Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville - แนชวิลล์

In town to visit our son in west Nashville. Needed a budget friendly room in that part of town. The Microtel fit the bill. Nothing fancy but the price was right. Clean room & reasonably quiet. Seemed to be a lot of pets & one dog barked a lot early one morning. Would stay here again.

This was a perfect hotel for a short stay. Price was great, close to Nashville only 15 min from our destination. Small room, but for 2 people that just needed a place to sleep for the night it was fine.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The price was about twice as much as it should have been. Comps. Red Roof Inn, Super 8, Motel 6.

First off, hotels.com did not inform me that there was a $25.00 per night charge for pets. I was just told that my pet could stay. I was very unhappy about this when I arrived and was told I would have to pay another $75.00. The hotel was O.K., but the beds were terrible. I could not sleep because of the discomfort. The room was pretty small but was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a full week and really have no complaints considering what we paid. Just keep in mind the price before you judge it. If you want to save money and don't need luxury it's a great place to stay. We most likely will stay there again next time we go to Nashville. I booked this through Hotels.com the rep from Hotels.com was very nice, people were very friendly. Clean lobby & clean in the room, although the room could have used a little more lighting. But nothing major. My only complaint is when I made the reservation through Hotels.com I requested that we have a microwave and a mini refrigerator and was assured […] that both would be in the room, but when we got there, I was told they were out of both since a construction company and snatched up all of them. But the front desk man told me in a nice way that we were welcome to come down and use the microwave and refrigerator. I just didn't want to do that while in my pj's if you know what I mean.Overall, the Cleanliness, Quality, Amenities,Location, Rates were all very good. Staff was very accomodating. My reservation entered their system as a smoking room although I clearly requested non-smoking. The desk clerk was very helpful in getting that changed. The hotel was clean but these were ABSOLUTLEY THE TINIEST ROOMS I'VE EVER STAYED IN BAR NONE!

My only two "complaints" would be that the vending machines for drinks weren't working and that sometimes you had to wait for the manager or desk person to come at night. By that I mean that their computers were in the back and sometimes they'd be working on stuff and not be at the very front. The wait time wasn't terrible. The grounds looked clean. […] The room was a bit dated, but everything worked. We had to turn on our ac/heater on occasion as the people next door were apparently deaf and their TV was a bit loud, but the ac/heater took care of the excess noise. There was continental breakfast, and the beds were very comfortable. Considering that we were moving and needed a place to stay while our apartment became available, this was a good choice. overall good, but you need to bring your own shampoo and you have to go to the front desk and haul up a iron and ironing boaed.you have to get your coffee downstairs!

Some people find the rooms at Microtel a bit small, and for a couple that might be true. But for me traveling along, it's just what I need -- and the price is right. This one is very well run and very convenient location.

Staff was great and most accomodating. Hotel was fine and if there were 4.5 ratings available, I'd have given them. Our only problem was that when my wife booked the hotel, she read on the Expedia site where she booked it, that the hotel was in close proximity to the major sites of Nashville. BUT we were on the west side (Rt. 40 heading toward Memphis) […] of the city (called Belli view) and had to travel a bit to get to the sites. Ad is a bit misleading. The location is so convenient for me. I'm close to a great restaurant for a late-nite dinner, and I can go a mile or so away for special shopping. I'm close to the 40 freeway and can get to downtown in a matter of minutes.

The hotel was neat and clean, but the room was very small. The staff was helpful. We had a hard time finding the hotel and the desk clerk tried hard, but did not know the area. Breakfast was very skimpy.

Very basic, older hotel--not even any shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Kinda of expensive for not much--they seemed to try to keep it clean--no fridge or microwave which is pretty standard nowadays.

Lots of people having parties inside and outside. Nice bed but very firm . Good price but wish it had been less noisy outside with the smoking bikers.

The only issue was the placement of the toliet paper from the toliet. This was a great little hotel for the price. It was close to family, food and frwy.

I had a ton of family come in to town and they were all staying at the house, so this hotel is right down the road from me and was a nice little getaway from the craziness back at home. The bed was comfortable, the AC/heat was comfortable especially since the weather got a little colder at night. I had such a great stay. Very convenient location to residential area and stores. It was very clean, staff was polite, pool was clean and O'Charley's next door was a great bonus! It was GREAT. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights and every night was wonderful, especially with the drapes that concealed the sun!!!! The only thing I missed was more of a continental breakfast. I would have liked a waffle :-)

The beds are great, but the air conditioner is LOUD! Trying to watch the Olympics was trying as I had to cycle the TV volume up and down when the air would kick on. The ground floor is very loud--stay up on the second or third floor.

The wifi was not working correctly & the staff could not fix it. the roll away bed had no mattress, just springs. the breakfast have no hot food ( no waffles ). The pool was great. The staff was friendly. Will stay again ( location ).

Hotel is OK. Staff is great. Internet does not work well. If I had spent more time in the room, I would have been disappointed. As I literally slept only, room was sufficient.

The room was very basic. No fridge which really didn't matter to us. The problem was the bed. It was very hard--I felt like I was sleeping on the floor and I didn't get a very good night's sleep. The room was clean and the staff were very, very nice. I would probably not stay there again for the sole reason of the uncomfortable bed.

I know why it's MICRO tel. Tiny room, noisy fan on airconditioner. Weird smokey mirrors on wall behind bed made me wonder if it was 2 way mirror. Creepy. Located next to busy highway with trucks on it all night. I will not stay at Microtel again.

Hotel was in a nice area and quiet at night. Sheets were nice and very clean. The room looked a little worn...rust stains and scraped walls. Some mold in the shower. Sanitized remote....Yay! Arrived at hotel. I was prepared the the size of the room from reviewers who have mentioned it. There were 2 adults and one queen size bed. The room was very well organized so that each one of us has plenty of room for our luggage.. There was even a good sized closet. We even had a refrig and microwave brought in and we still had room to move about. […] Like the other reviewers there was no amenties like hair dryer, shampoo but the hotel did provide soap. The hotel is located west of Nashville about 25 min drive into the city. We had no problem entering or leaving the city. The traffic was fairly light. We did get 10% off at O'Charley's resturant which is less than a few yards from the hotel. Had to wait on check in so the counter person could figure out how to retreive my reservation I had made on line, two days earlier. At first they said they didnt have one, then found it, had a different credit card attached to the reservation, which wasn't mine. After a good twenty minutes I was checked in. WiFi in room didnt work the full two days […] I was there. Very nosiey motel. People slamming doors up until past 11pm. Will not stay there again, or any other Microtel. I did not care for it. I will not be staying in a Microtel again. The breakfast was muffins from the grocery store and one pitcher of juice. The internet does not work, and the TV had no channels.
