Microtel Inn - Springfield - สปริงฟิลด์

This place was old, outdated, dirty, very small, breakfast was very weak. I dont reccomend this hotel unless you cant afford anything else. The big mirror over the bed was a dead givaway not to stay here. Lots of stains. Just a gross hotel.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The bed was comfortable. The internet was useless. It was at best extremely slow, but most of the time it did not work at all. The room was small but clean. For an overnight stay it was fine. I wouldn't stay there if I needed more than a bed and bathroom.

Our stay at the Microtel Inn was iteresting. From the pictures online, the rooms looked like an average sized hotel room. When my husband and I got there the rooms were tiny! There was just enough room to walk around the queen size bed but not an inch more. I couldn't imagine getting a room at this hotel with a king size bed! The pillows and bed were […] also very uncomfortable. It was hard for us to sleep because we were so uncomfortable. The continental breakfast wasn't great either. This hotel fit our needs perfectly for one night. Bring your own pillow. I know it's a personal preference thing but most people don't like sleeping with their chinon their chest because the pillow is too tall.

This was a great value for the price.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet

The stay was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were accommodating, friendly and awesome.

It wasn't a great hotel, but it was clean, cheap and convienantly located. So I would stay there again. There is no elevator so carring up your luggage is kinda hard but it is only 2 stories. The room was small but if your only sleeping there it has enough room. There was no ice machine on the second floor and the one on the first floor is at the entrance, […] which is very inconvienant. The room was vety small but perfect for a nights stay. If i was staying here for more then two nights i would keep looking. The air conditioner in the room was busted it would feel like 80 degrees or 120 degrees. The hotel as whole was very nice

This was the third Microtel that I have stayed in and was by far the least impressive. The hotel lacked the frills like granite countertops, a nice lobby, large breakfast area with good selection. It didn't even have an elevator. Pricing was similar to other Microtels, but quality was not nearly as good.

Very clean, friendly, no problem checking in or out. Small room but cozy.

Great experience. First time in a Microtel, but had everything we needed in a compact space and price. Bed very comfortable. I like how space is utilized. Good business model. Very fair price. Would repeat.

Room was a great value for the price. Nice to get a good, clean, pleasant room without having to pay an inflated price! Will consider Microtal Hotels in the future.

the hotel was close to the hospital we were visiting so that's a plus. It needed a good overall cleaning or replacement of the hallway carpeting...

Enjoyed my stay, was overnight on the way to Oklahoma

We were just in town for the night and left early in the morning. It was clean but was older in facilities. The in-room air conditioning/heating unit did not have an off switch, so this was my only real complaint as it didn't really have a comfortable (and quite) setting. I would recommend for price and if you are not looking for flashy get-away!

Very satisfied with our stay here--nice condition and friendly staff.

Just needed a place to overnight on a cross-country trek. Microtel Inn was very conveniently located -- right off the highway. It was very clean and modern. Comfortable beds and nice towels. Continental breakfast. And the price was great.

This hotel was super easy to find off Hwy. 44. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a good rate off of Hotels.com to stay here. Good overnight stay!

Room was comfortable and clean. Only complaints: Hotel staff was rude and "breakfast" was a joke. Food was stale and cold. Thankfully we were only there one night.

The hotel was great, but when you reserve the room, make sure you tell them if you would like a fridge and/or microwave. I assumed all rooms had them when I arrived since the picture on the internet showed them, but was later told that I had to ask when I reserved the room.

We love this chain. price and quality is wonderful for us. I always look for Microtel whern ever I go somewhere.

The surrounding neighborhood was scary. The room was just ok. My only real complaint is that there was no elevator. I was put in a non-smoking upstairs room and told that access would be easier from the back. I drove around and unloaded my 47 lb suitcase and found that I had to lug it up 2 flights of stairs. I knew this would end of hurting me if I […] tried it so I made many trips and carried my things up separately and left my suitcase out in the rental car. Very inconvenient. THe staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Very quiet. A little disappointed with the size of the room. A little cramp for two people but would recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel seemed cnice and clean, but when we got to our room there was an awful smell. It smelled like maybe the air needed to be circulated in the room, so I turned on the AC and I had Air freshener that I used to make the smell go away. After a while it seemed okay. Clean comfortable room at a great price. Helpful, courteous staff.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Was over 100 degrees outside when we stayed and felt like the heater was blowing in the halls. When they say micro, they mean micro.... queen bed in room and just enough room to walk around it, thats it. Shower head at about 5' max. Not a very comfortable stay but at least it was inexpensive. would not stay here again though.

You get what you pay for. One night is ok in this clean hotel but if staying longer go elsewhere

This hotel was excessible from the highway. It is close to local sights and venues. The rooms are very nice and parking is easy. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Everything was very nice and I have no complaints except for the shower and the smell of the room. The nozzle pressure was good it was just very low. I am an average height male (5'8") and I had to duck to wash my hair. Made a fairly interesting shower but that's about it. I had very low expectations due to the low price. The hotel felt safe and had interior hall room entry. The room was very clean with everything we needed: comfy bed, TV, iron, coffee maker, mini-fridge. There was one queen bed, which was all I needed, but it did not feel cramped. Staff was helpful and polite. I will stay again.
