Excellent location, great views over the marina, very comfortable room HOWEVER all the above spoiled by noise and thumping music from surrounding bars/night clubs, one directly below our room. This carried on all night both nights we were there. No sleep was to be had until 5.30am and then only for a couple of hours before the breakfast crowds arrived. […] Maybe it would be quieter during the week but I certainly would not stay here again unless the room was well away from the noise. Although the hotel is superbly located over the Harbour, the down side is the noise (especially @ weekends) from the bars etc. Continued to 5.30am on Saturday morning - not the best nights sleep I've had. Apartments very compact but comfortable. Don't forget to visit Soul for a meal - SENSATIONAL!!

Very pleased with the deal I got and the suite. Clean, nicely decorated, and the front desk was helpful with an early check-in and holding my bags. The in-suite washer and dryer were fantastic. Just a quick walk to the ferry terminal and bus/train station. Highly recommend the hotel.

Well equipped apartment with plenty of room for the weary traveller. The apartments are starting to look a little tired, a few craced tiles on the bathroom floor. Great place to explore Auckland & surrounds. Plenty of restaurants close by & if you may be lucky enough to have views of the harbour.

This was the perfect place for us to stay after a month in a campervan - very comfortable room and bed close to the quayside and all the action with a host of great pubs, bars, eateries and activities and the service here was exceptional especially the manager! thanks would stay again and would recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I'm never disspointed. The rooms are huge, & modern, the service is great and not intrusive (I like to be left alone), yet still personable. Excellent for either business or leisure travellers. Top location, near great bars & restuarants. Breakfast very nice, simple, modern and not over priced.

学会出席中に宿泊したタワー直下のホテルから、閉会後の２日間を楽しむためにこのホテルに移動。１）部屋やスタッフの対応は満足しましたが、屋外の遅く迄の喧噪には多少閉口。ホテル地上階部分、岸壁付近にあれほど飲食店が多いとは思いませんでした。２）この宿に限りませんが、インターネット環境整備が遅れているようです。宿泊料金から考えても、無線LANを無料提供できるようなサービスは、これからの客層のニーズににマッチすると思います。ビジネスとホリデーを兼ねた旅行者も満足するでしょう。３）キッチンや食器は案内にあるとおり。冷凍部分と冷蔵部分の２ドアー冷蔵庫、アイロン、洗濯機まで室内に備えられ、長期滞在に向いた宿と思います。
