overall good hotel and friendly staff. only negative is that the walls are thin and you can clearly hear noise from hallway or next room.

Nice price and great quality

Room was ok; but for four starts hotel should have a least coffee maker in the rooms microware. Also in my room yhr Tv wasn't working properly.

Clean and comfort

Hotel is located in centro but a few blocks from recoleta clean and friendly staff but getting anything done might take a while..dotn opt for the internet they charge 14.00 and say it can be blocked in seperate segments this is not true. overall i had a good experience it was conviently located 5 blocks from the recoleta cemetery which is a must see! […] the # 10 bus to palermo, and the zoo is about 1 street away(I recoment the bus very easy and extremely cheap! 1.25 pesos) there is a mall nearby and some good resteraunts. and safe to walk at night. great for the price! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Great location, fantastically helpful staff, clean, quiet. BUT: two of the 4 nights we were there the A/C did not work well and it was too warm to sleep. The BIG issue was the shower. The water came out at a trickle and was either hot or cold. Needed improvement.

great location mediocre breakfast in a windowless room in room internet unavailable ( and if it were there is an extra $12 cost daily) had to sit in one small area of lobby where a signal could be detected nice furniture, TV, a/c, superb location in an "Upper East Side" type neighborhood if competitively priced, it is a good deal

The Hotel is located in a nice quite area not really close to anything useful. Forget getting there with a taxi, no driver knows where it is. When I booked the room they gave me the impression that the Internet connection would be free but forget it you pay more for a connection here then in a Las vegas hotel. Overall it would have been a OK experience if they didn't say they where a four star hotel and charged you for it. We wanted a good base to explore Buenos Aires, and were fortunate in our selection of the Park Chateau hotel. It is in easy walking distance to the major parts of town, and to the transit system. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with tours and transport, and the quite location made for restful nights.

evening staff very nice and helpful. morning staff NOT so much. the hotel was very nice and comfortable. there is not restaurant there, but the neighborhood provides all.

Crazy classic lobby makes you think whole hotel will be over the top - but rooms stark and contemporary. But that was fine - clean and in a great neighborhood.

This is a nice hotel within walking distance to all main attractions. Most staff spoke English and were very helpful. Only downside was the very dated and poor condition of the bathroom.

The hotel was very boutiquey. Cool elaborate furniture and dim lighting. we found it a little too dark. The bed and sofas in the room were comfortable but uñfortunately the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Bfast is mediocre and is served by one girl who struggles refresh the items. Bring your laptop for free wifi if u can. Location was great and reception staff allowed us to store our bags there while we took an overnight trip to Tigre. It's located in a nice, affluent neighborhood, within walking distance to many attractions and the San Martin metro station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Nice breakfast. I enjoyed my stay! The only area to improve is its internet; they charge $14AR for 12 hours wi-fi connection.

Hotel is in a cost reduction mode. We came back from a tour at 4 PM and our room was still un-made. They were also out of maps of the city. Just sorry... Location is great in the best of Buenos Aires. Maintenance was mediocre.

Service and room appearance has deteriorated since it was taken over the the Unique chain. Was better under the Kempenski management

No complaints about hotel. but the breakfast. if your staying there for more then one or two nights you might think about eating other places for breakfast. its same ole everyday. runny eggs no variety. tang for o.j. but good coffee.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff and a great location. We could walk to all places in the center of Buenos Aires. Our friend who lives in Buenos Aires told us that we had a found a great hotel for a great price.

I will say that I liked the location very well. It's very convenient to many major attractions. What i especially did not like was the bed. When you sit on it you sink about 6 inches into it. In other words it gives very little support and was way too soft. My other major complaint about my experience is that when I made the booking I was told I would […] recieve a free Tango show. First of all the desk agent made the booking for me but did not tell me that I would be picked up. He said I could easily get there by taxi in about 15 minutes. That is my second complaint is that the venue was very far away and in a very "dicey" part of town. Furthermore once I arrived I was advissed that altho I found my own way there I still had to pay a "transfer fee" and "cover charge". This is NOT FREE ! Free is FREE. Since I was already there I stayed which I later regretted as I've seen much better Tango shows here in the US. Ficamos hospedados durante 4 noites. Hotel muito bem localizado, pois o a Recoleta fica relativamente no centro das principais atrações/bairros de Buenos Aires. Equipamentos novos no apartamento (TV LCD, Cama e Ar Condicionado). Com relação à manutenção, o apartamento estava com algumas lâmpadas queimadas, o banho demorou um pouco para esquentar no […] 1o dia, e a porta do elevador era barulhenta. A camareira do Hotel usava o elevador certas horas não nos permitia utilizá-lo - acredito que a prioridade deva ser sempre o hóspede... O Café da Manhã incluído na diária é bem básico - numa próxima vez eu optaria por uma tarifa sem o Café, e teria liberdade de tomar café cada dia em um lugar diferente da cidade. O quarto era bonito, confortavel e limpo. Localização ótima, o único porém foi que o acesso a internet não era liberado e o preço cobrado pelo acesso era alto.

La atención es muy buena, la limpieza, la comodidad y la ubicación del hotel son puntos muy importantes. El desayuno es muy completo. Y la hora del check out es muy cómoda. Un muy buen lugar en Buenos Aires, el precio es excelente por la calidad del hotel, las habitaciones son muy amplias, la ubicación es muy buena aunque lejos de cualquier subterráneo. Sólo puede criticarse que el desayuno no está incluido y que es carísimo, vale la pena ir a desayunar por las cercanías, por menos de la mitad de lo que cobran allí.

Llegue al hotel a las 0,50 horas del jueves 15 de marzo de 2012. En el placard no habian perchas, ni siquiera una. Las almohadas no tenían funda. El frigobar estaba desconectado y todas las bebidas calientes. En la mañana siguiente, a las 10 horas, salí a hacer mis actividades y deje la tarjeta indicando que limpiaran la habitación, cuando volvi a las […] 12;45 la habitación estaba en las mismas condiciones en que la deje. Atento a ello baje al loby y reclame, a lo cual me contestaron que el hotel tiene una programación para la limpieza y que debería esperar mi turno. Como mi reacción fue de firmeza, mientras yo almorzaba limpiaron la habitación. Para mi tantos errores no se condicen con un hotel categorizado con 4 estrellas. El hotel me gustó mucho,solo que está poco insonorizado. Además la cochera me pareció un poco cara. Por lo demás, estuvo muy bien.

Foi muito gostoso o hotel, só saimos chateados porque demos falta de uma camisa que compramos.

Bra och enkelt hotell, rent rum och ok service. Dessvärre drog frukosten ner betyget, frukosten serverades i ett kalt och stort rum utan fönster, utbudet var inte stort och det fylldes inte på.
