VERY reasonably priced for the quality of room. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Great location, right off the interstate. Two small knocks.. 1) driveway could use bigger signage, as property sits behind other buildings. 2)How about some movie channels? Basic cable is pretty borring when you're on the road!

My girlfriend and I drove 13 hours through a snow storm to get to Indiana. After an overnight drive, we were thrilled to find out that our room was ready when we got there at noon.When we walked into the room, though, it smelled unclean. Because of the smell, we did a quick inspection of the room and saw the bathroom was very dirty. There was hair of […] all kinds on the floor and the toilet was dirty as well. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to clean it. The maid also vacuumed the room while she was there. We later found a previous tenant's hair tie sitting on the end table (a clue to the thorough cleaning the room was given). After the cleaning, we quickly fell asleep tired from our trip. After our nap, my girlfriend jumped in the shower and found that it would not drain. I complained to the front desk and was offered a plunger. This was not acceptable. I was then offered another room. My girlfriend walked into the new room and walked right out. It was just as dirty as the first room was and didn't have a fridge like the first one did. We were told the manager could fix the drain in a couple of hours so we stayed in the original room. He did and it worked after that. The next day, as we were leaving, we asked for the sheets to be changed when the room was cleaned. That afternoon, when we came back the room smelled much cleaner. The smell had been coming from the sheets. The overall condition of the hotel was not good. None of the gym equipment was functional. Stayed there for a concert at Hoosier Park Casino, shuttle picked us up a hotel and brought us back with no waiting. Very convenient location just off of I69, lots of resturants close by. Great Stay! Plus check out is at 12:00 p.m.

This hotel was just fine for our visit to Anderson while Visiting the Hoosier Park & Racing Casino. The Only Ratings I put a 4 on was due to Not being able to use the Entrance on the side of the building (IT had a piece of WOOD screwed across it) to get in DUE TO the COLD walk to the front. The coffee maker in the room was broken and EVEN after WE cleaned […] it the coffee tasted NASTY. AND the comfort of the BED was not GREAT but just OK (AN 8 out of 10 for comfort). DONT get me wrong these are VERY minor things and the HOTEL was just fine. We did NOT use the SHUTTLE to and from the Casino but did see a schedule for it at the front desk and also seen it there for pickup so that is a plus for someone that would use that service. We were there for a short one night stay. It has been one of the better stay we have done. There was not a lot of water pressure in the shower and there were noticeable stains on the bench in the room.

Every thing was perfect and especialy liked the waffles for breakfast and so close to the casino and Ryans dinner next door

Hotel is located between interstate next to cementary.

This room was average for the price. Close to the interstate, so access to shopping, etc.

the comforter on the bed, the small padded bench, and the chair were all filthy. Appeared to be sex stains on everything. only appeared to be 1 person working. was very friendly though. really overpriced

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times, never have had a problem, this time was different. After 12 hours on the road i was ready to eat, get a shower and get some sleep. My wife and i pulled the sheets back and slipped into bed, while feeling good about the nights rest i was fixing to get i moved my leg across the bed and felt what i thought […] was the sheets bunched under the cover, i lifted up the covers to discover that my foot had picked up a pair of yellow panties. well as most ladies would my wife freaked out, we moved over to the second bed in the room and slept, next morning i notified the front desk that i would like to have the room cleaned and informed them of the matter. I find it unacceptable to deal with this issue. its a lot easier to think that maybe the panties got washed with the bed linen, but if the bad was made in layers, like most of us do, we realize the bad was remade with out changing sheets from the previous occupant อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I had reserved the room for my wife and I to stay while dropping off my son at Anderson U. Fortunately I had booked the room a few weeks ago as they were sold out when we checked in and turning away folks. Room was clean and AC worked great. Room was nice and clean, however we killed about 20 ants that were on the desk, wall, and in the fridge! Not cool!

You could eat of the floor at this place. Nice pool, lots of kids fun. good breakfast big rooms.

