Beware if you are bringing a pet along, you can only have certain rooms...the carpet in the room was stained, and the bathroom was dirty...my dog was cleaner than the room. The place was beautiful,with very helpful staff and easily near to anything we needed. My only suggestion would be to heat the indoor pool itself ( not the surrounding area) about 10 degrees higher-it was pretty chill for the children.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the walls are paper thin, you can hear people's conversations on both sides of your room.

Clean, fresh, and good service. good bed. and lovely breakfast.

We reserved a king suite with Jacuzzi tub and were given a queen suite with fireplace instead. The previous guest had smoked and the room smelled. The front desk immediately set up an ozone machine and informed us that they would be fining the guest $250 for violating the no-smoking rule. So far, so good. We were moved to a king suite for our second […] night but the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. We filled it with warm water but the 'on' button was broken and the jets wouldn't function. Very disappointing. The shower stalls in both rooms had mold in them--surprising since there are many available spray cleaners capable of removing mold. The handicapped-accessible bathroom was considerate, but so poorly laid out. The safety bars were illogically placed (behind the toilet?) and there was no room on the sink for toiletries--and because there was no shelf we had to keep most of our toiletries in the room--outside the bathroom. That was awkward. The room was generally damp, even though the air conditioning was running the entire weekend. When we got dressed in the morning our clothes felt wet. The television in the Queen room didn't work, but the one in the King room worked fine. There was mention of a microwave while we checked in but neither room had one. In the future I would like to be guaranteed a specific suite--either with a fireplace or a Jacuzzi. I'm not sure why one of those couldn't be guaranteed at the time of my reservation. The hotel was generally quiet and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very responsive to the smoke smell and the room change request. I would recommend this hotel to others because it is very close to attractions and restaurants, and because the breakfast was decent. I feel that it was a bit too expensive considering the mold and the dampness and the inoperable Jacuzzi tub and the absence of microwave ovens, but we had few available hotel alternatives because our trip was planned at the last minute--the Fennville area is extremel อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Small, personal Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. would highly recommend this hotel for stays in Saugatuck or S. Haven. We reserved through Expedia -- so when we arrived, the hotel didnt offer a room as Expedia described, so we ended up with a standard room, which was fine for us, […] just make sure when reserving through Expedia. Always a good reliable place to stay in the Saugatuck Douglas area. Very quiet, clean, friendly staff and convenient location.

It's more than adequate and very clean. Only drawback was a lack of elevator if you're on the second floor and have lot's of luggage. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing additional I'd like to see is a small fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay there again. Overall I give it a thumbs up. Good value I think.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Noise could be heard from next door rooms of running water and toilet flushing.

The hotel was very helpful to resolve an issue with a reservation made with an on-line company. The room was very clean, the mattress was super comfy and we thought the location near the Blue Star Antique Pavilion and Oval Beach was superb.

This hotel is perfectly fine and close to Saugatuck. It is one of the only hotels that do not require a 2 night stay in the area. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was provided. It is nothing fancy but clean and convenient. If you don't plan on spending much time at the hotel, this is a great place.
