I arrived around midnight and had to be buzzed in as doors were locked. One attendant; she was pleasant enough; I asked for a wake up call at 6am. She repeated told me that they do not normally offer this but she wrote down my room number and promised to call me if she remembered. The room was servicable, though I thought shabby: very cheap furnishings […] and appliances. NO SHAMPOO in the bathroom; I looked in their vending machine and they had none! I had to drive to a gas station and spent @ $5 to aquire some. The bed was comfortable and the room appaered clean. Cable tv was basic but ok for me. I guess I was suprised by how "down market" the room felt; I expected something a bit more, though perhaps my expectations were a bit high. I would not choose this motel again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Full size refrigerator and freezer, small sink and a few burners for small pot/pan. Microwave, minimal kitchen utensils. Dishsoap available, ask. First floor tends to have more pets. The carpet in room gave off old urine smell at times. Reported to desk clerk. Close parking convenient. Luggage cart available. My stay at the Extend Stay America in Cleveland OH was one of the better hotels I ever stayed at. I just want to let you know they take care of everything if you needed anything. I would say this makes a good hooney moon stay for a newly Wed couple to stay. YOU have your own privacy while you are staying there.

A nice hotel with rooms like an apartment. Stove, microvave, and refridgerator provided. Also silverware provided. There are also several restaurants nearby if you choose to eat out.

It was in a good location. It was clean and what I expected. It was suitable for my stay.

This hotel suite was perfect for our 3 day stay while we were taking place in events at the IX Center. The room was clean and in nice order and plenty of room. Only reservation with it was the heater kept the room too hot even on the lowest setting so we had to keep turning it off and on. Really no big deal in the scheme of things. We were instantly greeted when we walked through the door. The clerk was very pleasant and even shared a funny anectdote when she saw where I was from. I only stayed one night but I would've stayed longer if I could. The room was clean and comfortable. I have a hectic life at home so it was nice to get away to peace and quiet there.

We were a little skeptical once we read all the reviews, but we loved the hotel. The room was neat, clean and very quiet. The bedding quality was poor, but not bad for the price we paid. Would return in the future.

This is meant to be a long-term motel, not one for a short stay. Room maintenance is NOT done daily, which means no clean towels or sheets. Also, the coffeepot in the room was unuseable because it was so dirty. Book somewhere else!

It's good for short-term stay. Even no breakfast services but this hotel is surrounded by many restaurants.

Liked the kitchen and full fridge close to lots of restaurants and cracker barrel.would recommend saying again.

Forgot my razor and they provided one. Had to iron my shirt and a ironing board and iron were in the room. Very near to Pro Football Hall of Fame. Easy drive to Cleveland. A challenge. I would like there to be 2 pillows per person that was the only thing that was not comfortable

close to the zoo, has many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, quiet and quaint

We arrived Saturday about 3p.m. Our room was hot. I spoke with Barbi at the front desk and she said it would take a bit for the room to cool off. We then took a nap and woke up dripping wet from sweat. Maintenance was called to the room around 4:15. We went to a baseball game that was rained out. While we were there, I called the hotel to make sure […] the A/C was repaired. The lady, maybe Erica, said that it was. When we returned to the room around 11 p.m. it was cold. My girlfriend and I were in town for the Indians game and to go to the zoo. The hotel was very accommodating and I would recommend it for the price.

The hotel rating is for extended stay only not University hotel as i stated this was a very nasty dirt hotel.

Unfortunately, since this is a hotel with smoking rooms, the smoke permeated the hotel. We switched rooms to fnid one less smoky. Bed was very hard and pillows reeked of smoke. But it was cheap and close to where we needed to be. Glad it was only one night. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located close enough to Cleveland and right off the highway. Great price, good sized room and close to lots of shopping and eating.

We travel a lot and ESA was never a hotel we stood at. So upon online browsing, we were pointed to ESA. We checked in, got to our room and everything was great except they did not showel the front entrance, the parking lot, the rear lot, the rear entrance at all. We stayed for 3 days and all 3 days snowed! It was dangerous and I felt uncomfortable going […] in and out of the rear entrance due. To the ice build up. My wife and i stayed here for one night. Over all the hotel was good. Room was clean,check in and out was very easiy,nice staff, and safe area. One thing we did not care for was the bed pillows. their was only two. so if you need more than one pillow make sure you bring some. Over all i would would stay their again.

This hotel was a great value for the price. We almost wished we could have stayed a few nights instead of one, so that we could have taken advantage of the kitchenette.

With the exception of having a key issue to the room it was a great stay.

Hotel was not a good as it seemed to look on the internet. Booked a Queen size bed when I got to the room the bed was a twin or full size bed. Luckly I was only staying for one night.
