Hotel was nice. Room was spacious. We had a lake view on the ninth floor that was great. Sports bar was convenient for a drink and quick meal. The café had a great buffet breakfast. Short walk to Downtown Disney. Grounds and pool area were well kept.

Everything was perfect, since the warm welcoming at check in, We got an upgrade to a suite and that really made our stay incredible. this is my third time coming to this hotel and we absolubtely love it. Great hotel, with free shuttles to all nearby parks. Excellent service. Would stay here again, every visit to Disney.

OMG.. this property is beautiful. the staff is amazing and always willing to help. The pictures on the site does the property no real justice. The property was so close to everywhere we wanted to go and the bus services made it that much easier. They really know how to take care of their guest. Good location with regards to the downtown Disney and access to the parks. The hotel needs an uplift. The amenities were average but the Internet access was poor given the extra surcharge! As for the attached restaurant - walk the 5 mins to downtown disney, absolutely not worth it! Overall the price paid was a bit steep for the hotel type.

No complaints, the room and resort was clean. The summer escape package covered breakfast which was a perk booking through Hotels.com and it made the $20/night resort fee more palitable. Great location when visiting Disney with the family.

Booked this hotel mainly for the cheap advertised price and proximity to Disney. Upon arrival we found out that there would be an additional resort fee that is charged on a daily basis. It was either 21 or 22 bucks, again charged for each and every day of your stay. That in my opinion is simply outrageous and is the main reason I would never stay there […] again. While the room itself was clean and well equipped, the parking lot for a nice walk away. What a great time... They upgraded our room to a suite because we requested a single king size bed due to the fact that we need room for the playpen and crib for our 1 and 2 year olds... The lady behind the counter informed me that they only had 2 king bed rooms... when I told her that would be a problem she upgraded us without any question... They […] staff was so helpful taking ALL of our many bags to the room... if you are a parent traveling with little ones you can only imagine how many we had... this was also our first trip with the little ones to Disney... We were very disappointed with this very tired looking hotel. Whilst the majority of the staff were friendly and the rooms were fine there were other aspects that were very poor.It is the first time we have ever stayed in a 4 star hotel that didn't serve a cappuccino! The area surrounding the pool was in need of some restoration to say the least and […] the pool bar was nothing but an inadequately stocked, run down shack. If this is an Orlando 4 star then I would hate to go to anything rated lower. Would certainly NOT use it again. Overall, this hotel is a good "base" for a Disney-centric trip. Our room was spacious for three adults and the bathroom was roomy for one adult. My husband and I spent one night here. It was a perfect clean room with a balcony and nice view. The place was very clean, staff was polite, and breakfast was excellent. We were close to downtown Disney and were shuttled to and from. Perfect stay, we will be back with the kids!!!

Loved the hotel the beds were so clean and soft...we had left the hotel to go to Tampa.. but it did nothing but rain so we went back to Lake Buena Vista. The staff was friendly, This hotel is a must stay if your in Orlando the shuttle takes 15 mins to get to the parks....I have nothing bad to say at all. Don't get me wrong, I know the area well, and I wasn't fooled by the exuberant name...but I was still far less than impressed. To start with...the parking situation is atrocious. Maybe I'm silly, but I'd rather not trek half a mile away just to get to my car, and the other option, Valet, was completely outrageous. They gave us a hassle even stopping […] for a moment so we could unload all of our things at the entrance instead of having to hike that 1/2 mile (over unpaved terrain and steep stairs) with our luggage....The front desk was friendly, even though they weren't even remotely helpful. They wouldn't honor the request for a king room, which I completely understand isn't guaranteed, but even when I expressed that I was displeased, all I got was a deer-in-the-headlights stare in return. The room was at the end of a long hallway and over their new restaurant...so...the whole room and hall reeked of old grilled meat. The room was dirty, and not the kind of dirty from not being regularly cleaned, but that deep down dirt from a place being ancient and not renovated. The room was humid, maybe even more so than it was outside, and nothing we did with the AC seemed to fix that. We ate breakfast at their cafe, and it was kind of pricy for the limited and bland fare they offered. I can honestly say this is the second worst hotel experience in my life. An excellent property and great amenities. I had to repair the bathroom sink stop and the mattress on one on our queen beds was awful. We had a great view of the EPCOT and The Magic Kingdom and saw the laser show and fire works from both parks from the hotel. Chose it quickly as a last minute overnight stay, and had a great rate for the area (Downtown Disney). For the price it was surprisingly nice - big hotel, very pretty and clean and well appointed. Actually wished we were staying longer.

There is absolutely nothing special about this property, except for it's closeness to Down Town Disney area. If spending a lot of time there is not the goal of your stay, this is not the hotel for you. We had a decent view of the down town area from our room, but that was the only positive about this place. I loved this hotel, the location is perfect. Literally across the street from Downtown Disney and so close to Epcot. It was very comfortable and nice. There is a resort fee but not bad if you get a good deal on the hotel first. The room service is a little pricey but good. We had a view of the lake which was beautiful but you can also get a Disney view […] and see the fireworks! The rooms have balconies which was a major plus. This is my favorite hotel in Orlando. I arrived pretty late (or early) at 4:00 a.m. and was greeted immediately. They checked us in, gave us a room in a quieter section of the hotel and provided a late check out since our arrival was at odd hours. The night manager was great and I give commendations to him and his staff. Unfortunately there was a minor […] setback. We were guaranteed a late check-out although the cleaning lady keep knocking on the door, 10:00 a.m, 11:00 a.m., 12:00 noon. By this point I informed her that we had a 2:00 p.m. late check out and to please not bother. She ignored my message and continue knocking at 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. This became bothersome as I expected she would be relayed the late check-out of our room besides the fact that the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up. We booked this hotel last minute on the way to Disney because we decided to stay overnight instead of driving back to Delray. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The view of Downtown Disney was amazing, this is our new favorite home away from home even if we live only 30 minutes away. The pool is the only downside, still very nice but compared to other resorts its not as extravagant. Even with this I would recommend it over any other resort.

We always try to stay here when we come to the Disney area for various events. Great location, price, and room. Nice rooms, staff, and amenities. Also walking distance to Disney village. You can park the car and get where ever you need to go.
