HOTEL BELLE EPOQUE BADEN BADEN - บาเดิน-บาเดิน

We stayed one night in this hotel on October 1, 2010 This is a beautiful old hotel, the only draw back was absence of the elevator. Breakfast was very nice and ambiance was delightful. More importantly, service was beyond reproach. We had an unfortunate accident on our train trip from Frankfurt to Baden-Baden. I forgot on the train my shoulder bag which […] contained my passport, credit cards, iPad and so on. We realised that we lost this bag, only after our taxi ride to the hotel. Hotel personal contacted the Railway Office, and by late afternoon, when, we returned to the hotel, they told us the good news: my bag was located, safe and sound. The bad news were that it was in the Baden Hof, a station in a hour and a half train ride from Baden Baden. They provided us with the train schedule and sand us on our way. Unfortunately we missed the train and decided to wait for the next one, which was in an hour and a half. We called the hotel and advised them of this. While we were having coffee in the train coffee shop, a young man from the hotel suddenly appeared. He advised us that he was send by the hotel, because the have checked the schedule and realised, that if we will take this late train, we will not be able to return to the hotel until the next morning and suggested that we should take the train in the morning instead. This young man gave us a ride back to the hotel. They not only found my bag, but also saved us from the sleepless night. What a wonderful service. Great Hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel. The location was ideal, staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was very nice. Only comment would be new mattresses would be in order.

Great hotel, attentive staff, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast. Only negative was the otherwise magnificent property had chintze bathroom finishing. The saddle on the doorway was unpainted, the tissue holder was stainless steel, the plumbing hadn't been properly finished. Dieses nette Hotel zeichnet sich durch Flexibilität und Qualität aus. Bei Gehbehinderung ist es von Vorteil ein Zimmer in der Dependance zu beantragen, da dort die Stockwerke mit Aufzug erreicht werden können. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet.
