Modern style hotel, starting to show wear. Hotel shuttle to airport not available for early morning flight. Taxi has to come from Paris. Taxi charges from Paris to Hotel to Orly Airport. Very expensive. Buffet at hotel is somewhat pricey at 17 Euros per person, and includes only one entry....steak cooked rare. this hotel is good but acording to other 4 * hotels it need to improve in their morning services like changing beds and breakfast allaround was good in the evening time there is no customer servises at all and i like to stay here agaiin but with better services .... recommended at 3star hotel ....

Very clean and accommodating hotel close to the Airport. Surroundings very industrial and dark at night but felt safe to walk to local restaurants at night. Our hotel room was large and very comfortable. A super king bed with a sofa bed which coverts to 2 proper pull out single beds which was a god send with 2 young kids. J'ais séjourné dans cet hôtel pour 3 nuits et je trouve que pour un hôtel de la catégorie Novotel il n'est pas à la hauteur. Le design laisse à désirer, la chambre est cinfortable mais le rapport qualité/prix n'est vraiment pas satisfaisant. Il n'est pas génial et ne ressemble nullement aux photos du site.

conforme à mon attente, accueil de qualité service de qualité,malgré un sous effectif le matin au petit déjeuner,(1 personne et souvent débordée) propreté irréprochable, globalement satisfait.

l'hotel est bien mais je pensais qu'il était plus rapide d'accès depuis l'aéroport.... il faut prévoir une bonne demi heure entre l'arrivée de la navette. un stop à tous les hotels////

onvoldoende airconditioning in de kamers dus snachts wel warm. Verder prima hotel, schoon met alle faciliteiten (incl. goede bar en goed restaurant) en letterlijk aan de route van en naar Frankrijk. Wij kozen dit hotel omdat je met een gezin met 2 kinderen in 1 kamer kunt slapen.

tres grosses difficultés pour trouver le depart de la navette.Conducteur de la navette pas tres avenant.Impossible de joindre l'hotel par téléphone pour avoir la navette.

Chambres, hall, resto, bar, piscine en excellent état. Environnement extérieur bruyant, mais chambre bien isolée. Horrible parking payant 13€/jour !