Spotless. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Have already recommended this hotel to others on our converence for future visits.

Hotel and rooms are always very clean. I've stayed here a number of times and I will continue to stay here when I visit. It's very reasonably priceed and nicer than some of the other hotels on Scatterfield.

The room was spotless. The bed was clean and VERY ccomfortable. We slept like babies......

We only stayed for one night. Breakfast was great. Customer service was great. The hotel was under major renovations which we didn't mind but the indoor pool was freezing and had way too much chlorine in it.

Hotel has had an almost complete interior makeover, so it looks nice and fresh and clean. The manager on duty was extremely attentive and the pool and hot tub were in good shape and well-maintained. The price was very reasonable for what we got.

For the money, definitely a good value. Areas of the hotel were under construction and the work out room was closed but the staff was great. Our room had already been renovated and it was very nice. If we are ever back in the area, hopefully the work will be done and we will stay there again.

We stayed for one night. It is being renovated. For the price and shuttle service i would recommend this hotel. Actually made reservations for the next weekend before we left.

Hotel was okay. Not the best I have stayed in, but not the worst either. Needs some upkeep, looking a little ragged. The access road to the hotel is very narrow and curvy with some blind spots.

Wish there were more 3-5 star hotels closer to Anderson University. But this was just a 20 minute drive to campus. This hotel is along the main drag through this part of Anderson, along Hwy 9 so plenty of shopping, places to eat; even a casino along the way. Right off I-69. The breakfast is well worth getting up for. Hot biscuits an sausage gravey, […] make your own waffles, plus fruit, cereal, yogart, fresh coffee and juices. What a nice hotel for the price. It is located in a central area. It was quite, clean and the staff was wonderful. I will be returning to Anderson soon and plan to stay at this hotel.

Weekend stay. We were please with everything about the hotel. The room was clean, had a mini fridge, location was great. A pretty large selection for the free breakfast; waffles, biscuits & gravy, pastries, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc.

Hotel itself was great, better driving instructions would have helped. The Hotel is off the road and behind othe motels and restaurants.

The rooms were very well kept and clean. We had two families of four and our request of rooms next to each other was accomidated both rooms had plenty of space. My only complaint would be the pool hours. We had something to do that evening and wanted to let the kids swim when we returned but it was closed. Only drawback is the crazy road to get in, winding around back of a restaurant with 1 blind corner.

It was a little hard to find from the main road, but it was a decent place to sleep for the night.

For the price, this is a nice hotel. It's convenient to Hoosier Park if you're in Anderson to watch the races or go to the casino.

We have 2 children, a six yr old and a six month old. This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable having my family there. The breakfast bar is very nice. There was something there for everyone. They have a friendly staff who took care of whatever we needed. This is our second stay at this hotel. I sent a letter to which I never received a reply. We were suppose to have a non-smoking room. To our surprise all the bed clothing smelled of cigarette smoke when we left. This smell also got into my car trunk. The reason we didn't notice the smell was because we bring our own bedding and sleep ontop of that. But, when I got into my car after we went […] to church services (we had left the hotel by then and the bedding was in the trunk) I smelled that terrible cigarette smell. As a non-smoker and one who does not allow smoking in my car or my house I wasa deeply upset by this. I can only reason that the maids put a comforter on the beds in my hotel room that was from a smoking room to cause that sort of damage. After writing I was hoping to at least get an apology letter, but nothing. Bed sheets never washed. Long black hair in bed & shower. Found blood in other bed. Hallways dirty. Many other things too numerous to mention.

Not until we came home did we realize that the non-smoking room we had had definitely been smoked in a lot. We always bring our own pillows and blankets. Because we each had sinus problems we did not notice the stale cigarette smell in the room. But when we got home our bedding as well as my new car smelled like stale cigarette smoke. This means this […] room was smoked in a lot or else they put bedding on beds from smoking rooms on non-smoking room beds. There is no excuse for this. We plan another trip in a few months to the same place. I will definitely find another hotel to stay at.
