position in Rapallo perfect for all amenities. Refurbished public areas very classy and cool. with pleasing contemporary feel. Only half bedrooms been refurbed so our 4th floor (and 3rd floor) room was old fashioned, dated and in real need of a makeover. we used this hotel as a convenient base to explore the coastal region from Cinqua Terre to Genoa by train. Hotel is super clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate, same menu all three mornings. Rooms specious and looks like they have been recently renovated. The pillows felt a little limp and the mattress was a little soft for a heavy […] person like me. But room service provided us additional pillows upon request. The Europa Hotel Design Spa is in a great location not only in Rapollo but on the coast as well. The common areas of the hotel is nicely modernized even though the rooms need a bit of updating, they are clean and comfortable. the hotel has the perfect location for the town of rapallo and all the other must see towns in the area. it was very clean and comfortable and breakfast very good.

The hotel is located right in the center of the town, ideal for strolling around. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and of adequate size. Very nice breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. The place is very professionally managed.

bel hotel bien situé près des commerces, de la mer et de la gare. Rapallo jolie bourgade avec sa vieille ville, ses boutiques et son marché. Il faut manger au resto sicilien " rocco et sui fratelli" accueil et plats originaux. le resto de l'hotel est correct et abordable. Hotel un peu désert en début mars et pourtant il faut réserver très vite en arrivant […] si on veut aller au spa durant le séjour ( nous sommes restés deux nuits )car on vous dit que c'est complet et il faut insister pour avoir un horaire compatible avec un programme de visites extérieures.. attention les places de parking sont payantes, préférez vous garer un peu plus loin après le pont. nulla da dire sul servizio in generale, però i prodotti usati per la colazione sono di qualità insufficiente: spremuta d'arancio pessima, latte non fresco ma a lunga conservazione, frutta sciroppata così scarsa cheneppure si capiva se fossero pesche o albicocche o pere

Très bel hôtel, très bon restaurant, serveurs très agréables.

Hotel moderno e classico insieme, molto pulito e ordinato. Camere arredate con gusto in stile inglese, molto confortevoli (piccolo neo: la vasca con la tenda in bagno) Personale gentile (ma non sempre all'altezza almeno in sala colazione). Bel dehor esterno. Nous étions 4 personnes et il n'y avait que 3 lits dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner simple mais assez bon. Hôtel standard, un bon 3 étoiles mais un mauvais 4 étoiles.

Das Hotel Europa bietet sehr saubere Zimmer, liegt im Zentrum und besitzt als eines der wenigen Hotels eine Tiefgarage

Wir waren auf einen Kurztrip im Hotel Europa (2 Nächte) und eigentlich durchwegs zufrieden. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung und die Lage ist für einen Ausgangspunkt für Boot oder auch zu Fuß beinahe Perfekt. Einziges Manko in Rapallo: Kein oder kaum ein "freier Strand" für Bademöglichkeiten.
