Best Western Plus Seville Plaza Hotel - แคนซัสซิตี

The staff was very nice, the room could use a make over, but was clean, safe and large. The entire hotel has had better days, but it was good for a short stay.The breakfast was very good, except for the eggs. It was centrally located. Perfect for our needs.

This was a business trip that also included retrieving two young puppies before heading home to Alaska. The hotel staff was most gracious in keeping me on the ground floor - the back area of hte hotel has a designated dog walking area that was more than helpful too. I would recommend this hotel again without hesitation.

Place is outstanding. People are good and the rooms are comfortable & clean.

Decent breakfast. Real scrambled eggs. Waffle maker. But no plain black tea, only flavored. Clean rooms. Small courtyard area out back with a couple of tables.

Good choice; needs more breakfast room if five parties try to eat at once

Good hotel for the price. 3 blocks from country club plaza. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Shower left a little to be desired. Otherwise, good place to stay when visiting the plaza.

For it being an older hotel, it was very nice. The staff was very accomodating and it was in a very nice part of town. Just 1/2 mile from one of the nicest shopping plazas in the state.

Hotel was clean, with updated room decor. 19" tube TV was fine for one night's visit. Lobby and other common areas show the hotel's age. It is located in Westport, which is adjacent to KC's Seville Plaza. Westport has fewer trendy restaurants and shops than it did when I briefly lived in KC. For a brief stay, the hotel is acceptable. Fine for a short stay--clean room. Decor is a bit worn but staff was friendly and location was good.

We stayed one night (a Saturday) and tried to save ourselves twenty dollars by staying a couple blocks off the Plaza. Definitely not worth it. The staff was fine but this was a smaller hotel on the edge of a borderline neighborhood. The room was clean, no complaints there, but we heard many police sirens through the night which was a little disconcerting. […] Add to that that my husband was followed by a police car while he looked for parking, (I think they were actually trying to make sure he was safe) and we were a little put off. I lived in KC and I know the neighborhood, and I thought 3 blocks off the plaza would be fine, but it definitely felt a little more unsafe. Other than that, the only other complaint was the breakfast- it was a letdown. Most hotels, many in the same price range offer a wider range and quality of breakfast items. Over all good stay just small complaints the stair well smelled bad and the breakfast area was very small but the room was clean front desk staff was nice very good location for the money not sure there is a better value for the location

They were a bit outdated & extremely slow. They need to keep up with the condition as some people do need to make use of them.

I was a little disappointed that this hotel wasn't a litle taller and the rooms were okay, but nothing fancy. The hotel was very well located for our purposes, however, since it was close to both the art museum and the plaza and not too far from westport. Breakfast was okay. The eggs weren't very good, but the sausages were good and the rest of breakfast […] was well stocked and there was a little selection. The hotel rate was very competitive, hotel staff were great and very helpfuil. Room was modern and nice. Very happy with the room and service. About 15 minutes walk to the Plaza in KC.

Great hotel overall. Great breakfast and location too. Just be careful that your window doesn't face the QT gas station, otherwise you'll be listening to cars, music, and noise all night!

I stayed for 3 nights. It was a ver, very clean room. I will stay there every time I go back.

We chose the Best Western Plus Seville Plaza due to it's being so convenient to the Plaza shopping area. Staff was friendly and helpful, the surrounding neighborhood was fine, and our room and bed were excellent, comfortable and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Recent renovation described in some reviews is completed and everything was in top-notch […] shape. Walking distance to dowtown destinations

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Would have liked to have stayed longer to check out shopping at The Plaza. Great area. Only "complaint" slow draining tub. Would stay again.

This is our second stay this year. We love the proximity to the Plaza. In September, we walked through the park to get the Plaza every day. Getting on Main Street is a direct drive to Crown Center, the Power and Light District and the interstate. The rooms are spacious and clean. We came to Kansas City to visit the Plazza and Power and Light District. Hotel was in a good location, and the shuttle service was great. Hotel room was old and in much need of a make over, however the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at this hotel! It was all-accommodating in every way.

Location was perfect for us, room was extremely comfortable. But best part was the shuttle service....driver was friendly and didn't seem to mind driving us a few different places.

The bed was very uncomfortable, otherwise, it was a nice room.

The hotel is on a very busy street and the windows are single pane and let a lot of street noise in plus our window was in need of serious repair which was never addressed in the two nights we stayed. Beds were comfortable, however.

The hotel clerk on the night shift for our late arrival was most gracious. he had solutions to problems at a time of night when solutions are few and far in between. Way to go, Ron.!

The staff was very helpful in helping us decide where to eat, etc. The room was very clean and so was the hotel.

I booked this hotel for my 30th birthday party weekend at The Plaza. This hotel was much less than others closer to the Plaza, but the hotel offered a shuttle service to anywhere within a 10 mile radius of the hotel for free! It was perfect to drop us off at dinner. Situated on Main street, nestled between a funky bar district (westport), the nelson atkins, the Art Institute, and the Plaza, this is a full service comfortable hotel. Best bed i ever slept in. period. i mean it cured my backache good. The breakfast was good - far beyond your usual muffins-and-juice affair. there were sausage, biscuits, toast, bagels, […] muffins, cereals, oj, milk, coffee, tea, gravy eggs and waffles. I was surprised to find this newly renovated hotel at such a great price and just a short drive from downtown's Crown Center and The Plaza. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the service was accommodating.

Yes, the carpets are a bit worn and a little stained, but the beds are clean and comfortable and everything works. The breakfast room is small, but there is a variety of food and things are kept topped up. I would stay here again.

Hotel was right at the edge of good part/bad part of town, a little frightening. Hotel was WAY overpriced for that part of town and the amenities offered. Would not stay there again.
