Overall the stay was fine, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, it was conveniently located and the decor is clean and new. There were a few issues though: (1) room maintenance staff were lazy. I left all our empty bottles of toiletries out for replacement only to return and find them exactly where i had left them with no replacement and […] they had also just left the roll of toilet paper on the bathroom bench. We also got a knock on the door at 9am in the morning to clean the room despite our do not disturb sign. We have been to this hotel before and it has been renovated since. The hotel is organised, clean and the upper floors have great views over the port. We will stay here again, but not with our one year old as he was not allowed in the indoor pool and cot would not fit in the ensuit.

We stayed in the hotel for one night only on our way to an apartment elsewhere on the island. It looks like a good quality modern business-type hotel and probably is targeted at that client group and not being modern business-types we expected a bit of stiffness. Couldn't have been more wrong. This was as relaxed and easy a hotel as we have stayed in. […] The sense of hospitality was exceptional due to both the quality of services and the friendliness of all staff. It is not located in the heart of Palma but is close enough to walk if you want to stretch your legs and, if you don't, the taxi service is excellent - reception is linked to an electronic service for calling a taxi. Light bar meals were available at any time and breakfast is tremendous. We didn't use spa, pool, gym but given these facilities and the welcome we had would seriously think about using the hotel for a short holiday rather than taking an apartment. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful. It was great that we were able to store our oversize luggage (a large bike bag). Waitress in the cafe area was alos very helpul. With it being relatively close to the main city, we would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I came here for a midweek vacation and found the hotel to be very nice, clean and modern. It is a little far from the centre of Palma (about a 20 minute walk...not bad but it gets a little confusing navigating around the area). A word of caution: the rooms in the Spa building are not nearly as nice or well designed as the rooms in the […] main hotel building-so try to get a room in there! The spa building rooms look very dated and no couple on a romantic holiday wants to sleep on two twin beds pushed together! We were in the lowest rate room in the main hotel building which still proved to be nice but if you can splurge you should try to get a room on the higher floors - facing the sea or overlooking the courtyard. The staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions about the area and made decent restaurant suggestions. If we could make a suggestion: our favourite restaurant by far was called Lizarran, which boasted a perfect traditional Spanish tapas spread. And the acclaimed Tasca de Blanquerna was great as well, much more innovative but twice as expensive. The outdoor pool area was small but pleasant (though it got very busy as the weekend approached). The breakfast buffet was fine but not worth 12 euros per person, you are better off going to the huge grocery store down the street and buying yourself some breakfast and wine - or get everything you need for a picnic on the beach! Lastly, the hotel has several free bikes you can take out for the day. We HIGHLY recommend this as there is an excellent bike path all along the waterfront which takes you all the way around the bay. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful. We ate out of hotel most evenings at places recommended by hotel staff and all were good. Hotel buffet dinner was also fine and good value. The walk into town centre through back streets is approximate 15 mins, a little longer taking the road along the sea front. We could have booked a hotel closer to city […] centre but it would have been more expensive, so if you don't mind the walk this hotel is good value. The hardest beds Ive ever slept in. Very akward when I tried to move room to one with a view and a balcony and only managed for the last night. Extra charges for breakfast and use of the spa. No idea how they can charge the same price for all the rooms when they vary so widely in quality. Very well presented hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good amenieties. Plenty of free street parking available. Quiet location with around 10 - 15 mins walk to restaurant area and 40 mins to main city shopping area. Very safe area, Beware that the street name has changed in 2011 and has not been updated on the Hotels.cpm site nor comes up in […] a GPS. A very decent 3/4 star hotel. Would definitely go there again. Friendly staff and clean in general. Room was what we expected with a very nice bathroom. Two things tho - the A/C didn't quite cool the room down and we didn't have an ironing board in the room. The second was fixed with a quick call to reception, and the first was only an issue on one […] very warm October night. The Hotel was well connected by bus and taxi's were easy to find. Decent place to stay, 15 mins walk from the centre, the rooms are adequate and the facilities were very good - decent restaurant/reception/gym and very nice pool. Staff were friendly, would happily stay there again.

