Springhill Suites by Marriott Tulsa - ทูลซา

Not a great stay. Window latch was broken in the room on the first floor. After reporting it, I was at first made to feel that was not 'a big deal'. It was only after I insisted that this was a security issue did they give me another room. The next room they gave me had mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Everything that I always expect from a Marriott. I worked in the business for years and have a critical eye for detail. They did a fine job during my stay. Checked us in early to boot. My only complaint was a few noisy drunks late at night.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was very soft!

I was given a room near the construction stairwell. It was very noisy, and there were lots of horrible fumes from cleaning and construction that would drift into my room during business hours. Nights were much more tolerable. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, and it was conveniently located for my stay. The hotel was being remodeled and they did apoligized, The bed mattress were old and very uncomfortable really broken in and worn out needed to be replaced a long time ago. The only way I would stay there again if mattress were replaced, Hotel was in nice locationg and every was easy accessible.

We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only problem we had was locating the hotel because there are several right there in that area - but this was the ONLY drawback.

the staff was top notch one of the best i have stayed with this year, room was very nice, super clean. staff helped get us settled in find the right spot for dinner and made sure we had everything needed for a pleasant stay. first class management

This hotel has a wonderful pool, about 78 degrees, and a very nice hot tub. My children had a blast. There was coffee and tea available 24/7 and the front desk had lollypops for the kids (and adults). Location, location, location!!! The room was quiet and super clean. A sleep number bed would have been nice though...lol However, the pillows were out of this world, the best pillows I have ever used. They were soft, but firm and there were at least 6 on the bed. All amenities functioned properly. The love seat in the "living area" even had a hide-a-bed. The complimentary breakfast […] was not continental by any means. We had cheese omelets with sausage, waffles, cereal, hot oatmeal, multiple flavors of coffee, oj and apple juice, and the typical fare. We enjoyed the space in our room and found the hotel staff to be very helpful when needed. The room was clean and the "three nights for the price of two" deal made it really affordable.

We enjoyed walking to a movie n walking back and retire for the night. We also enjoyed the eating places in the same area and Target across the street. It was really convient for the needs we had.
