Stayed 6 nights here while with a tour, first week of November. Not a 4-star by US standards. 2.5-3, perhaps. Service was good, shower was good, beds (twins) were ok. Room was fairly clean but there was some mold in the shower. Food (breakfasts) was sub-standard. Location was excellent for walking all around Palermo. Pedestrian strand was 1/2 block […] away, grocery store about 3 blocks and little local groceries about 2 blocks. Felt safe in the neighborhood and nearby restaurants were good. Hotel shuttle from airport was E45. Depending on the time of day, can be a real E-ticket ride if you are not accustomed to Italian traffic. Overall, we felt neutral about this hotel. The location and surrounding of the hotel are excellent. The hotel is close to the nain attraction of Palermo. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Mycket bra hotel men aircondition funkar från 10 på kvällen till 6.00 på morgonen. Efter den blir rumet värmt om man öppnar fönster går inte sova pga trafiken.

Et virkelig godt hotel til prisen.Central beliggenhed med let adgang til såvel Palermos nye bydel som til den gamle bydel samt til havnen. God morgenmad med frisk frugt, pålæg, youghurt og æg og bacon. Satelit -TV - forbindelse til BBC og CNN burde forbedres.

Ho pernottao l'anno scorso e anche quest'anno per 2 volte stesso periodo. Hotel ottimo. Vicino al teatro Politeama e Massimo con una breve e piacevole passeggiata a piedi. Complessivamente molto elegante ed accogliente. Piccola difficoltà per il bagno della stanza, sebbene arredato con gusto ed eleganza, risulta scomodo nel suo utilizzo. La tezzazza per le colazioni è stupenda, il servizio e cibo un pò meno (non adeguati ad un 4 stelle). Personale in acoglienza molto gentile e disponibile.

Fint at hotellet lå i en av hovedgatene i Palermo. Rommet var fint og rent. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt i Palermo enkelt att hitta till då det ligger på en huvudgata. Frukosten var god och den avnjöts på hotellets takterrass. Rummet var lite lyhört från korridoren och särskilt för oss då rummet låg nära hissen. Personalen var hjälpsamma men engelska kunskaperna var mycket varierande.

OK hotel. Polite and helpfull staff. What brings it down a bit is the lack of options at breakfust.

Confort remarquable d'un hôtel de conception récente, architacture contemporaine. Deux points forts : emplacement à 10/15 minutes à pied des sites touristiques majeurs de Palerme ; p. déjeuners dans un "roof garden" trés agréable. Accueil profesionnel et agréable ; personnel de la réception francophone. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Ett trevligt hotell med bra läge och vänlig personal. Rummet och badrummet var dåligt ventilerat och för varmt.

Ottimo hotel, ideale per visitare Palermo essendo centralissimo, con servizio ottimale e gentilissimo personale. Buon buffet di colazione e ottimo cappuccino!

Wij vinden dit een 3 sterren hotel. Zowel in badkamer als in de ontbijtruimte is voor het drinken allen plastiek bekertjes beschikbaar. Het ontbijt was ook niet spoeciaal.

L'hotel è situato vicinissimo al centro e quindi si può benissimo arrivarci a piedi. Il personale è sempre stato efficientissimo e gentilissimo (in particolar modo la Sig.ra Nadia alla reception è ineguagliabile). Ho scelto questo hotel per il prezzo vantaggioso, ma con qualche pregiudizio dovuto ai commenti negativi degli anni precedenti. C'è una nuova gestione molto gentile ed efficiente a cui non spettano le vecchie lamentele riportate. Ottima la posizione dell'Hotel nel centro città, quando viaggio amo camminare molto e vivere i luoghi, stare a contatto con la gente.....dall'Hotel ho avuto modo di girare tutto il centro di Palermo a piedi, girando anche per vicoli e stradine interne. (senza mai avere alcun problema) La mia camera al Cristal Palace (singola con letto grande) era semplice […] ma accogliente e molto funzionale, con frigo bar, e connessione ad internet tramite wi-fi,il bagno attrezzato di tutto punto, dagli asciugamani (cambiati giornalmente) al fon per asciugare i capelli, acqua calda quasi immediata, e pulizia della camera effettuata giornalmente con cura ......insomma, tutto perfetto e funzionale :-) dimenticavo, il letto, rigido e comodissimo, ho riposato alla grande come a casa mia.... la colazione viene servita su una terrazza all'ultimo piano (10) panoramica e carina a mio giudizio, la colazione (internazionale) offre un ampia scelta per tutti i gusti, normalmente mi limito ad un caffè per colazione, ma ho notato che il buffet era molto ben fornito. che dire ancora.....un elogio ancora al personale dell'hotel, gentilissimo, professionale e poliglotta, sempre pronto ad ascoltare ed assistere l'ospite in tutte le sue esigenze... Ancora una chicca che offre il Cristal Palace Hotel, sono le escursioni che si possono fare con un costo molto ragionevole, dalla navetta per la spiaggia di Mondello, ( navetta+lettino+ombrellone) a gite in vare località della Sicilia.... Prima hotel; nette slaapkamer en mooie vernieuwde badkamer! Gelegen aan de Via Roma, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden, wel ongeveer 2km lopen tot het treinstation. L'hotel non è poi così male, ma non è un quattro stelle come indicato da Hotels.com. E questo fa la differenza; se per un 4 stelle il prezzo era interessante, per un 3 diventa assolutamente nella norma. La posizione è buona. Comunque non ci tornerei.

Bra hotell mitt i centrala Palermo med närhet till city. Stort hotellrum med nyrenoverat badrum. Receptionisterna pratade bra engelska vilket är ett plus i Italien.

The hotel was nice. We got new clean towels every day, the reception was very helpful, and the location is great. Nothing extravagant, but nice and relatively cheap. Thumbs up.