Vi hadde et veldig bra opphold på Isla Mallorca & Spa. Hotellfacilitetene var veldig fine og frokosten var bra. (Jeg reiste med en person som har Cøliaki og på et hotell med så god standard synes jeg det er et minus at de ikke har noe opplyst tilbud til allergikere) Min venninne tok en ansiktsbehandling på SPA-et og fikk virkelig valuta for pengene […] - knallbra! Es un hotel en el que relajarse en su Spa y disfrutar de la comodidad de sus instalaciones, en un entorno muy tranquilo y agradable.

Spa-avdelningen var betydligt mindre än jag trott men helt ok. Maten och frukosten på hotellet var också ok. Kändes inte som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell med svenska mått mätt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Altstadt von Palma (ca. 20 Minuten). Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gestaltet mit großzügigem Badezimmer und wahlweise normaler Dusche oder Regendusche (in einigen Zimmern gibt es wohl auch eine Wanne). Unser Zimmer war schön warm (wir waren in der Woche […] da, wo seit 56 Jahren in Palma zum ersten Mal Schnee lag und es wirklich sehr kalt war!) Der Zimmerservice funktionierte einwandfrei und sehr zufriedenstellend, das Hotelpersonal war insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und nett. Verständigung entweder in spanisch oder in englisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, vielfältig, mit vielen frischen Lebensmitteln und bis 11 Uhr verfügbar. Ganztägig zu besuchen ist ein Bistro mit diversen kalten Gerichten, ab 19:30 gibt es dort auch warme Mahlzeiten. Mittags und abends kann man natürlich aber auch im Restaurant speisen. Der Spa-Bereich kostet extra. Wir waren nicht dort, auch nicht im Fitnessbereich. Der Hotel-Innenhof mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr schön anzuschauen, ebenso das beleuchtete Castell de Bellver. Unser Balkon war klein, aber für zwei Stühle und einen Tisch ausreichend. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer mit größerem Balkon oder sogar mit Terrasse (und auch Zimmer ohne dies alles). Es sind kostenlose Parkplätze für einen Mietwagen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel vorhanden, es gibt auch eine Hotel-Tiefgarage (nur ca. 8 Plätze). Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt auf Mallorca wieder buchen. Das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war die angekündigte "Teeküche", die es bei unserem Zimmertyp leider nicht gab. Ein Wasserkocher hätte uns schon genügt! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

die executive zimmer im spa komplex haben keinen balkon dafür den versprochenen kaffeekocher. da wir fast 2 wochen da waren, haben wir in ein zimmer mit winzig-balkon gewechselt, auf dem den ganzen tag und abend küchenduft wehte. die aussicht auf den parkplatz ist auch nicht gerade berauschend gewesen. ähnlich wie die einfalls-und lieblosigkeit beim […] frühstücksbuffet. es gab lediglich schinken, zunge und mozarella, tomaten (teils schon faulig!) kein müsli, kein grüner tee, kein schwarz-oder vollkonbrot. rührei war oft angebrannt oder aus, der "eierkoch" immer nur zum herd reinigen anwesend. frühstückstische werden prinzipiell nicht abgeräumt, es sei denn man holt sich um 5 vor 11 noch eine tasse kaffee! sollte mal tatsächlich ein tisch frei werden, ist er schmutzig und wird auch nicht neu eingedeckt. wie dieses hotel zu 4* kommt ist mir rätselhaft. der eintritt ins spa wird extra mit 5 euro pro besucher verrechnet und ist erst ab 16 jahre möglich! snacks in der hotelbar werden erst ab 19.30 uhr serviert. das einzige was fast so funktioniert hat wie in der anzeige angekündigt, war das wlan aber das ist bei den winzigen ablageflächen im bad und im zimmer auch schon der einzige pluspunkt den ich bei diesem aufenthalt abgeben kann. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Muy bien situado en el centro de Palma, moderno y de cuidado diseño, habitaciones amplias practicas y acogedoras, incluye Spa el cual es muy recomendable y un servico de desayuno bufet tambien muy bueno, el personal muy amable y correcto se portaron de maravilla con nosotros, volveremos sin duda. Agréable et bien situé, pas très loin de tout et pas sur une grosse avenue bruillante.

