Had very enjoyable time at this hotel.Staff really helpful and friendly.Would definately stay there agaub.

this is not a 4 star hotel. The close that you get to the accion in Porto, it's a 4 km. taxi ride costing 5-6 euros each way, but if you do not want to walke a lot and crosse a long bridge and walke the river front of Gaia, the taxi cost a lot more, they charge extra because it's going to a different city!!!! The best way it's to buy the hop-in hop-out […] turist bus ticket to go to Porto from Gaia, but you need the taxi to get there. The most impressive thing about this hotel was that they really cared about their guests. For example although the hotel had very few guests it being a weekend in October. They had a full evening menu plus a buffet style meal which included starter, soup, main (including sea bass) and sweet. It was all fresh and well prepared likewise breakfast. The best hotel, that i ever met in Portugal. Even wonder - how comes - 3 star, cheap price and such comfortable rooms, high speed complimentary internet, nice and helpful stuff. Thanks so much!!!!!

Flott hotell, men litt vanskelig å finne for oss som ankom i leiebil. Veldig hyggelig og tjenestevillig betjening, men trekk på at det var dobbeltseng og ikke twinsenger

muy bien la limpieza y el personal muy atento, un hotel moderno quizas un poco alejado hay que desplazarse en coche y tendria que tener mas actividades para niños

Os funcionários do hotel são gentis e atenciosos e os quartos são espaçosos. É ideal para família com crianças. A internet e o estacionamento são gratuitos. O único inconveniente é a localização, pois, mesmo para acessar atrações próximas, é necessário estar de carro ou pegar um táxi.

La posizione è periferica ed occorre un'automobile. Quando si arriva si attraversa un quartiere popolare con bianchieria stesa. L'hotel ha un prospetto piastrellato, giallino che dovrebbe essere manutenuto. Il parcheggio era compreso nel costo della camera. Gli spazi comuni sono rinnovati ed accoglienti. El hotel necesita de una rehabilitación con cierta urgencia. La atención del personal correcta. El desayuno buffet sin grandes alaracas pero bien preparado. A destacar que, estando cerca de una autovia de circunvalación a Oporto estaba muy bien insonorizado.

+ Très bon accueil + Chambre confortable et propre + Bon rapport qualité / prix - Pas d'accès en tramway. 2 bus à prendre pour se rendre dans le vieux Porto. Pont arrabida seulement pour les voitures. Cependant les taxis ne sont pas chers; Hotel à environ 10 minutes de la Cais de Gaia.

We had only one nights stay at Novotel, but it will definitely be a choice when we come back for at stay or a whole holiday in Porto. Nice staff, fine rooms and the buffet we had was quite good. Great find for the price.

Öncelikle superrior oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen respsiyon sisteminde bu bilgiye ulaşamadı ve 45 dakika sonra rezervasyonun doğruluğunu tespit edip 1 saat sonra odalarımıza yerleşebildik. Très bonne prestations de l'hotel, un arrêt de bus juste à côté pour se rendre au centre ville ou à plage. Très bon séjour.

Gostei muito atendimento,acomodações,comida e os serviços.

Hôtel de trés bonne prestation, difficile à localiser.

Stort, rent og deilig rom. Badebasseng med solsenger. Kort veg med bil/buss til selve sentrum. Rett ved kjempedigert kjøpesenter med bl.a 20 kinosaler. Trivelig personale med gode engelskkunnskaper. Med andre ord - mulighet til å kombinere badeferie (i basseng), med shopping og kultur.
