The hotel location is good but the 3 star rating overrates the hotel by 2 stars. We were told that the hotel has recently changed ownership and we can only hope that the new owners plan to renovate the property. We have stayed in pensiones that were in better decorative condition and with better room facilities and service. This hotel is well-worn and in need of some restoration. It is in a declining neighborhood. But the service was adequate, a great breakfast and convenient for our visit. You can walk to Gibraltar and it is a beachfront hotel. The view over the Mediterranean from our room was beautiful. Chose this hotel for its proximity to Gibraltar airport. Cheaper than previous stays actually in Gibraltar. Not luxurious but adequate for a short stay. Bilingual reception and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast and excellent free WiFi. Just across the road from beach but surrounding area a bit run down.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea which was beautiful.. not very close to walk to the main town, but very close to Gibraltar where we got married.

Very basic, but clean hotel. Overpriced compared to what I have paid in the past. We only used the hotel for a whistle-stop overnight stay so comments may be unfair?

This hotel looked like something out of the movie Dawn of the Dead. There were only 2 people there that we ever saw, the lights on the floor were off and it looked like an abandoned ghost hotel. Once inside though the room and bathroom was adequate and large enough. The neighborhood is probably the worst in all of Spain, don't know how to describe it […] other than out of a horror movie. Hotellet bære præg af at være brugt en hel del og kunne trænge til lidt renovering her og der. Personalet er meget venligt og hjælpsomt og restauranten fungerer ude mærket. Beliggenheden med havudsigt og tæt til et besøg i Gilbraltar, som var mit formål er også godt, men nabolaget er deprimerende. Meget nedslidt hotel, der ikke svarer til 3 stjerner. Burde kun have een stjerne. Personalet nærmest ikke tilstedeværende..... Meget lidt engelsk-kyndigt. Eneste positive: altaner med havudsigt

Fuimos a este hotel porque en un buscador de hoteles aparecia como en Cadiz, al lado de la playa. La verdad es que está a 100 kms de Cádiz capital, en un publito llamado la Linea de la Concepcion, cerca del cruce a Gibraltar. No nos gustó ni el hotel ni el pueblo. No era lo que buscabamos.

No lo recomiendo porque el estado exterior y la suciedad de las terrazas junto con lo poco turistico que son los alrededores en cuanto a las infraestructuras turisticas sin sombras ni servicios en el paseo maritimo. At the price I was charged, would have expected far moor facilities. Hotel was clean; exterior looked very 'tired'; staff helpful; breakfast was good. At the price paid, this should have been included. Also, cost of parking should have been included as well. Certainly not value for money. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Eenvoudige, maar goedkope kamers met uitzicht rechtstreeks op zee. Afstand tot Gibraltar goed te belopen. Wie veel comfort verwacht voor weinig geld, moet niet gaan. Omliggende gebouwen minder, maar boulevard prima. Ontbijt goed genoeg.

Selve hotellet var kedeligt og nedslidt og det samme gjaldt restautanten, der kun bød på en kedelig standard menu. Værelset lugtede af mug eller skimmelsvamp. Hotellet lå lige ned til stranden men ellers var området relativt kedeligt uden andre former for aktiviteter end badning.
