I stay at the Jameson every time I travel to Eden NC which is about 3-4 times a year. It is close to my family and I get to have the privacy of being away from them as well. I've never had a bad experience at this Jameson and I highly recommend it.

I had requested a non-smoking room and when I opened the door to the room, I could immediately smell that someone previously had been smoking in the room. I called the front desk and they offered to move me to another room. It was not that overpowering so I stayed. Hotel room responsive and concerned.

I usually love staying at any Jameson Inn; they are known for their quality service. This particular hotel; however, had poor housekeeping services. Although my room was clean when I arrived, it was not cleaned for the two days I stayed there. Hard bed, old needs to be updated! WIFI signal was so weak that I couldn't connect. I would not recommend!!!

The motel has a very helpful staff and the rooms are alright. The carpets are wornand the bedding needs to be replaced. There are several good restraunts in the area for your dinning. Room was very clean and updated. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to food and shopping. Breakfast was nicely stocked with good selection. Only minor complaint was lack of information upon check-in. Was given a room key with no information of where to find anything or what time to check out. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

For the most part the hotel was fine. They use these little pillows that feel overstuffed and are a little hard, which if you have been travelling for long periods, doesn't make the sleep easy. The shower has cracks and was peeling up on the bottom with a big section missing so it was hard on the feet first thing in the morning. The people were nice, the breakfast okay, the room seemed clean enough but I was itching for days and still have scabs from this room. The hotel did a check and at least the bugs weren't bed bugs but that is a small consolation.

Check in is at 3:00 but we arrived around 1:00. Housekeeping had not finished cleaning the room, however, when the front desk called her she dropped what she was doing and finished cleaning our room. Upon entering the room, the smell of stale smoke and beer (similar to a bar) hit me. Furniture was shabby. Bedding did not smell fresh either.

There are not many hotels in Eden but this was a good option for the money. The bed was very comfy and the room felt clean and did not have a musty odor. The tv was a flat screen.

This was a great hotel, the best in the area. The price was pretty good and the service was great, especially one of the cleaning ladies. If I were staying in this area again I'd definitely be staying at the Jameson.

The room was clean and neat. The bed was a little hard for my comfort but not bad. The room was nonsmoking, but had an odor like it had once been a smoking room. The desk clerk was very friendly. I would not want to stay for an extended time but it was a nice place for a 1-night stay.

I have stayed at this Jameson Inn several times. However, this was the first time I booked it though Hotel.com. I knew what to expect and it was great. Because I am usually visiting family when I stay at this Jameson Inn, I know exactly what to expect and they fulfilled my expectations.
