Our accommodation was nice. Cement laying/black top covering made it rather difficult to get into and out of parking area/ even walking with luggage.

Great place for a night or 2. Convenient to T and quiet location bordering very nice Brookline neighborhood

I stayed there last week. It was the best hotel experience I've every had. Very convienient location and people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Free parking, breakfast included...Bed and pillows are very confortable.

While not the most modern place, it certainly met our needs. The room has a flat screen TV, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. We weren't in our room much anyway. They also have complimentary breakfast which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the B line of the T and not far from the D line at Cleveland […] Circle. Very close to the b line of the subway, convenient for Boston University. 24 hour coffee in lobby, decent breakfast.

This Best Western is old and showing it. Nevertheless, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the staff generally are laxed and more interested in chatting with each other than ensuring quality customer service. We reserved a queen room - got two double beds. Also, it was obvoius that our room had not been vacuumed before we arrived, nor was it vacuumed when the room was cleaned on the morning of our second day. The bathroom was spotless. very comfortable beds reasonable price clean very friendly and helpful staff, especially the woman who checked us in.

The room had old furniture and the thermostat was not working. The night was very cold however I could not turn this on because the heater became too hot. I asked for help to the front desk, however the person in the front desk said that they will fix it next morning ( I was leaving next morning). He volunteered to change me to a different room however […] I had to go back to the front desk and register again. It was easier to support a cold night than to change rooms without help. In a different moment, the girl at the front desk answered two long calls taking reservations before she helped me with my reservation. This is not a cheap hotel, however the personnel was very indifferent to the clients' needs and did not make any effort to satisfy the customer. Very low budget yet costly - go figure! No frills kind of hotel/motel behind a gas station on Commonwealth Ave. Musty, musky rooms - the facility is in sore need of a major facelift. Staff are very nice and helpful... convenient to BU and BC and easy access out of Boston.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Good breakfast with a varieties of food items. The room wasn't cleaned daily and we were not able to close the door at the bathroom. There was a problem about rats outside of the room. Overall, we will recommend this hotel to others but it is overprice.

Nice location in residential area. Our double room was fine. Parents' room was DIRTY but they switched them to another. Breakfast was fine--though no waffle batter was available. Convenient to T and short ride to TD Bank Center.

This is an old hotel; very dated and you can tell it . It is located directly off Commonwealth, so it is in a very busy area. It was perfectly located for where I was visiting, but this isn't a luxury hotel. Functional.

The odyssey began when trying to find the hotel. There's a visible street sign if you are headed west on the hotel's street, but nothing if you're coming from the west and heading east. We drove about 20 minutes looking for the hotel, since we came from the west and saw no sign. The window was open in the room, and it took about 30 minutes to warm the […] room on a cold night. Every room in this hotel opens directly to the outside, which is perfect for travelling with a heavy smoker, well as perfect as can be in the world of smoking bans! Its about 20 minutes on the T from downtown Boston, which is pretty handy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the type of place where you can eat off the floor (lol). Very good location there is a super market near by. For a 2 star hotel it felt at least like a 3 star. There is a Jewish Orthodox community and Synogogs walking distance near by. The Hotel has keys along with key cards. The free parking is a big plus if you're driving to Boston. Everything about the stay was okay, but not great. There was a smell in the room when we arrived - kind of musty, maybe from the cleaning products used. We opened the windows and left for dinner. Cold front desk person. Gave the internet passcode to the one in front of me but somehow forgot to do the same thing to me. Cold room, and the heater was not working (52 degrees). I was feeling cold all the night. Terrible breakfast. I booked the rooms from hotels.com, but was charged one more time from this hotel. What happened???

ボストン旅行のため、家族３人（妻と６歳の長男）で４泊しました。部屋の広さは、少し狭いと思いますが、ダブルベットが２つ、長男を妻と添い寝をあせましたが、苦になるほど狭いという実感はありませんでした。朝食はフリーで、アメリカンスタイルのビュッフェです。オムレツ、ソーセージは塩辛く、マフィンは甘めでした。味の濃いもの語のみの方でしたら問題ありませんが、日本の薄味に慣れていると少し苦労するかもしれません（長男は相当薄味好みのため、ほとんどと言っていいほど食事できませんでした）。最後に初日にベットの横にある電気が点灯しないため、修理するようにお願いに行きましたが、最後まで治ることはありませんでした。あとバスタブを間仕切る扉も、たてつけが悪く、開閉が非常にかたかったです。
