second hand attempt to fix rooms. golf cart driver was always gong somewhere unable to pick us up even though it was at the same destination we ended up. Restaurant service are not trained enough to provide good service

Me and my husband stayed here for a weekend getaway, the room was great the tvs were far.to small the bed wasn't all that comfortable shower was dirty , but as for the great huge tub was amazing ..but one of the worst things was how far we had to walk to get our car , go swimming and even pick up food we ordered

Staff was all very helpul and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. I am the type of person who hecks for prices and reviews before booking or buying anyhting. This hotel exceeding all expectations. I took my mother here for her 69th birthday and she loved it.

We were really impressed with the quality for the price, and the great staff. Thrilled to have a suite with a living room area and kitchenette! Bathroom was huge. Also really enjoyed the private patio area. Very close to shopping. The front desk staff was great, they let us check in very early so I could get the kids down for nap. The bell man, Dave […] was great as well. We took a chance on this place and are glad we did. Perfect for people with kids who need to nap in the bedroom while Mom and Dad hang in the living room. I think our experience would have been more positive if we hadnt been put into a unit that was very far away from everything. There was no parking at our unit so every time we needed the car, which was frequently as we were there in business, we had to walk long ways. On a positive note the staff agreed to move us to a much more convenient unit the […] very next day. Our AC stopped working one night at the second unit and we spent a miserable night in a 95 degree room. It was fixed the next night. The service at the outdoor bar where they served breakfast was terrible. We ended up eating all our meals other places due t the slow service. Waiting time to get a drink at the bar was so long that we simply gave up. Many times the bar was open but there was no bartender at all. Result: we left the resort for our drinks. Also the bar closed at 8! The resort itself was pretty and the golf course very beautiful. Rooms were large and comfortable. And the staff very accommodating and friendly. I don't think I will stay here again though. This is a time share property but there are no persistent sales reps around. The room was spacious particularly for the money. The golf course was like playing on carpet! The beds unfortunately were very uncomfortable. The hotel style is dated. Perfect place for a boys golf vacation.

Everything is absolutely amazing. Though there are many older people that stay here it works well for families to enjoy as well.

All was okay here and the beds were super comfy. Biggest issue for us was walking. I had read this in other reviews, but I'm a runner & my husband is an avid cyclist and I thought it wouldn't be too bad. It was tough for our 4 & 6 year old! Love the bathroom and the space in the main room.

The hotel acommodations were great. Beds were comfortable and management was courteous. The only downside is that there needs to be more staff on duty after hours and the resort needs a breakfast bar on sight.

Totally enjoyed our wedding anniversary at the Orange Tree Resort, from the smells of lovely orange blossoms to the lovely golf resort landscaping, to the updated, spacious suite! The jacuzzi tub for two was a bonus that we were not expecting. Great service and setting.

Great location, comfy couch, and bed. Would stay again in a heart beat! Exceptional customer service!

The best part about the stay was the room itself. We were there for several days and stayed in a 1BR suite that had a separate living and kitchen area as well as a nice terrace. The bathroom was very large and included a shower as well as a jetted tub. Condition of room was excellent and kitchen had everything we needed. Tempur-pedic bed was new for […] us but no better or worse than getting used to any new bed. Service was good; only minor complaint is that room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30pm; we had to wait for cleaning to be completed. Surrounding area is not particularly interesting although there was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Okay, most of the guests are staying for the golf. But we stayed a saturday night here to get away from our kids and have some "Mommy and Daddy" romantic time. We were very, very happy with our room and the grounds (didn't even see the course, which I'm sure is fantastic). The only small complaint I have is that the front desk decided to call just to […] offer us something (probably time share stuff). It is poor form to telemarkaet to your own guests in their rooms. Ive stayed at this resort a couple of times now, and it's always been good for the value. The tempur pedic beds are really comfortable and testing one made me want to get one of my own. The parking situation is funky, as the parking area is really far from some of the rooms. The bell staff will take you to and from your room in golf carts, though. The […] only other issue I had was that even though the rooms are all non smoking, the patios are not. What a pleasant place to stay - very comfortable, great room with fridge and microwave. Current movies are available for free. It is close to most things - Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Frys Market are all at the same intersection just a few blocks away. The fridge is full size, so you can bring lots of food. This was a wonderful impromptu staycation. Everything was just as it presented, the only downside was no onsite room service. Although this would not prohibit us from booking another staycation or recommending this resort to out of town guests.

My husband and I stayed at the Orange tree golf resort the week prior to Christmas winter 2011, our accommodations were great. Our stay was part business part pleasure. If I had any complaints was the resturant was not what I thought it would be, and the bar area was under construction. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

I went here on business, and this is one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in. A little of a hike via golf cart, but worth it when I got to the room.

Where do I start? This was the most AWESOME accommadations that we have ever stayed at in all of our travels! Wonderful guest service, clean and spacious rooms...I can 't wait to come back in April!

Property is very quiet, in a residential location but very close to Paradise Valley Mall and north Phoenix and north Scottsdale shops. Wonderful bedding and updated rooms. You do not need to golf to enjoy this resort.

My husband and I stayed one night for a romantic Getaway. The grounds were lovely, the staff Very friendly ,the room was very nice! I was so impressed by the size of the room for the price I paid. The room was spectacular and the jacuzzi tub was awesome. The staff is very inviting and friendly. This resort is definitnely a hidden oasis and I would recommend it to anyone.

This was an excellent place to stay and a great value. The intent was a little spotty at times but it was free. The rooms were large and comfortable. The golf course was beautiful and right outside our room. There were great specials for guests to play the course with rental clubs. The pool was fantastic. This hotel is going currently through some remodeling in the registration/lobby area. It seems that a restaurant or bar will be added soon which will make a big difference since there is no place to eat (except in the golf club) inside the facility. This hotel is located centrally to some great golf courses in Scottsdale, AZ and great restaurants. Even as a female I felt comfortable jogging out in the neighborhood by myself with the map the hotel gave me for a 5k run. Staying for one night on a business trip and the hotel was really nice and the grounds were beautiful.

Overall i had an amzing stay at the resort. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at this resort before and the excellent service has remained the same on each visit. The only drawback is the distance from the office to your room or car. Love everything about the place. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the size of the tv in bedroom. Had trouble seeing and hearing it. The restaurant was being remodeled so we did not eat out. Will be back real soon.
