The hotel was clean and quiet; but I don't think that you get what you pay for. There was no mini fridge in the room and the bathroom was SUPER small. The cleaning crew was loud in the hallway first thing in the morning. The bed was really comfortable and probably one of the NICEST shower heads.

A key for the room? Really? I have to put it on my key ring and then I get charged $5 for not turning it in to the front desk? A television from the 1980's? A heating system with no thermostat? (Just on or off.)

Probably the nicest hotel in Olympia, but located in a difficult-to-find neighborhood and not near the freeway. Once I found it though, I decided it was worth the drive. I had great food for room service and my little dog enjoyed the grassy areas. I would stay again and this time I would know how to find it!

Beautiful location, good customer service, nice quiet rooms. Convenient to downtown. Would stay there again.

This is My second stay in a month at red lion and it was great!!!! Easy access to the freeways, beautiful location, friendly staff. The best part of my stay was being able to actually sleep after a rough day. Highly recommend staying, I know I will...

Quiet location, convenient off I-5. Friendly staff. Very large, clean room, quiet. Workout room very nice. Fast internet. Would have liked to have a free breakfast added!

Had we been in the room, vs only late evening and Morning, It would have great. Thanks to Bill for handling our luggage. Both of us are handicapped.

A very comfortable room! We got in very late, and slept wonderfully in our king sized bed! Upon waking, we were pleasantly surprised at the hotels surrounding grounds. We had breakfast in their restaurant which had a very soothing and pleasant view of a lake. It was a very peaceful way to spend the morning.

Great location, beautiful views. Restaurant decor very bland and boring but rooms are clean, although very basic and decor also bland. Fine for business travel of 1-2 days but I would not stay there if I was on vacation.

The location of this Red Lion was great.

Great location; close to I-5. The staff was VERY helpful. Gave us an annotated map to get to Rainier NP. the beakfast was well prepared with plenty to eat.

When we arrived at the hotel I didn't even take a bag inside because I was sure we were at the wrong place. It was a very nice hotel, I couldn't believe the price we got it for. Our rooms view was of the parking lot, but I didn't care as it was overall much more than I expected. quiet & convenient location--only a 2-min drive to downtown Olympia; helpful staff

Decent hotel but pretty bare-bones. There was no fridge in the room which I like to have to chill water or a snack. Staff were efficient and helpful. Parking was good. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

We booked this hotel at the last minute as we were driving up I5 and were delighted with our stay. Lovely setting, delightful staff on the hotel and the bistro. Good, reasonable food and an entertaining and ompetant jazz trio. Must be ome good management. Thanks.

Everything went very well. Nice room. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will return again.

Comfortable and convenient. Room was large and clean. The only downside was noisy teenagers playing and noisy in the halls until about 10 PM.

This was our second hotel on a 16-day vacation. I still remember it because of the friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and neat. Only one problem, the breakfast buffet price increased significantly from the advertized price, but the food was good and there were a lot of choices. Olympia is a pretty scenic area.

Very disappointed with the hot breakfest buffet, as everything was cold. Nice lake view hotel resteraunt

This hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Bar and restaurant were understaffed and restaurant did not have the items it had on the menu.

I spent 3 nights here at the Red Lion, and I had an excellent experience. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean! I would stay here again! Thank you.

Hotel was rather difficult to find, and thankfully, we had our trusty GPS. Check staff was friendly and helpful, although she did recommend we make a dinner reservation....a joke! There were all in all, 3 tables with customers. Our 'premium king' upgrade promised us a view of the 'lake', but it was not worth the upgrade cost, as the constant traffic […] noise from the I-5 did not want us to open the balcony door to enjoy the view of the 'lake'. We had the door closed all the time. The recommended in-house restaurant ,with the 'lake' view was kind of a joke - disappointing service - total lack of attention by the waitress to the point that we actually had to walked up to her to get our bottle of wine we had ordered. She did not offer the dessert menu - she was all ready to leave, and this was at 8:30pm!!!! We should have just had the 2-4-1 special at the bar - service was much better and we still had the 'lake' view and the music from the jazz band. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Other couples at the reception,who paid more, were green with envy over our hotel! Way to go Red Lion! Beautiful room,beautiful view ,beautiful access to downtown. We will stay with you again, you can be sure. Five stars.

The only negative about the hotel was the old musty smell of the room. It didn't smell clean.

staff were very helpful and nice. But don't plan on eating after 10pm unless you bring your own food. very nice breakfast buffet for the price

I will never stay at your hotel again. I have dog allergies and when I asked about the policy of the hotel regarding dogs I was very unhappy to learn that dogs are allowed in any room. While there I saw 3 dogs on leashes walking the halls of the hotel. One dog was barking loudly and very disruptive. My greatest concern is that dogs are allowed in any […] room.
