Overall the stay was absolutely great. This was our first stay in the hotel and we would definitely come back again. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we had absolutely everything that we needed. The only negative thing that happened was that after waiting several minutes for the car service to take us to dinner we were told that […] it had been delayed. The service was excellent - very friendly staff, they called me by name, anticipated our needs (the valet guy saw us come out with an open bottle of wine upon check out and, without asking, went to the bar and brought us a cork - great!). However, the room left a few things to be desired. 1 - industrial style public bathroom toilet - seemed out of place […] in an otherwise lovely bathroom. 2 - The room could use thicker windows. The street noise was definitely significant. 3 - the in-room entertainment system was terrible. Slow to navigate, sound and video sync issues on movies, and way overpriced. 4 - the Internet was so slow as to be basically unusable. the staff and service at the hotel is always 5 star! It's easy walking to most of the entertainment district do Denver,but they also have a car service we used that was perfect for dinner travel! It is an older building well maintained just wish they had a little bigger bathroom.

The service at this hotel is on par with a Fairmont or Four Seasons and the rooms are comfortable (albeit small ala NYC!) but for the rates they charge, I would think they would upgrade their towels and ensure their sheets are spotless. Had a few drinks in the hotel bar with some friends, and took the complimentary car service to dinner right downtown. The room was amazing--spacious, beautifully appointed and luxurious! A lovely stay overall--we'll be back.

We like the location of the hotel and it's staff was tremendous. However, we had problems with the television remote control. We also had a lot of problems getting the shower to work.

We spent the weekend in Denver and decided to stay at Hotel Teatro. The hotel rooms are modern and comfortable. Nice large bathrooms. The restaurant - Kevin Taylor's - was fantastic. We'll be back!

The hotel is stuffy and the staff was less than satisfactory. The computers were down in the bar and we had to transfer our bill to our room. The room service was incredibly expensive for food that wasn't very good. The "deluxe sweet" that we paid for had a small bed and nothing more than a typical hotel room offers. Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, and great area, just a block or so down from Larimer Square. Room was amazing, service was exceptional, and the ambiance of the building added considerably to our trip. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We booked this hotel for an overnight getaway from the kids. The hotel is in a great location, we had dinner at Cru, right up the street in Larimer Square. You can park at the Denver Center for Performing Arts a lot cheaper than the hotel valet fee. We stayed on a Tuesday though. I thought the room had a tub, it didn't, a very nice shower though. And […] I thought I had booked a king sized bed, but we had a queen. Well neither one of us slept very well because I am not that comfortable in a queen and the alarm clock went off at 5:30 am. I had a short stay for a business trip and found a great deal for Hotel Teatro. The room was extremely nice. I would highly recommend especially if you can get a great deal like I did!

This was by far the most pleasant hotel stay of any I have been to. The staff was so professional, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel wait for our next trip to Denver, we will definitely be back to Hotel Teatro!

The staff was immediately welcoming and helpful. We had no idea where to go but were quickly pointed in the right direction. This hotel is across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel in prime location. Larimer Street is two blocks away and there are many fun bars just 3 blocks from Hotel Teatro. My stay was absolutely perfect, the staff was amazing, the service top notch. A call to room service will get you anything on tap in just couple of minutes, they provide a free car service within four miles. the building is beautiful, the hotel is truly a vacation in and of itself.

Need to replace those old, rattling double-hung windows! Not only was it COLD you could actually here footsteps on the street below as well as the conversations of the passerbys. Staff didn't really seem to care ... probably saw it was a last minute reduced-rate.

Hotel Teatro is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are on the smaller side and we even upgraded to a corner room king with a city view, but even though it was kind of small it was very nicely decorated and clean... and it was well worth the extra $30/night for the upgrade. We had access to a small corner balcony that gave us a great view of the city and mountains […] in the background.The bathroom was amazing with a rain water shower head and a soaking tub...which they have a service you can have them draw you an aromatherapy bath. My husband wouldn't let me spend the $20 on it, but I would have! Each night when we returned to our room the bed was turned down and chocolates left on the pillow. The room was always stocked and cleaned...they even picked up our stuff a little. (Hey we're on vacation...we were a little like teenagers with clothes and shoes strewn about the room). We had the most contact with the bell/valet guys, they were always kind and very helpful. We drove out to see a Colorado sunrise our last morning. When we returned tired from our early morning, the valet arranged a later 2pm checkout so we could get a nap in before flying out. I am very picky about hotels and always hesitant about booking online, but the Hotel Teatro will not disappoint, it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was fantastic. We went to Denver for a Bronco game. The hotel staff gave us a ride to the stadium. The hotel was so close, we walked back after the game. Room service for breakfast was well worth it. We wanted a luxurious relaxing type hotel and we found it.

My wife and I spent our 11th anniversary at Hotel Teatro. Our room was very comfortable. The deep soaking tub was very nice, although not what was seen in pictures the hotel's website posted. The rainforest shower was also very nice, although the showerhead was broken slightly and the water temperature changed every few seconds, going from too hot to […] lukewarm. The bed was soft and everything was clean. I had requested a rosepetal turndown, but that request must have been overlooked. We also asked to front desk to get us a table at a local restaurant, and were told that they had done so, but when we got to the restaurant 40 minutes later, we were told they had just then received a call for reservations, meaning a 45 minute wait. Hotel experience was great. Jordan along with the rest of the staff were really attentative. Hotel is located walking distance from several key points. We were there to watch a Lakers vs Nuggets game and used the hotel vehicle to take us to the Pepsi Center which made it easy for us. Thank you Hotel Treatro for such a great experience. I used to frequently stay at this hotel back in 2007-2008. Returning after four years, I found everything deteriorated, and some customer service lost. Overall, I don't think it is now the 4.5 star hotel that it used to be. The FourSeasons across the street must have made life tough for them.

Great location and service. Valet parking fee was high, and breakfast was expensive-coffee and toast for two approaches $20.00 with tip. I would stay again, but eat breakfast somewhere else.

Clean. Comfortable. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We were able to walk to and from the Pepsi Center in about 10 minutes. Neighborhood is safe. We also used the hotel's courtesy vehicle. The driver was friendly as was the rest of the staff.

My husband and I decided to stay a night at the hotel to have a "date night" because we live in the Denver area already. We had tickets to a show at the Buell and thought we'd make a night of it and stay at the Hotel Teatro. We had heard the ninth floor had the small balconies with a view of the city so we requested a room with a balcony. The view was […] WONDERFUL! The room was perfect for two people. It had a little sitting area on one side of the room and the bed on the other. The balcony made it seem bigger than it is. The bathroom is really nice with stone and granite. There was a huge soaking tub and Aveda Toiletries. We ordered room service for breakfast which was very good. We requested a late checkout and they let us stay an extra hour "complimentary" so we left at 1. We could have paid $20 and stayed until 4. The staff was very polite and accomodating.