Dejligt hotel og positivt med god morgenmad inkluderet i prisern. Aircondition virkede ikke, så værelse var meget varmt og strømskab på værelset larmede.

Väldigt trevligt hotel med en skön SPA avdelning.

Det som trakk ned var at vi ikke fikk tatt noen spa-behandlinger fordi alt var booket i flere dager fremover.

Vi tyckte jätte mycke om hotellet. Location for os, var jätte god. En afton promenad var skönt efter en dag ved poolen. Våren rum var var snygt och faktisk ret lung och vi hörde inte grannarne. Perfekt hotel for os

I had a lot of hotels in the same pricerange to choose from in Palma de Mallorca, but I found this to seem like the best choice from a mixture of pictures and reviews on this site. I am definitely not dissapointed, although I was expecting something "a bit higher up the ladder" since it's rated 4 stars. I've been to another 4 star hotel which were in […] general a bit better in all aspects. It is very close to the harbor, to public transport (busses) and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby, especially on the road by the harbor. We had the breakfast included, and it was "ok" - nothing mindblowing or extraordinary, but it was good, I think it was worth the money - the only thing I was dissapointed about was the lack of a wider variety of fresh fruit. The personal were very kind and though stressed out very helpful with planning small trips and the usual stuff you ask them about, no problems there. We had some problems with the airconditioning, was it on all the time, we'd freeze during the night, was it keeping the set temperature we'd also freeze or being kept awake by the on/off cycles and cold air bursts.. were it off we'd drown in sweat.. we had some battles with that system and never quite got it working good... what could have helped were some thicker bedsheets/blankets but we never got around to ask for some, that's our own fault. Overall I think it was a really nice stay, though a bit low for the 4 stars according to me, we had a really good vacation and I wouldn't have a problem staying there again - I might choose a room a bit higher up though because the street were more or less right besides our balcony by like 3 meters. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein und eng für 2 Personen und das Internet, welches frei angeboten wird, funktionierte nur bedingt. Auf dem iPhone garnicht. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und der Service des Personals ebenfalls. Zur Altstadt kommt man problemlos mit einem Bus der in der Nähe des Hotels abfährt.

Der Wellnessbereich hatte ich mir etwas grösser vorgestellt. Dennoch war auch dieser Bereich in Ordnung. Schöne Hotelanlage, schöne Zimmer, Alles in allem toller Aufenthalt.

Was besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute Frühstück. Ebenso das Mittagsmenü in Form eines Büffets war ausgezeichnet. Das Spa war tadellos.

Bra placerat hotell med lite trafik och tyst och bra. Mycket bra bemötande från all personal. Skönt poolområde och bra spa anläggning. Rekommenderas varmt.

Hotellrummet var litet och slitet. Städningen var inte den bästa (t ex damm under sängen). Det var väldigt lyhört vilket störde nattsömnen. Både rummet och badrummet var i minsta laget för två personer. Vi hade dock en solig balkong med litet sikt över Medelhavet. Läget var ok och det tar ca 20 minuter att gå in till centrala Palma. Hotellet var ikke helt, hvad jeg forstår ved 4-stjerner - vores værelse var lidt nedslidt og ikke "lækkert" som forventet ved 4-stjerner. De udendørs omgivelser var dog fine. Serviceniveauet kunne være bedre. Fin belliggenhed i forhold til centrum.

OK hotel with a nice pool area and surroundings. The rooms are a little bit small, but every room has a balcony which is nice. There's no seaview, but still nice. This area of Palma is quiet, but the isolation could have been better and therefor the rooms are a bit noisy. There's a big groceries store nearby, free parking in the streets and the bus […] connection is great. The hotel also has free internet in the lobby and has free access to a well equipped fitness room. The st. Catalina area nearby offers a great many restaurants with good quality. Go to Rock City in c/ Fabrica for the best Pizza on earth and Mangia Fuoco on Pl. Vapor is an interesting restaurant with the best pasta in town. Ok standard med det ända negativa att badrummet kunde ha varit lite bättre städat. Rummet var ganska litet men helt funktionellt och det är ändå inte där man spenderar tid. Sängar och kuddar var ok. Pool och tillgång till ett Spa på området. Hjälpsam personal med ok engelskakunskaper.
