Room clean. Prompt service. Umbrella available in suite, which was nice, as we had lots of rain. Our arrival flight was early, and we has requested from Hotel.com if we could take occupancy of our suite early. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was fully serviced and available for us as requested. Hats off to Hotel.com for this. Literally steps to Trafalgar Square and a block from tube station. You couldn't be more in London. Rooms are small but very workable. You aren't there to stay inside. Restaurant is ok but very expensive. Neighborhood joints have much much better value. Absolutely would stay again.

Great location in heart of Trafalgar Sq. Very good hotel, free wifi, free ipad loaner, attentive front desk. Typical smallish room, but well equipped with flat screen, desk, sizable wardrobe. Top marks for value.

Very comfortable rooms with windows that open so you can hear Big Ben. Free refillable bottles at water fountain on every floor. Workable bathroom with large shower. Walk to West End theatres. Right at Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross tube. Very clean. Comfy bed.

I loved my stay at Club Quarters....perfect location in the heart of Trafalgar Square. Staff were friendly and quick. Room was perfect combination of clean, spacious, functional and great view to see part of the Square. Also super close to 2 tube stations, as well as tour buses! Will stay there again!

The location is fantastic and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff very nice, and the bar is a pleasant place to have tea or an evening cocktail. Our only quibbles were arriving to find the bathroom didn't have soap or shampoo (instead we had two lotions -- not too helpful for keeping ourselves clean, though at least we'd smell like lotion...) […] and, the rooms are quite warm. I had the air seetings on the lowest they would go, and the fan on high, and the room only got fairly comfortable by morning hours (my partner was less bothered by this). Staff very helpful and kind, arrived very early and the room was ready, had wished that there was room service but location is so amazing only two minutes to coffee and food, LOCATION AMAZING! The sofas in the bar need replacing ,light leather has not weathered well , in general great place at very reasonable rates

Hotel locationfitted the bill exactly for late night entertainment and morning breakfast, book shops and river trip to Greenwich.Room amenities were excellent including tea/coffee and fridge plus views over Westminster a bonus.

Club Quarters is located in a great location, walking distance to many main attractions. The room with kitchenette has a small refrigerator and a microwave. A small Tesco is around the corner. This is our third time staying here and we will come back again!

Fourth hotel of our trip and our last hotel in Paris was just the worse as far as size and comfort. This hotel was not just the best overall in every way but I would recommend it to everyone. Hotel had a cab waiting for us at 7 am to take us to the airport ( about 35 minutes). We arranged this night before. Beautiful restaurant. We wanted to see London, and Club Quarters was the right choice of a hotel for this purpose. It's located right at the Trafalgar Square, within walking distance of all main historic sites, several subway stations and bus stops. Contrary to what I would expect, it was quiet at night and the cost was very reasonable. The room was smaller than hotel rooms […] in the US but a good size for Europe. It was very clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and got our room right away without any extra charge. I really enjoyed my stay, the reception staff are brilliant, the room is one of the best I've stayed in at that price range and the lifts are fast. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Close to the Tube, Coventry Garden and Soho. I don't usually fill these reports in but this hotel and it's staff deserve the review.

Great location close to everything a London tourist would want. Free WiFi, kitchen facilaties and water bottle service were great to help keep us connected and ready to go each morning.

Just came back from a 4 day business trip to London. picked the "Club" based on location and reviews - and i wasn't disappointed. great location, you are less than 2 minute walk from several subway stations, tons of restaurants and shops all around. the hotel was great, very comfortable and staff was very helpful. will stay here again for sure.

This hotell was over all good, but when we borrowed the iron my husbands shirt got completely destroyd. And 30min before a important dinner. Thank god we brought a extra shirt. The service was so good at the hotell, that they fixed it and sent it to us! We can highly recomand this hotel.

Location is perfect, however the room became so hot, even with the heat off and a window cracked open, that it was uncomfortable. It turns out that in the winter, it only gives out heat, so they gave us a fan which helped. We have stayed here before and never had this problem, but were told that some rooms were warmer than others.

Wonderful stay - just a quick overnight needed in a little luxury, and thats what I got. Quiet room on the back side of the Hotel, large room (they said I had been upgraded on check in). Very happy. Will return.

Not only would I stay here again, I'd go out of my way to stay here. It is literally 1/2 block away from Trafalgar Square, the literal center of London. Walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, the eye, Picadilly Circus... truly fantastic. The price is obviously right. Don't think twice, book it.

Spent a night there with family, 2 little ones - 4 yo and 2 yo. Location is fantastic. It is a business oriented hotel but given the proximity to major touristic sites it is a very convenient place to stay while on leisure. This is the 4th time we have stayed there. The staff are always helpful, the location excellent. We have been able to have room access from before midday. We do not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on quality.
