Hotel is situated in a great location; close to sites and shopping. Room is a good size for Paris, plenty of space for luggage, bathroom is also big. Hotel is on a quiet street so room noise is limited compared to other hotels. Did not try the breakfast.

Excellent location. All is good except staff was not flexible on checkout time.

My husband and I were very happy with our one night stay here. The room was small but very comfortable. It looked out onto a little courtyard, and so was very quiet. Good bed. The continental breakfast was adequate. The location was excellent.

The hotel is completely renewed, and in good condition. The rooms are clean, though are small. The location is one of the best in Paris, within walking distance of Place Madeleine, Fauchon, Opera, Gallery Lafayette, Printemps, Place Vendome and its designer stores and many other. Wonderful central location in Paris. Surprised to find it is in a "red light" type of district. Did not have time to sample their breakfast offering.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and nicely appointed. Great windows looking out into the little courtyard. Very quiet and convenient to the sites. I can't say nice enough things about the staff. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a delightful stay at the Relais Madeleine for a romantic five days in Paris. The staff were terrific, all spoke fluent English, and were able to meet our most tortuous requests for help. They all (even the overnight guys) knew everything about every place we wanted to go, and made great restaurant recommendations. I left a jacket […] and tie in the room, and they sent it back to me in the States, free of charge! The location could not be more perfect. You can walk to Opera, Madeleine, two huge department stores and other shopping areas, the Louvre and Orsay museums, the Seine river, etc. You can walk back from Montmartre and Sacre Coeur, but I wouldn't plan on walking there, unless you're in shape for all the uphill. Thanks to the location, we walked seven miles a day and didn't tire of it, we were never far from "home". The neighborhood is generally high-end, but mixed. There are a bunch of sex shops on one corner, which wasn't so thrilling, but we never felt unsafe even after midnight. There is a grocery store a few doors down where we got drinks and yogurts for every morning. And you're surrounded by wonderful (really, really wonderful) bakeries, chocolateries, bistro cafes, high-end restaurants, and other great places to eat in many price ranges. The room was on the small side, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. The bed was very comfortable. The most annoying thing was that the toilet and sink were in separate rooms, but as things go that's not bad. All in all, a really wonderful stay. You can get a lower rate in Défense or other outer parts, but then you're making up for it in cabs or sitting on the Métro. We would definitely stay right there again, unless there's some amazing deal on a five-star palace that usually goes for four times as much. We highly recommend it! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Located in the heart of Paris, two blocks from Madeline Metro Station

Great central location. Attentive and helpful staff. Modern and clean decor. Hotel is exceptional value. Bedrooms are not large but much larger than normal Paris hotel bedroom. Will stay again if visiting Paris.

I found this to be a wonderful hotel. It was in great condition and well run. I arrived at 9:00 AM after the red-eye from the states. My room was not ready but they clearly made an effort to get it ready in an hour rather than have me wait until the 2:00 official checkin. This hotel is small but perfect. My room was on one end of the building giving on to the courtyard. It was extremely quiet. The room was small which is usual for Paris, but comfortable and well decorated. The street too was very quiet and yet just 5 minutes away from the big department stores. The Le Relais Madeleine was a wonderful location for our travel adventure. It was located in an area very accessible to the Metro (city rail transit), enabling a very pleasant touring experience. Entertainment, shopping and wonderful restaurants were also in close proximity to the hotel. The staff was very experienced for recommending entertainment […] venues and restaurants that best suited our needs. All arrangements were made upon request, and follow-up by the staff ensured our experience was as expected, a detail that is sure to guarantee the quality guests insist on. Located on a small side street in between Opera and Madeleine, this is a small boutique hotel that is in immaculate shape with extremely helpful staff and sites/shopping within easy reach. Cannot recommend this hotel more strongly (I travel globally and am lucky enough to stay in the nicest hotels in most cities). This hotel is an absolute gem. I booked it after reading a review dated the previous weekend. It is centrally located, but more importantly is clean, modern, and quiet. Very nice hotel, well located, walking distance to the Louvre, shopping district, Seine, Champs Elysee. Completely updated and modernized. Quiet street. Nicely appointed room. We would stay there again.

Très bien accueilli. Personnel sympatique Hotel calme et confortable. Parfait pour visiter Paris Proche de nombreux théatres dont Olympia et monuments.

Chambre très petite mais confortable. Lit donné pour 2 places: heureusement que j'étais seul!! 120cm maxi Pas d'accès à internet par WiFi: code défectueux? Serrures à cartes: J'ai du faire réinitialiser....

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet établissement calme , confortable, reposant. Ajoutez à cela un personnel dévoué et fort agréable. Un excellent souvenir à deux pas de l'Olympia et de l'Opéra.

立地と部屋の清潔さ、快適さは申し分ありませんでした。コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

The hotell is perfectly situated, within walking distance to many museums, shopping, etc. in Paris. Nice, and clean, with service minded personal. Together with my wife, I am really reccomending this hotel for a week end tripp.

AFシャトルバスの停留所にも近く、また買い物にも食事をするのも便利な場所にありました。ツインでしたので部屋はせまいですが気に行ったのは、トイレとバスタブが別々になっていたので大変有難かったです。ロビーもお洒落、頼んだらフロント近くにあるPCを使わせてくれました。

Ambiance très cosy accueil très sympa

Vi tilbragte to netter på hotellet i slutten av juli og er svært fornøyde. Beliggenheten er perfekt for både utflukter og shopping. Kort vei til alt. Hotellet ligger i en stille sidegate og vi hadde rom i 5 etg. mot bakgården. Veldig hyggelig personale, gode senger og god frokost.

スタッフはみなさんとても親切です。お部屋も大きくはありませんが料金から考えたらお勧めです。また、場所がとっても便利なのでフットワークも軽くなり行動的になれます。

Greit Hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhet

me parecio un hotel bien posicionado, hay un ambiente tranquilo, se respira paz, buena atencion.

service are terrible, room facility is poor, wifi not steady the location is okay, but there are s＊x shop around. i expect a cute, warm French style exquisite hotel, but it's not.

this area is fine for visitors who wants to be close to main tourist points. but hotel rooms are extremly narrow-especailly the toilet is too small. they give wi-fi cards only limited time schedules i have seen better hotels around these region

Fijn hotel, met een comfortabele kamer met balkon, en een heel fijn bed. Rustig straatje, vlak bij metrostation en cafeetjes/restaurantjes. Prima uitvalsbasis!

Helt ok standard som kan jämföras med ett svenskt medelklasshotell. Tyst och lugnt hotell och kvarter. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att stanna på detta hotell igen.

次の点から、コストパフォーマンスが高いので、お勧めできる。但し、高級ホテルに慣れている方や、旅行初心者、英語がまったくできない方には、あまり向いていない。 ①場所が良い。オペラ座とマドレーヌ寺院の中間にあり、徒歩、地下鉄（メトロ）で観光地へ行きやすい。 ②部屋は改装されてまもなく、新しい。内装もキュート。へアドラーヤーも備え付けとなっている。 ③受付には、フランス語に加え、英語が堪能な男性２名がいて、明るく感じがいい。その他のメンバーも良好。掃除もしっかりされている。 ④近隣にも同様のホテルがあり、競争が激しいのか料金はリーズナブル。

Kleines Hotel sehr sauber, ordentlich und ruhig! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen! Lage zentral, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Place de la Concorde, ansonsten gute Metroverbindungen, Metrostation 1min vom Hotel entfernt.
