The hotel is close to the airport and is of reasonable quality/cleanliness - those are the only redeeming features. The surrounding area is really rundown.

The Wyndham Chelsea was a nice hotel and the neighborhood wasn't as bad as I was warned it was. Having said that, we didn't spend a ton of time there. It is a pretty short drive into Boston and the shuttle will also take you to the transit station for free. Good value.

This hotel was great, had no problems with room or anything and the location suited me as I did not want to be in the middle of the city. It is a bit out of town but they provide an excellent shuttle service to the airport station where you can get anywhere you want quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay except the weather was a bit warm.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

This was a perfectly fine hotel: it was clean, comfortable, nicely appointed. The staff sometimes seemed a bit distracted, but everyone was polite. There was a grocery story a block or so away, which allowed me to make use of the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The one major downside was location. I needed to get downtown for business on public […] transportation. This was available, but the nearest bus stop was about 1/2 mile away and, especially on the return trip, required walking through a somewhat questionable neighborhood. After dark, I didn't want to have to walk under a large highway overpass, past a construction site, and past several abandoned lots and parking lots. Especially given how frequently I got catcalled there, it just didn't feel safe. If the bus stop had been closer to the hotel, it would have been fine, but, as it is, I would have been happier to pay extra money and not have to worry about choosing between making it home safely or spending an exorbitant amount of money on a cab. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Our stay at the Chelsea Wyndham was well-suited for comfort, convenience of extended-term parking, and shuttle to airport for early am departure. An out-of-town first time visitor might be put off by its neighborhood but, as someone who has known the area for 40 years, we appreciated the value and convenience. Staff was extremely rude and acted as if All guests were a nuisance . Horrible customer service.

This hotel was perfect for me because of the location to my meeting in Chelsea, but I wouldn't recommend it for Boston tourists. It is too far away and the surrounding neighborhood isn't good for walking around at night.

Much better than expected, comfortable, well decorated. Fantastic location for access to Boston--7 minutes by car over the Tobin Bridge. Luxury linens, marble, nice amenities. Location industrial so not scenic and no place to "roam".

We will stay again.....very accommodating and reasonable option for park and fly near Logan Airport.

We stayed at the Wyndham Chelsea because of a flight out of Logan that left early in the morning. The hotel still offers airport shuttle service, but parking your car at the hotel for the duration of your trip is no longer free (the first 2 weeks used to be). Parking is now $10 for each full day. Everything was excellent!

Stay here. The rate was good and the accommodations were excellent. Would stay here again. Only complaint is the exercise equipment was not the best.

For about half the price of staying in town AND free parking you can stay in a up to date clean hotel with friendly staff and a convenient shuttle to the airport.

Very Affordable Hotel. Nice and Clean. Good bar and restaurant. Short drive to Downtown Boston. There were a lot of professionals & families staying there. Free bus shuttle to Airport & from there train into City (very quick). Surrounding area is ok. It is a little awkward if you are planning on spending a lot of time Downtown. My wife, a huge critic, liked this hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Parking is a little tough if you arrive late. Overall, great value!

But if you have a car, it cannot be a problem

The headline says it all. Tremendous value for money. Easy shuttle to and from the airport every 30 mins in a journey that took 15 mins.The hotel seems to be very well managed. I had a Kingsize bed and it was sooooo comfortable. Everything as far as my needs (comfy bed, great shower, transport) worked well, was very well maintained and thought through. […] Although only in transit and I have no idea what the location is like, it appeared to be nice. Perhaps a telling point is that the hotel is used by at least two airlines as their preferred hotel for pilots and flight crew as i shared a bus with them to the hotel. Great service , very friendly staff .. very clean and comfortable if you're not careful you can get to comfortable and get stuck sleeping and relaxing for days very very nice beds

Chelsea's best kept secret...... 200% satified with everything there..... room was immaculate and sooo comfortable..... the staff was awesome.... breakfast was fabulous..... the only negative I can come up with is the hot tub was "warm", definately not "hot" and the ceramic tiles in the pool area were very slippery (we actually saw one little boy wipe […] out and he wasn't running), they could use some non-slip matting around the pool and hot tub area. We are definately going back!!!! And the people who commented that it is not close to Logan, we made it there backroads in SEVEN MINUTES!!! Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. Front desk staff were a little rude, but still helpful to us. Shuttle service was very handy to get to the airport to take the T into the city, but took a long time to actually get into Boston. I can say the hotel was nice, but wen I was checking in the lady who was checkin me in was NOT pleasant at all! she was in a hurry to go get her taxes done and was very rude she even used fulger language as the lobby filled wit a few more people, and she was sayin how aggravated she was gettin because all she wanted to do was leave and make it to her […] appointment and every other word was the F word, and was rushing me to fill out paper work I was not pleased at all with the way we were treated! everything else was pretty good, but I kno next time if I go and stay there I will b asked to b waited on by someone else if she is working!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Didn't expect much due to location, but it was very nice. Desk staff was very polite and helpful. Two complaints - the "heated" pool was FREEZING and we really wanted to swim. The hotel room, with heat off, was much too hot.

EXCELLENT STAFF MEMBERS, VERY HELPFUL STAFF, HOWEVER NEEDS HOT TUBS IN ROOMS.

I was not satisfied with the hotel service. The front desk person named Gene was not friendly at all. Gene made me feel like I was bothering him and he did not have time for my needs.

Very close to the city , shuttle service to airport and public transportation, and the counter people are pleasant.

the food and bartender were XCELLENT!
