They closed down the breakfast before 9 and we could not get nothing to drink but coffee and I dont drink coffee, other than that is was a great stay

The hotel is clean & nice. The staff was very friendly- check in and out was the fastest ever. The room was clean. The bed was so hard I was awake all night. The heater also made a ticking noise all night.

The only thing that bothered me was when we checked in we were told from our childrens university to say we were visiting a local college and would get a discounted rate but because we prepayed online they didn't honor the discount. Our air conditioner was not blowing out the cold air. They did not have any vacant rooms so they were not able to move us. They did fix the air while we were out.

I had requested a smoking room for the person with me, however, when I got there alone and asked to have it changed my request was done. Tyler was very nice about changing it and didn't make me feel bad at all for asking. I would return to stay there any time I am in the area. The morning staff was polite and cheerful, even before 7am! :)

We arrived at 3:20 with a tired cranky baby and the room was not ready. Staff at desk was not very friendly.

The hotel is close to Walmart and Tiffin's restaurants. The rooms are new and there are a lot of cable channels for a rural area.

The hotel was pretty much what you would expect of one in this price range. It was nothing special. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was good, but the in-room AC unit was noisy and the TV was old. The one major complaint was with the heavy scent of cleaning fluids attempting to disguise the smell of smoke in the hallways. The Holiday Inn Express Tiffin is a fantastic hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the Tiffin area. Very clean and well kept.

Traveling to the small town of Tiffin I did not have high expectations of the hotel- but it was just a lovely experience. Room very comfortable and clean, breakfast more generous than I would have thought, a warm pleasant indoor pool, very polite staff - really do recommend it to anyone who finds themselves in that part of the World!

We drove 600 miles in 30 hours, but I got what I came to get, a 2nd car. Everything was comfortable at the Holiday Inn Express. Small town, but wirth some nice friendly people. A pleasant experience. Everythings was great with this hotel. The only thing was the sheets were rather itchy. I'm not sure if it's all that stuff they clean them with to make sure they're sanitary, but they were rough and uncomfortable. Other than that there was great service, great breakfast, and a good experience.

Hotel was new, clean and met out expectations. Our only complaint (a very minor one) was that the pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that, it was great, including the morning breakfast. We'll definitely stay there again on our return to Tiffin.

Stayed for a single night and was quite pleased with the room. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. Very slight hint of smoke in hallway but nothing in the room.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel one night and used a meeting room for a baby shower the next morning. We live about 3 hours away and most of our family lives in the surrounding Tiffin area. This was the perfect set-up. Both the hotel room and meeting room were nice. I hate to say it but we were probably "those people" that are difficult without […] trying to be, but the staff always jumped to help. They let us store some of the items behind the front desk before the meeting room was ready. And, when we realized we had left some drinks from the shower in our room after we checked out the staff helped us recover them. We chose to go to this hotel following a full day at Cedar Point and it was a bit hard to find (don't use Mapquest-call the nice hotel person and they will tell you a better way to go) but it was SO worth it! I've stayed at all of the available options in Tiffin and I would vote this the best for convenience and quality. Hampton Inn level with better location and better breakfast than the MREs available at the Hampton.
