I stay here when I come to Lucerne as it has the best view, is quiet, close to Lucerne and a good restaruant

Overall we had a great experience!!! Great views from room and really nice modern interiors The only detail is the open shower on the new rooms

Wonderful setting, excellent and clean rooms and friendly staff on all levels. We shall return.

The updated rooms with the open floor plan are very nice! But when you check in there is not a luggage person to help. You must ask the front desk to have someone come to get the bags. The rooms do not have ac so in the day it can get very warm. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude to say there are bugs that bite at night which we did not find. […] She also phoned a client of ours who had left us a gift to see if we could exchange it for a credit with the hotel since we do not drink. I thought this was very inappropriate for her to call our client since she should have been asking the food and beverage manager like she said. She also gave us inaccurate tour info so I would have to say they have some issues with their service. Other then that the updated rooms and the restaruant are very nice. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

In short - stunning views. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and efficient service. Possibly the best hotel I've ever been to

The combination of the modern room and the fabulous view made this one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Absolutely loved it.

Large rooms, water views, good restaurant

This hotel is wonderful for the Lucerne experience. We felt so comfortable and pampered. Eating in the dining room overlooking the lake was "to die for." Rather pricey by US standards, but, hey, everything in Switzerland is!

This hotel is excellent - not right in Lucerne central, but with a lot to offer on its doorstep, it has a great location right on the lakefront and all the rooms look right across at Mt Pilatus. I experienced fantastic service throughout my stay and would definitely not hesitate to stay there on my next visit to Lucerne.

I could not have been more pleased with our choice of hotels . The Hermitage was very clean , the rooms were spacious enough for three people and the view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking . Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful . I think the only problem I would have is staying in the heat of the summer due to the fact that there […] is no air conditioning , but from what I undertand that is the norm in Europe. Hermitage. Hotel is located in an ideal location for both sight seeings and Shopping also no.24 bus right out side the hotel was an excellent covenience for pick and drop to city. All in all apart from no swimming pool in this hotel i would give 9/10 for our stay in hermitage. Not forgetting super breakfast with classic hot and cold drinks .. Hotel très calme avec personnel prévenant et attentionné. Un peu loin du centre ville (transport en commun ou voiture). Demandé vue sur le lac, c'est vraiemetn très beau.

Die Superior Deluxe Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet mit offenem Badbereich und einer tollen Sicht auf den Gipfel des "Pilatus". Der Service ist an der Rezeption, im Restaurants oder auf dem Zimmer sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels am Rande Luzerns, direkt am See mit idealer Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr praktisch. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Bon accueil. Séjour très agéable. On est rapidement à Lucerne (bus devant hôtel d'où pas nécessaire prendre sa voiture). Calme, très belle vue sur rade. Bonne cuisine. Seul bémol : beaucoup de courants d'air et de chaud-froid ! Globalement : à recommander !

OTTIMO HOTEL, OTTIMA CAMERA E OTTMO SERVIZIO. PERSONALE DISPONIBILE E ATTENTO ALLE RICHIESTE. BELLISSMA VISTA SUL LAGO, MOLTO RILASSANTE. ALBERGO FUORI DAL CAOS DELLA CITTA', MA ALLO STESSO TEMPO VICINISSIMO E BEN SERVITO.

Das Hotel ist super schön gelegen. Zimmer sind sehr gross, Möbelierung nicht mehr ganz so frisch. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Lage direkt am See mit Liegewiese. So schade, dass kein Pool vorhanden ist. Am Wochenende kann es etwas laut werden, da im Hermitage wohl viele Hochzeiten und andere Feste gefeiert werden! Das Hotel liegt am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees, vom Zimmer und vom Restaurant geniesst man eine herrliche Aussicht über den See und auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet im Wintergarten des Restaurants.

Das ganze Team. Nur so ist es möglich, ein Hotelbetrieb so gut du führen. Freundliche atmpsphäre und für Probleme hat man sofort eine lösung gesucht. Wir hausten in der Junior-Suite und es hatte genügen Platz, so, dass ich mit meiner Beinprothese absolut keine Schwierikeiten hatte. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der zuvorkommende Service sowie die sehr ruhigen Zimmer. Zimmer sind sehr gross, absolut sauber und bieten Blick auf See und Berge. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, sieht minimum so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Junior-Suite ist neu, hell und modern eingerichtet. Badzimmer auch super. Prima hotel met mooie ligging (aan meer en zicht op bergen) voor de koelere nachten, maar niet bij 30 graden celsius overdag, zeker niet een Deluxe kamer op de 5 verdieping met een plat dak, want er is geen airconditioning in dit 4 sterren hotel. Der Service war top. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und vorallem sehr gross. Comfort war super. Das einzig Negative war, dass das Zentrum der Stadt ziemlich weit entfernt ist und man ohne ÖV oder Auto nicht schnell hin kommt.

Sehr grosses Zimmer, wunderschöne Aussicht. Konnte günstig Zimmer mit Frühstück buchen. Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was mein Herz begehrte. Für ein solches Hotel ein etwas biderer Wellnessbereich.

Le nouveau bâtiment n'est pas très beau depuis l'extérieur, mais les chambres sont splendides, tranquilles et très confortables. La vue sur le lac depuis les baies vitrées est magnifique. La douche et baignoire sont ouvertes sur la chambre, cela peut surprendre.

Die Deluxe Superior Zimmer sind wunderschön mit Sicht auf den See vom gesamten Zimmer aus (sogar von der Badewanne aus). Sehr zu empfehlen!
