Activities desk personnel were completely unhelpful. Also wish they would spray for bugs and mosquitos. We were eaten alive and they didn't sell bug spray at the hotel botique. My husband and I had stayed there during our honeymoon and loved it so much we decided to go back to it for our 10 year anniversary. The property, even though it had changed ownership from Sheraton to Hilton, was everything we had remembered. Fantastic location, over-water bungalows built right in the middle of a coral garden so that you can snorkel […] right off your deck, excellent service, and Moorea is still in our opinion the island with the most breath-taking scenery in all of French Polynesia. Even though we had to endure a minor hick-up on March 11 when we were asked by the hotel staff at five in the morning to gather up our most important belongings and come to the hotel lobby because there was a tsunami alert, the staff handled the crisis beautifully in a relaxed and friendly manner. We were served warm pastries right out of the oven, juice and coffee, while waiting for further isntructions, then walked across the street up onto the mountain behind the hotel where more pastries and juices awaited us. The staff kept everybody informed personally of what was going on, asking about individual situations and discussing how the plans for the day might be affected, then we were calmly led back to the hotel once the alert was lifted about 4 hours later. The only negative comment I would make about the hotel is that the cost of the breakfast buffet was not included in our room price and they charge the equivalent of $50 per person for breakfast, which we felt was very steep for the quality of the buffet (OK but nothing sensational that would justify that price). We would have prefered to pay $100 more for the room an not be charged for breakfast. This being said, we would go back to this resort in a heartbeat. Truly a magical place.... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

All I can say is amazing. The views, bungalow, snorkeling, and staff. The only thing that was inconsistent was our service and food at the restaurant. The crepe bar in the evening was very consistent and we LOVED eating their delicious dinner and dessert crepes!!! If you are going to stay in Moorea, stay here. My wife and I stayed in overwater bungalow #66 on our honeymoon. The hotel grounds were nice, but the constant golf-carts driving past the bungalows were annoying (all of the staff use them to get around). We stayed at the hotel for the snorkeling, and it did not dissapoint! The best snorkeling was on the western-edge of the hotel (to the left of the […] bungalows when standing on the beach), and out toward the edge of the reef (closer to the breaking waves). We saw even more fish than we did in Tikehau which was impressive! We also saw rays, sharks (in the evening), and a couple of massive Moray eels. Moorea was fun to explore via rental car, and we didn't feel confined to the hotel. Food at the grill was good and not that over-priced. The portions are gigantic, so my wife and I usually just split something like a sandwich and salad. We had free breakfast, and the buffet had everything you could ask for, including made-to-order omelets and the like. We found the staff to be less than cordial, but that didn't dampen the experience much at all. The bungalows are pretty tightly cramed together, and it didn't feel like we had much privacy (in contrast to our stay in Tikehau at the Pearl Beach Resort there). The hotel beach is small and seems artificial, but it does the job. The room was very nice, clean and modern. Having stairs into the water was a nice touch. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I absoultely loved this hotel. Our overwater bungalow was beautiful and so comfortable. Location of the hotel is perfect - near everything. Only downfall is the food selection, but there are pleanty of other restaurants and shops to eat at.

Stayed in an over the water bungalow and it was fantastic. Glass viewing in floor. Balcony and deck leading down to the lagoon. Snorkeling right off our dock. Large and comfortable.

Esse hotel á fabuloso. Fez com que nós gostássemos mais da experiência que tivemos em Moorea (uma bela ilha, mas muito aquém da fenomenal Bora Bora) do que em Bora Bora. O hotel é muito arrumado, conservado. O bangalô sobre as águas é muito bonito, amplo, espaçoso, com um chuveiro excelente e uma banheira muito gostosa. A piscina é fantástica e o serviço […] de piscina muito eficiente. Pode-se comer por ali mesmo, sem necessitar ir ao restaurante. A equipe é muito bem treinada, fornecem todos os equipamentos que os hóspedes necessitam, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Os quartos são bem limpos. Eu definitivamente recomendaria este hotel de olhos fechados. Os problemas são que você fica muito isolado em Moorea (já que o hotel é distante de tudo e não oferece transfer - exceto os resturantes que sempre levam e buscam os hóspedes).
