Very enjoyable. (except) The only thing that we did not like was the presence of some "riff-raff" hanging out in the parking lot, drinking out of paper bags.....not sure if they were guests or not.....but they made ethnic noises when they spotted my 16 year-old daughter....which made her extremely uncomfortable...to the point she refused to go swimming […] with her young nephews; pretty much a damper on her special weekend. I would have confronted them if she had told me about it sooner. hence the low rating above for "Surrounding Neighborhood". Needed in room coffee maker and more towels. Overall not bad though

We enjoyed our stay very much. It did smell like cigarettes at al like Motel 6 did. The room was real clean and maintained.

This motel is old, though recently updated. The age shows some in lack of convenient electrical outlets. There were some minor inconveniences (Channel down on TV remote worked, but Channel Up didn't) and it isn't the quietest room. The room was clean & kept tidy; however, the breakfast area was messy. Rooms are very dated and the maintenance was spotty with backed up tub drain etc. Had to ask for fruit most mornings as it was being doled out a couple pieces at a time. Manager was friendly and helpful when asked.

Great price since I booked early. Everything was good. No problems. I will stay there again.

The Manor Inn is a great little hotel, they have recently updated all the rooms and they look great. Its in a great location and easy to get in and out of. I'll be back!

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was considering the rate that I paid. The bed was comfortable and my stay was very comfortable.

Although the hotel was clean and well run, the noise level outside my door at 5 AM was terrible. That did not make me happy.

I was in town for a weekend at Texas World Speedway and needed a cheap place to stay. The Manor is in a good location, so I gave it a try. It's an older place, but the room has been updated with tile in the bath, and everything was nice and clean. There are also plenty of places to eat near by, so I was pleased with my choice.

1/2 inch of mold around toilet lid. Random seedy people hanging around late at night. Continental breakfast was inedible. No readily available do not disturb signs, so you can't opt out of maid service.

The jacuzzi suite I stayed in at the Manor Inn was very nice. It seemed to be recently updated as verything was very clean and new looking. The jacuzzi worked perfectly, the bed was super big and comfortable, and they even left some complimentary treats and bottled water in the room. Great stay!!

The Manor Inn is reasonably priced, clean and very convenient to Texas A & M Campus. Free breakfast a plus, or a good breakfrast restaurant next door. Great value.

I needed a good night's sleep and got that. Breakfast was minimal (and busy with high school students in town for a tennis tournament). But all I wanted was a cup of juice; got that and was on my way.

only needed the room for a short visit to CStat. Good location --Kettle next door-- and very close to other stores you may need. loved the pillows :)

The room was updated, clean and the service was great! I would only recommend new matresses.They seemed broken down and ready to be replaced.

Great price for really nice rooms!

They advertise "pet friendly", but when you check in they want to charge you almost the same as your room fee extra. I got them to wave it, but had to argue for it. The hotel is equivalent to a Motel 6 with breakfast. The waffles were good. The hotel had been recently painted, but the Days Inn next door was a better choice.

Enjoyed my quick stay in College Station Hotel. Hotel is close to many places to dine and convenient to A & M campus.

Very cheap price, but you get what you pay for. I reported to front desk about smokey smell in the Bathroom, but i was not allowed to change rooms. When I requested additional towels, I was told "you don't need that many towels for 2 people". When the staff person stopped by my room, they used a key to walk in my room without knocking while I was there. […] He apologized, but that was an awkard moment. I had a great stay at the Manor Inn...great customer service and rooms were very nice.

Since I'm only there to sleep, I don't need fancy. This stay was comfortable and clean, not brand new. Perfect for me.

This hotel was comfortable, but a little overpriced I think - but during A&M graduation time I guess you don't have a choice but to pay it. The breakfast was good, but too small of an area to eat in - folks were standing up eating and waiting for tables all morning long.

If you need a place to stay and don't plan on staying in the room much, Manor Inn will suit you just fine, but you get what you pay for. The staff was nice and courteous. The facility has obviously had a recent makeover, but some of it was either unfinished or of poor quality. As for cleanliness of the room, my room was dirty when I checked in - as […] in there was a thick layer of dust all over everything, and the chair in the room had so much dirt (not dust) on it that I had to sweep it off with a towel. The wireless internet connection was low strength and unreliable (there was no port for a wired connection). The carpet had iron burns on it, and the water temperature in the shower constantly fluctuated from warm to very hot. The blanket on the bed was also very thin, which required me to run the heater at a moderate temperature just to stay warm. The walls are very thin, so you get a lot of exterior noise, especially when housekeeping is rolling their carts around upstairs. I did appreciate having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room and the blackout curtains were so effective I didn't realize it was daylight when I woke up. Repeat visits for Hotels in our family are based on how my husband's back feels the next morning. He woke up very comfortable after a great night of sleep. Not fancy rooms, but clean, and the rooms have a small frig, which we find most helpful!

Hotel Manager Anna was a big help when we left a very expensive camera behind, we have stayed many times at Manor House, staff and maids are very friendly.

Nice room. Very comfortable. Good, fast internet. Free breakfast was adequate for my needs. Was pleased with the value of this room.

My 22 month old found an old tube of toothpaste and had it in her mouth when we walked in with our kids. Disgusting! There was a bag of sunflower seeds and a beer boxed shoved behind the night stand and the toilet was dirty. We were so tired that we just stayed and slept on top of the sheets and didn't even risk breakfast.

You get what you pay for and I would rather pay more and stay somewhere nicer. It was very noisy maybe because it was graduation weekend but it was hard to sleep. Can't say anything terrible - just wasn't someplace I would want to stay again. The breakfast and coffee were not good and the towels were yucky.

Manor Inn was just about what you expect for the price you pay. The room is comfortable, but not the cleanest. There is a mini fridge and microwave, but the shower is small and has poor water flow and heating. There are also tile floors throughout the entire room, which got slippery. The front desk attendant was very pleasant to speak with and the hotel was a great value. Would stay again if I head back.

The Manor Inn was a great location to the event we were attending and easily accessible to surrounding eats and shopping. Room was very serviceable and clean and neat and front desk was nice and helpful. I would recommend this motel as well as plan to stay there again the next time I'm in town.
