"A convenient place to stay"
Though the services at the reception are very poor. An unfriendly receptionist in the Reception who does not even bother to listen to you. Hotel is good, well located, close to metro, bus station and many hotels around. A good place to choose.

service at reception a bit slow - only one person trying to assist even when loads of tour groups booking in. room (twin) clean and bed super comfy! bathroom clean but lacks bleach (smells like public loo!) location a bit out the way, but LITERALLY a few steps from GALLIENI no 3 stop Metro. "Practical, Well Run Hotel, Car Park a Challenge"
The hotel is located at the junction of the A3 motorway and the peripherique (the inner ring motorway around Paris) just outside a metro station and next to a big shopping mall with a huge Auchan supermarket inside. It is ideally located for those who travel to Paris by car as it has its own car park sealed of from the car park of the shopping mall […] (10 EUR per night). To find the right entrance to the car park, however, is a challenge, as was the getting out in our case. The staff are helpful and speak English. The room was small for a family of 4 (children aged 5 and 9) but clean and practical with a water boiler and free coffee and tea. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not be opened. "Dirty hotel"
Hotel Campanile is disgusting. No AC, the carpet is dirty, the hallways and rooms are stinky. It was very uncomfortable, easy accessible by metro and bus but the surrounding neighborhood is not safe. Peolple urinate in every corner near the McDonald.

Hotel is clean and convenient located beside a departmental store. 30m away from the metro. Other than being slightly far away from the city center, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We arrived on 20th mid night and the male receptionist was in half sleep very slow in working and extremely unfriendly. Wifi in room was not working. I dont think I will ever choose to stay there.

They take the "Camp" in Campanile seriously. The rooms are very small. We had 2 rooms with 4 people in each. When we first walked into the room I didn't see the fourth bed - it's a trundle under one of the other beds. There is a restaurant in the building but we didn't use it since there was a McDonalds and grocery store right next door. The hotel is located at the Gallieni Metro stop (this is also a bus stop for several lines). Once you exit the Metro you will be under an overpass with stairs on the left side go up the stairs and you are at the hotel. Tight, but clean accommodations. Super convenient to metro, grocery/food shopping and laundry mat close by. We enjoyed the daily biscuits/crackers with tea and coffee complementary in our room. Good for our family.

"Hotel Bagnolet-Paris"
We arrived at the hotel and were very impressed with both the standard of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. However on the second day there was no hot water and also none the next morning for a shower. I spoke to the staff about this and they were less than helpful and were not prepared to refund a portion of our nights stay. A hotel without […] hot water is no hotel at all. "cramped tired looking hotel"
booked here for a stopover in Paris en route to La Rochelle. Booked a triple room which consisted of double bed and camp bed for daughter. The bed was under the double bed unmade. The only way to get the bed up was to move the double bed to the wardrobe entrance leaving no space around the bed - you had to stand at botton of bed and jump to get on!!!!! […] Very very cramped. The room was clean though but very hot as no air con and windows that are locked! Staff were pleasant and helpful. value for money was execptional. the location of this hotel was ideal right outside a metro station the only thing was we book 2 rooms with 4 single beds and got 2 rooms one with 4 single beds and one with a double and a single bed it wasnt that much of an issue and we still enjoyed the stay

Facile d'accès terminus de la ligne 3 du métro station GALLIENI au pied du centre commercial. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner situé à l'entrée de la salle n'était pas approvisionné et était très frugal !
Het hotel is vlot bereikbaar. De service is correct en de mogelijkheid tot vrij laat te kunnen eten in het verzor-gde restaurant is een pluspunt
Sono stata all'hotel Campanile dal 3/1/12 al 7/1/12 con la mia famiglia, il personale è gentile e disponibile, pulito e accogliente, comodissimo alla metropolitana fermata Gallieni. Il ristorante dell'hotel offre buon cibo a prezzi ragionevoli, ottima la colazione. Subito fuori dall'hotel trovi Mc Donald e un centro commericiale con farmacia.

Chambre pour 4 personnes beaucoup trop petite.

Hotel pratique pour visiter paris, bouche de metro juste sous l'hotel. Par contre, chambre familiale 4 personnes tres exigue, OK pour une nuit mais pas plus. La chambre sentait tres fort la cigarette alors que c'etait non fumeur : pas terrible avec des enfants!!!

De eerste indruk ter plekke is wat schrikken. Het busplatform voor de deur met daaronder metro station (eindpunt lijn 3) brengt veel rommel en dubieuze elementen op straat met zich mee. De ligging is pal aan de snelweg maar merk je niets van, geluidisolatie prima, daarentegen kun je geen frisse lucht de erg kleine kamer in krijgen, het raam is niet […] te openen. Parking is te vinden na instructies van receptie, anders lukt het echt niet. Met de code op de parkingticket kun je de het gereserveerde en afgesloten parkeergedeelte naderhand weer te voet bereiken. Prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De 4 pers kamer is té klein en pal naast de liften. Wisselen van kamer is zinloos, op elke verdieping zijn ze hetzelfde gesitueerd namelijk. Maar je hoort er niets van is gelukkig gebleken. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en prima voor elkaar voor prima geld. Metro voor de deur is topper, wel 20 min. nodig om centrum te bereiken. Un mal tratoo al cliente y muy mala educacion por parte de las recepcionistas. Reservamos 3habitaciones triples para tres familias con niños y nos dejaron desde las once de la mañana hasta las dos y media de la tarde sin poder entrar en las habitaciones, ni sitio para dejar maletas y encima pidiendonos de malas formas que salieramos de alli con los […] niños hasta que nos dieran las habittaciones. Las habitaciones dejaban mucho que desear en higiene y espacio. Yo misma tuve que limpiar el wc por el mal estado de limpieza que presentaba. nos cobraron aparte un dinero cuando en nuestra reserva ponia claramente que estaba todo pagado, iva incluido. L'hotel est au premier abord propre et récemment refait mais désillusion une fois arrivé dans la chambre. Ce qui devait être une chambre pour 3 personnes (3 lits) n'est qu'en vérité qu'une chambre pour 2,5 personnes ! Le 3e lit étant un vulgaire lit de camp pour enfant !! C'est inadmissible !! A saída do metrô é muito fêia e suja ao redor deste hotel. Na recepção eles não pedem passaporte, nem mesmo que assinemos documento algum, nem mesmo insistindo (como fiz!). Ficou parecendo tipo "casa da mãe Joana", isto é, entra e sai sem maiores controles. Insegurança é má localização seriam os dois principais defeitos deste hotel.
