Everything about the hotel was excellent, as good as, or better, than "name" hotels cost two, or even three times, as much. If there s any downside, it would be the location. My experience at Chatrium Residence was overall good. The staff were great; they were very helpful when I had to make last minute city tour reservations. The central AC in room was bit noisey all the time . I only rated everything at 5 because there is not a 6! This hotel is EXCELLENT! Rooms are beautiful, and kept immaculate! Amenities are incredible. Breakfast buffet is amazing! And the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. This place is GREAT!

Good value for money, family hotel with good pool. A little out of the way, in terms of getting to tourist sites, but there are some shuttles provided. Return by taxi.

Love this service apartment but if you need to be closer to the train station during rush hour it might not be the best location. Food was a bit disappointing but service and comfort are great. For the price you pay, it is a great place to stay.

This hotel is like a breath of fresh air compared to the Prince palace Hotel. The rooms are very well kepted. The staff is very pleasant and curtious. This hotel has everything you will ever need in a hotel.

This is a very good value stay, but not what I would expect "quality wise" for a 4 star category. The rooms are dated and not equivalent in condition or quality to other 4 star properties. The kitchen counters are basic, the TV's are not flat screen and are grainy, and the general feel of the place is a bit dingy and in need of a complete update. The price is very reasonable and if you are looking to stay in a spacious and inexpensive place, then this is fine. Hyvä tasoinen ja siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelu toimii. Aamiaisesta ei löytynyt moitittavaa. Uima-allas alue ja lasten leikki paikka on lapsi perheille mahtava alue. Myös illasten teemat olivat hyvät. Ja ruoka hyvää.

４月後半の一番暑い時期に３泊しました。バンコクにはもう何度もきているので観光するわけでもなく、ゆっくりしたかったのでここを選びました。部屋は広く清潔でベランダも２つありました。プールでのんびりしたり、部屋ですごしたり、徒歩１０分ほどのセントラルへ夜はでかけたり、とすごしました。プール横のレストランが改装中でしたが、私たちが帰る日に工事がほぼ完了してました。すごく雰囲気のいいレストランです。ここにくるためにまた、宿泊してもいいなあ、と思いました。

Jättebra hotell på alla sätt och vis, låg dock långt från centrum och bargata. Men vill man bara ta det lugnt får hotellet 5/5 solstrålar!

海藻が、終り外観客室共きれいになった。コンドミディアムと同じつくりなので長期滞在にわよいと思う。土、日、はコンドミディアムの住人の人達と触れ合うことができ好きな人にはたまらないと思う。ただし色々な国籍の人達であり子供も多いい部屋は広くて快適最近の新しいホテルはシャワーだけのところが、あるがバスタブもありくつろげる。アクセスはｂｔｓチョンノンシーからｂｔｒバスで１０バーツ3つめのステーション１０分くらいそこから歩いて５分周りわコンドミデアムノのマンションあり歩いて５分の場所にセントラル７、ロータスあり。ホテルからの７シャトルバス在り値段の考えればお得だと思う。

Genoten van 2 overnachtingen met 3 kinderen , hadden appartement op 17de verdieping. Zeer net 140 vierkante meter groot appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Ontbijt super en kinderen genoten van zwembad. Met de taxi zit je binnen 5 minuten en 40 baht bij skytrainstation en vandaar uit binnen korte tijd naar de gebieden waar meer te beleven […] valt. Dejligt hotel, super værelser og senge. Atriumgård med pool, restaurant og meget hyggeligt miljø både dag og aften. Morgenmaden var fin, men kapaciteten ikke afstemt. Det var kaotisk med Dflere gæster end borde, og ens mad blev fjernet hvis man gik til buffeten for at hente kaffe.

Selve hotellet er bare behageligt. Polen er flot og værelset er det bedste jeg har prøvet med både stue med sofa og fladskærm og lækkert soveværelse. Morgenmad er ikke noget særligt og beligenheden er kedelig. Men hotellet vejer helt sikkert op.

這是第二次入住,住在同一棟不同樓層,但是浴室水龍頭水量明顯變小,雖然入住當天燈管壞掉一隻,但是晚上回來就已經修復,其他都還是水準之上

Gemessen am Preis war das Hotel gut, ich kam jedoch gerade aus Kuala Lumpur zurück und hatte dort ein Luxushotel, deshalb fand ich dieses Hotel etwas enttäuschend. Som familjehotell är detta svårslaget. Jag tror aldrig att vi blivit så positivt överraskade nån gång. Det är lägenheter fräscha och rymliga, mjuka västerländska sängar. Utomordentlig service. poolen och poolområdet var underbart det enda minuset var kanske att det var vänt åt sydöst så solen försvann lite för tidigt. Das Fitnesscenter ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über die gängigen Geräte. Wer sich allein am Preis orientiert, und […] keine Ansprüche an den Service eines 4-Sterne-Hauses stellt, oder nur eine Nacht bleiben möchte, und sich auch durch die chaotische Situation beim Frühstück nicht aus der Ruhe bringen läßt, findet hier u. U. eine zufriedenstellende Bleibe. Sowohl die 1-2-bedrooms, als auch die Studios sind recht geräumig, und in einer gepflegten, ansprechenden Möblierung auch ordentlich ausgestattet. Allerdings nicht alle mit separater Dusche! Die Klimaanlage verrichtet ihren Dienst gut - und laut. Erkältungsgefahr inklusive, da die air condition-Gebläse in den Zimmern direkt auf das Bett gerichtet waren. Ich empfand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wg. der mangelhaften Dienstleistung nicht zufriedenstellend. Das bescheidene Frühstücksangebot und die Zustände im Frühstücksraum entsprechen nicht 4 Sternen! Mahtava uima-allas lapsille ( eli erittäin matala aikuisille ). Uima-altaan reunustalla oleva kauppa hyvä lisä. Huoneet ( ainakin 4tower 18 kerros ) aivan kamala, tuolin päällinen oli kuin sille olisi oksennettu, keittiön lattia hirveässä kunnossa, parketti vanha ja kulunut. Olemme käyneet useissa Bangkokin 4-tähden hotellissa ja pelkästään huoneen […] takia antaisin tälle 2 tähteä. Huoneistoja uusittiin toisissa torneissa vaan se ei kauheasti auttanut meidän oleskeluamme päinvastoin , meteliä oli päiväsaikaan riittävästi. Kaiken kaikkiaan aivan liian kallis vs. hotellin kunto. Hotellet är nog acceptabelt men ligger för långt från centrum. I synnerhet vid rusningtid är trafiken rätt så trög, så det tar lång tid att åka till centrum.
