Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center - บัลติมอร์

I had stayed at Best Westerns before and did not have a very good experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the complete hotel. The only complaint was having to pay the tolls going into Baltimore for dinner. I did not count on that expense when booking my room in this location.( that was my fault)

Excellent!

This hotel is nice and inexpensive but you have to drive or take a shuttle for about 1/2 hour to get to downtown Baltimore.

Wasn't happy of the location since it was so far away from everything. No where near the inner harbor.

We stayed 2 nights here and thought it was a great hotel. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa the first night and took the free shuttle the second day. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. The beds were good and the refrigerator provided was bigger than most places I have been. On the first day we found that our room had no soap and contacted […] the front desk. At first, they told me they would send some up an then called back to report they were out. Usually, this would be a bad thing however, within one hour they called again to tell me they got me and brought it to my room right away. Besides the little hiccup, we had a great stay. All of the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good and included make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, donuts and pastries, juice, milk, and coffee and a few other little things. It was enough for a quick breakfast. I would suggest getting there early for the best selection though. Overall, I would say this was a very good stay though. Went to catch a game at Camden Yards. Great breakfast. Room was fine although there was a high-pitched sound coming from the fridge that was a little annoying until we got used to it. Surrounding area not the best but perfect location for access to Inner Harbor, Camden Yards & highway to go home! Got what we paid for - would stay here again!

This hotel is located in a shabby neighborhood, where police sirens where I heard police sirens twice during my 1st night. I was unable to rest peacefully after I was awakened by the guests in the adjoining room pulling on the adjoining door, laughing and joking about how "no one was in there." Neighboring guests were very noisy, slamming doors as they […] went in and out their rooms until 3am! The breakfast buffet was maybe a step above continental. By Sunday the pool was dirty and my family refused to swim in it. The pool looked nothing like the picture, alot smaller. I also stepped on an upside down drain cover while wading my daughter in the pool, which hurt. The lamp on the nghtstand didn't work. The fridge and microwave must've had a special switch because they were also not working until maintenance came upstairs and did something. Our requests for more towels and washcloths got us handtowels and no washcloths. The view from the 11th floor room was of the backyards of rowhomes with dogs running around. The Phillip's tv was very dated, not alot of channels to choose from, had to press the remote keys extra hard. The upside to this hotel is it's affordable, there's a McDonald's within walking distance, a dinner theatre located in the hotel, room service is fast and the food was tasty. Hotel parking was full when we arrived so we had to park elsewhere. Several elevators need maintenance as they make weird mechanical noises. Unless you are staying here to be close to John Hopkins Bayview, you will be safer, more comfortable and treated like a guest elsewhere.

The staff is ecourteous and pleasant. However, the refrigerator had to be replaced because it sounded like a ticking bomb. How did the staff miss that? Then, when in a rush, the shower could not be turned on - two of us tried, and we had to call the desk. The response was swift and couteous, but really......

Overall stay was very comfortable, great rates, on site restaurant with great food & service.

Booked last minute b/c we wanted an extra day in Baltimore.... Very run down neighborhood. The hotel room was clean. We had a king-sized bed and a fold out couch. There was no room to fold out the couch b/c of the endtable. The pool was ok for my kids but the SPA was being serviced. (Dirty, nearly empty, and definitely a hazard). Nice hotel. Good service and breakfast. Hot tub was broken, and mold underneath a ripped up bath mat. Pool had a clump of hair in it. Other than that very nice. Room was clean, service was good. Restaurant is worth checking out.

i can to the hotel just for the indoor pool,it was cool not heated like they said,breakfast was okay,front desk was not to friendly,we were on the top floor, over all it was an okay stay...

They offer a shuttle into Baltimore inter harbor. Baltimore is filled with history and they do have great crab cakes.

Hotel is located off of the Interstate. There is nothing much in the immediate area near the hotel to do however the hotel provides a shuttle to the Inner Harbor. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The complimentary breakfast was not good.

The heating system went from hot to cold and it was very cold in Baltimore that weekend. The shower system was not working properly. We had to take a shower in standing water that's so gross.

When I first arrived I was under the impression my room was clean. Last time I stayed here the smell of cigar smoke filled the air as soon as you walked out of the elevator (smoking section so can't really complain). This time the sheets were absolutely filthy!! The hotel looked nice on the outside and in the lobby. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and beautiful furnishings and flooring throughout. Once in the room, I was surprised to find an old, mildewed tub, an outdated television, and very uncomfortable and worn spring matresses. We stayed at this hotel the night before leaving for a 7 day cruise. It was clean, well maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is no more than 10 minutes from the Port of Baltimore, so extremely convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

I wanted to be close to the Prometrics Testing site just two miles from the Best Western for an early 7:15 AM start of testing. Best Western buffet breakfast got me out of there well nourished and well rested and ready for my exam.

This was a great hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The customer service was superb. They have all of the amenities that you could want. You get a lot of value for your money. I stayed here with my family on new years eve. the hotel is very good specially the staff. it has an indoor pool and my kids really enjoyed it. the water was really warm. one drawback is there is no grosarry store nearby. restaurants are very close infact Mc Donalds is in the parking lot. I will recomend this hotel to everyone.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to John Hopkins Medical Center. The hotel was just fine. It was clean and quiet and the front desk staff were professional and helpful. Close proximity (driving or shuttle) to Inner Harbor. Worth the price.

The hotel has a van that drops you off at any one of many of the hospitable that are in the area or the Inner Harbor. It will also pick you up when called. The driver is very knowable of local restaurants of the area and helpful. You can also leave you car in their parking lot for no extra charge. Good hotel, good price and excellent location. Fifteen minutes to everywhere I wanted to go. A little inconvenient to Inner Harbor/Convention Center because you have to go through the tunnel. I recommend this hotel as a good value.

Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant, all in all a good evening

ROOM COULD USE SOME REPLACEMENT OF FURNITURE. DESK CHAIR HAD A RIP UP THE BACK SHIOWING STUFFING. ALSO EASY CHAIR LOOKED LIKE IT WAS READY FOR A TRIP TO THE SALVATION ARMY. TIME TO SPEND A FEW BUCKS AND FRESHEN UP THINGS. THIS HOTEL BEARS THE BEST WESTERN NAME AND AS SUCH SHOULD STRIVE TO STAY UP TO DATE AND TO KEEP HIGH STANDARDS.

Although our stay was enjoyable I was looking forward to using the hot tub to relax from a long week. Unfortunately the hot tub was not operational and empty. A little disappointed but overall had an enjoyable experience.

only 2 issues 1. the hot tub didn't work next to the pool 2. the someone was smoking weed on our non-smoking floors, besides that it was cool

I stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at the 1st Marina Arena. I was very impressed by the overall condition of the hotel and the proximity to the 1st Marina Arena (only 13 minutes away). This was my first time staying at a Best Western. I am very picky about hotels. I decided to take a chance since they redid some of their hotels and made the Plus […] and Premier lines. The room was modern and updated. The beds and pillows were so soft! The staff was great and very attentive. They offer free wifi and breakfast, so that was a plus.
