This was not the hotel that I thoght I stayed in last year. Neighorhood was very unsavory and not good for family gatherings.

This is not a good place to stay for light sleepers. There are train tracks behind the building with trains passing all night blowing their horn. They do give you free ear plugs.

Stayed so we could be close to the airport for early morning departure. Evening Staff for check in was great, morning (only one clerk) was not friendly, no fresh coffee made, and shuttle driver was late although the shuttle was there ready to go.

There were way to many teenagers. The building stinks, and to small. The location is awful. Drug city. To many beggers.

The room was very clean: carpet swept, surfaces spotless. The mattress was worn on one side, had rather a furrow there, so I slept on the other side. The airport shuttle was ready and waiting when I got to the lobby, even tho it was 4:45am. Staff was friendly and professional.

The location is good, staff is friendly enough. Our room, though clearly marked as a "non-smoking" room, smelled like an old cigarette butt. I don't know if it was because other rooms in the vicinity are smoking rooms or because the room we were in was previously a smoking-allowed room, but it was pretty evident and off-putting. The pool and hot tub […] were nice, though the water was somewhat cloudy in both, making me wonder if swimming with my 3-year old son was the greatest move. It is very good hotel compare to other hotel we stay during this trip. We like the 24 hrs open swim pool and hot tub after long distance drive, and it is kids free after 11:00 pm. Also, we like the breadfast with eggs and Sausage and friut and youger.

We wanted an inexpensive weekend get-away and could not have been more pleased. We stayed three nights and It was very comfortable, from the king size bed to the indoor pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the breakfast with the usual waffle maker, but also with egg and sausage patties plus English muffins if you wanted to make it into a breakfast […] sandwich, as well as fruit, plus cereals, yogurts, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that the toilet needed to be snaked as it kept needing the use of a plunger. They insisted that it would get attention and had offered to move us to another room, but it wasn't that big a problem. My girlfriend and I stayed here so we were close to shopping for christmas. The motel was a easy to find with our gps, but was tucked in behind some other buildings so without it I dont think it would have been as easy. The motel was clean, and we got in our room before the checkin time, but they didn't tell us that the 4th floor was a smoking floor […] even tho we got a non smoking room so that was not so good. The next morning we were so excited to get in the hot tub to soak our tired acheing feet and when we got in it was luke warm!!!! We were not happy at all. And it wasnt' very clean. Got here after a very early flight... was told I couldn't check in until 3pm no matter how tired I was. Checked in and took a nap listening to the noises of other rooms to the left, to the right, above and below me. Kids screaming, people talking, very thin walls. Went to a meeting came back and wanted a soda. Floor 2 machine broken, Floor 1 broken […] and floor 3 vending room was about 110 degrees but I did get a soda. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing to say the least. The TV had almost no channels. Internet was good tho. Finally bed time. It was fine, clean & housekeeping prompt. Toilet didn't work very well. Overhead light needed replacing and it was. Towels were so small, we had to have them changed out everyday. Bed was comfortable, nice size room.

Hotel is a well maintained older hotel with spacious rooms. There are at least two sit-down restaurants within 100 yards and the 24 hour airport shuttle is much more than just convenient. I will stay there again.

Everything was great. The only problems I had was that the bed was not very comfortable, and the hot tub was not very hot.

Everything was great. They ran out of some of the hot food for the breakfast, and it was a long wait for more to be made. But there were a lot of other choices.

It was an easy drive to downtown and the Convention Center, very comfortable bed, nice, spacious room, and the staff was very courteous. The free breakfast was mostly grain products, which I don't eat, so I just had to settle for a banana and juice, but that's pretty typical of hotel breakfasts. No complaints from me.

Perfect for that early flight out of Portland. Friendly, clean and economical. The Ernie's restaurant next door is convenient and the shuttle was on time.

This hotel is very clean with access to light rail to get down towm and to/from the airport. I was concerned that I wanted to get to the airport @ 7: 00 am and the driver (female) came about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time, did not seemed to be in a hurry given that she was late, and did not offer an apology. The gentleman who drove the shuttle […] from the airport was very accommodating; he told me how to get down town and drove me to the light rail station, although it was within walking distance. Overall, the hotel offered services to meet all one needs for a short time, including a fridge and a microwave. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would return there again. I would have enjoyed my trip to Portland better if I had spent all my time at this hotel; I would have been able to visit more shooping centers and see more of the city with the short time frame I had. Convenient location, easy to find. We were concerned about hearing airplanes all night as the motel is very close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised at the end of our stay when we realized we had not heard one airplane.

I reserved a wheelchair accessible room with a king bed. Was told I had that at checkin. The room was not wheelchair accessible with ridges at doors and no seat in the regular tub. The bed was a single queen. We did not have maid service so no towels toiletries of coffee.

Hotel pool and hot tub water was green and dirty. Room was clean and staff was adequate. We have stayed here 3 times and this was the first time the pool was dirty.

Great location near the airport with easy on and off ramps. Rooms nice but mine had an older odor. Only real negative was the train which runs behind the building fortunately not too often.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has large rooms, comfortable beds, a decent breakfast, and very helpful staff. Also, it's located close to the Parkrose Park and Ride, so it easy to get downtown and back. We will stay here again.

We stayed at Portland's Comfort Inn near the airport the night before flying out. We drove to it easily with GPS, were checked in quickly and found the room clean with good wifi connection -- very important! We didn't hear traffic or airplane noise. Hotel is near the airport, freeways, etc. There are train tracks behind the hotel, so ask for a front room. The room was clean and well maintained & there was plenty of room. The pool was well maintained, but the whirlpool looked iffy, and a very tiny fitness center -- if more than two people are in there you literally rub elbows! The breakfast bar […] was plentiful. I appreciated that they had both the local paper and Wall St. Journal complimentary in the breakfast room, rather than the usual USA Today. The staff that worked there were all very nice and friendly. Lucky for me I speak a little Spanish and was able to converse with the cleaning staff when they asked me when I would be out of the room so they could clean it. The elevator is very slow, so use the stairs when you can. The hallway on the 2nd floor was very hot until I noticed the a/c was off (it was almost freezing on the main level). I want expecting the nicest neighborhood right off the freeway and near the airport, so I wasn't suprised by the busy road and nearby convenience stores and such. . . But I was suprised how quiet the rooms were! The staff, everyone from the desk to the housekeeping were friendly and happy. Very friendly staff. Fairly quiet. A child was running in the room above us on the 3rd floor but the noise stopped before our bed time. We had the pool to ourselves, which was very nice.

Good location near airport and clean. Downside is our room was right next to the electrical room so it got very noisy and hot in our room. Breakfast wasn't bad but the eggs....ick!

The staff at this hotel is fantastic. They are very friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows are too small and too soft.
