Good stop over hotel for business.

we stayed with you as my girl was in a swimming open meet and we were very happy with the hotal and will come again

I was unhappy to be charged £23.95 for what I was told was room service when I didn't have any room service. We had 3 bits of toast and a blueberry muffin in the restaurant and that was all we had. The Hotel was in a good location for my stay but found the staff at the hotel very unproffesional. Everytime I had to make a visit to Reception the Receptionist was always on the telephone to friends organising there nights out!! and keeping me waiting. The hotel room that I booked was not the room I got and we spent a good half hour trying to sort […] out another room to suit my family and after a very long journey you can do without this hasstle when it was all organised over the telephone before hand. I found breakfast itself very well presented but the staff again made you stand at the wait to be seated sign longer than necessary when they had quite clearly seen you making you feel very unwelcome. Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable. Would deffenetly recommend it to others.

A well positioned hotel with great facilities. I stopped one night but didn't have a need to leave the hotel in the evening as everything i needed was available so great for business users I'd use this hotel again

For the money, it was amazing!! Lovely pool and spa/room and gym. Plenty of towels, lots of extras, lotions etc. Staff very helpful, and polite. Plenty of parking, safe and secure. Will book again without a doubt.

FINDING THE HOTEL IS VERY EASY WITH GOOD ROAD LINKS INTO SHEFFIELD ONLY 5 MILES FROM DOM VALLEY THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND QUITE MODERN STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT LACKING IN TEA BAGS ONLY 2 ALSO NO COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED WATER OR SMALL FRIDGE BATHROOM WAS FINE AGAIN NO ADDED EXTRAS BUT COULD BE OBTAINED FROM RECEPTIN ON REQUEST […] BREAKFAST WAS GD ALTHOUGH THE SERVING AREA WAS SMALL AND CREATED QUES AND CONGESTION BUT OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY อ่านเพิ่มเติม
