great staff as always, nice change in coffee department, if the parking lot was more trailer friendly we would probably rate this hotel a solid 4+

stayed for two nights,bed not made during stay and rom not cleaned

many nice touches, beds are very comfortable, the waffles always great although coffee needs attention, parking lot terrible for trailers. But staff are always more than friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Stay was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had cancelled 2 out of my 5 rooms on the first night, but the hotel front deck clerk whom I cancelled through bungled absolutely everything both that night and the next night, leaving the front desk staff dealing with the cleanup. They were very helpful dealing with the problem.

we had booked for a family of 5 and the rooms were so small that it was hard to fit the extra cot in the room.other than that nice place

Room was a no smoking room but room & hallways smellled like smoke. Pillows very uncomfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

Our first impression was that it looked as though the main entrance was the back of the hotel. We entered the hotel asking if we could check in yet, it was 2pm and the reply from the hostess at the front desk was "check in is 3 o'clock". When we returned at 3 we got a great welcome from a different hostess.

The breakfast was amazing and it was nice surprise to have hot food like waffles. The walls are very thin and you hear everything around you. But the condition and cleanliness were very impressive and my children found the hotel a huge treat to stay in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming all in all I would stay there again.

Everything was very good with the hotel except the air conditioner stop working in the middle of the night to cool down the room... One thing the hotel is to close to the hi-way.. Because of that i am not sure i would stay there again... To much noise....

When we booked the hotel through hotels.com one of our requirements was that it had a swimming pool. This super 8 came up having one so we booked. When we arrived it didn't have a pool, but right across the highway, within close walking distance, was Whitecourt's Aquatic center.
