain point was the check in process which took very long.

Let's just say the bathroom was very nice and clean. However when we got there we had to move to another room because the room we had had a smell to it. The rugs in the hallway were dirty. The place reeks of smoke even though we were on a non-smoking floor. When housekeeping was called it took a very long time for them to come. A guest had thrown up […] all in the hallway and it took them two and a half hours to clean it up. The pool was not working and they didn't even have a Jacuzzi that was available or a sauna for that matter in the fitness area. Not all of the casino games were up and running. I feel that they should at least let you know if things aren't going to be working week before you get there Also I didn't realize it until after I made my reservation that we would have $100 hold on the room Which was separate from the already paid confirmation I got from hotel.comI was not very happy with my stay. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I stayed at most the hotels out here and the showboat is the best so far for the price. two problems a lil slow with the drinks and its far from alot of the good food spots but still worth it.

Good place but a little far away from the center point of Atlantic City. Not very convenient.

We were annoyed that we had to pay for parking. We got in late and were tired from driving and had to wait in line to check in because there was only one person on duty. It was a long walk from the car to the hotel. I don't think we would stay there again.

All hotel & casino employees we encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. The ocean view from our room was beautiful. We will definitely stay at the Showboat again.

Great hotel and friendly staff but the area to drive through to get to thw hotel is less than diserable. Boarded up and run down stores and homes. Once you get to the hotel though u would never know.

Great prices, comfy bed, clean bathroom, Slightly speedy check in. Check in is at 4pm so do not try to show up early if you have not paid the fees to do so. They have pet friendly rooms. While I did not get on for this stay, it was nice to know that it's a possibility in the future (although you can not have dogs on the beach). The trade off for the […] price is the location. Very reasonably priced, pleased with the "upgrade" choice with meal & drink vouchers and free parking. The room was clean and it was easy to get around with the shuttles.

Hotel has gone downhill in terms of cleanliness. Only the very low room rate would prompt a return.

It was a terrible stay. Waited in line to check-in, when got to front of line was asked if I was a Gold Card member, told me I was in wrong line, had to wait in a new line for another 20 mins then the same woman that told me I was in the wrong line took me. No bellhop to help with bags, took cart for get out bags to the room. I was confronted by a valet […] who told us we couldn't use the cart without a bellhop and when we told him we'd bring it right back, he took the cart and told us "this isn't a Motel 6". Rooms were outdated, no flat screens only TV from the 1980s,, holes in the curtains, stains on the rugs. No where to plug in cell phones, no hotel directory in the room, only a room service menu that was stained and stuck together. If the concert we went to was not in this hotel, we NEVER would have stayed here. This is our first and last time we will ever stay at this "hotel". อ่านเพิ่มเติม

For the amount of money that we paid for our rooms you would think we could at least have a bedspread on the beds. The shower did not work ......there was hair all over the bathroom floor.....the windows were so dirty that you could not see out of them. I have stayed in rooms that were much much cheaper that were nicer and better maintained than here. […] A crazy amount of money later and we did not even want to shower in our rooms. The hotel was nice. The rates were very affordable. I had difficulty finding my way around. The servers didn't come around very often, had to look for someone to serve us drinks while playing the slot machines. The room was very clean. I like staying at the Showboat. The only negative thing I can say is the front desk does not have adequate staffing at the check in time. The line was so long I left and took a walk. The desk is also confusing. They have seperate lines for the high rollers but I have never seen anyone on those lines. Arrived at the hotel at 4:30pm. The check-in line was VERY long. Waited 1/2 hour in line to check-in. The room was in a convenient location, but was over priced for the size and amenities included.

The stay was nice, but the person that check us in did not know what come w/our package..( free parking, room upgrade etc) we have a few others things that she did not know, another person had to tell us about it

day before checkout had to evacuate the room,due to a fire. Not allow to return to room for aleast 3 hour. and hold 3 hour their was no one give use any inform. we spend aleast hour in the cold went notice the casino was still open. then found out that only 4,5,6 was evacuate. on return to our room notice smear of electricity fire. Had to firt desk […] due water was leak in the bathroom inform that we was being move to the 11 floor. and giving a $50. food vouches for owe inconvenience which was nice of them. Stayed at Showboat to see concert in the House of Blues which is right in the hotel. VERY convenient although not many of the "service" workers seemed to know where the House of Blues is in the hotel. This was my first stay at showboat. Loved it. Nice hotel. Clean room. I was on the 17 fl. Had a nice view of atlantic ocean. Showboat has nicest access to the beach. Casino experience was decent too. Everything was great but the room we reserved was a non smoking room and the person who checked out prior smoked. Had to move to a different room which also was smoked in prior but not as bad. What is the point of non smoking rooms?

The hotel was not bad. A little annoyed as we were told we would have a king bed and ended up with two Queen beds. Not the worst thing in the world, but not what I paid for. Secondly after putting some of our clothes in the drawer I pulled them out to have them covered in a layer of dust. Thats completely unnaceptable. If it was like a few dust particles […] thats one thing but when a black vest comes out gray, not good. Luckily a lint roller we packed took care of most of that mess, but they need to do a little better maintaining the room. Water pressure in shower was also pretty weak. From check-in to check-out a totally enjoyable experience! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went down to see the show at the House of Blues (Raul Malo and The Mavericks were outstanding) and having everything in the same hotel with the boardwalk and beach just outside our door was pleasantly convenient.
