2 night stay - first night was on 2nd of 3 floors, I think elephants were chasing children in the room above ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Incredibly loud. We were simply impressed by the overall facility . The rooms were great, the beds were the best, and everything was so very clean. The breakfast was wonderful.

We have stayed at this location several times due to being in the area to visit my son. Since we have started staying there we have noticed a decline in the service and accommodations from not giving us the rate that was quoted, having the pool area so hot that they had to have fans to clear the steam in the room, to not having the room stocked with […] supplies that we need. The hotel was clean, but there was a musty odor in the hotel and our room. The first room we were provided was on the first floor and the smell was so bad we asked to change rooms. While the second room we were assigned on the second floor was better, we had to turn the A/C on full blast to overpower the musty smell in the room. Overall, not a bad place to stay. Close to the highway, shops and restaurants and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool was a plus for our daughter. Warning for those on tight budgets, they charge you $40 on your credit card for incidentals and it stays there for a few days even if you didn't use anything extra. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was decorated very nice and the beds were very comfortable The continental breakfast had a lot of selections and was really good. The staff was nice, especially the night shift front desk girl (can't remember her name but she is from New York). I would definitely stay there again.

All around, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, no disappointments other than the broken hot tub. :)

Booked 2-nights to attend a wedding in Nashville suburb. Exceptionally clean; friendly staff; new mattress was delightful! Breakfast choices can accommodate diabetic diets along with the usual motel breakfast fare. Fresh apples, juice and coffee/tea always available. Safe location with restaurants nearby. Also, other hotels nearby made it easy to visit […] with other wedding attendees staying there. Pool hours 7am to 11pm. Whirlpool was a bit too hot for me. If you are looking for a decent and convenient place to stay near Nashville I would recommend this hotel. It is clean, the staff seems nice, and the free breakfast is adequate. The only things I didn't care for are strictly my personal preference and have nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. Fairfields, to me, tend to have somewhat "boxlike" […] rooms that I tend to dislike. The bathrooms are also not configured optimally, in my opinion. The stay was excellent. The staff was extemely fiendly and nice. The room was clean and fresh and it slept comfortablely. It was located near major shopping venues and restaraunts. I would recommend it to my friends to stay there.
