Our family visted Paris and Eurodisney. We selected this hotel based on other reviews, proximity to Disney and price. Room was clean. The computers and games in the lobby were terrific for our children. Food was expensive and just adequate. However, I realize Paris is very expensive. This is my 1st time!I'm very unhappy about their service! I loss a brand new water bottle for my 7year old son which i've just bought from Disneyland Paris! I left it in my hotel room on the table. I complain to the front desk but they just brush me off and say they don't know how to help me. In the end, they said they have waived off my hotel city […] tax in compensation for my water bottle,but i've checked with my friend which we have stay at the same hotel and he told me he did'nt pay the city tax also! We had a good stay the room was spacious n good. Italian rest is two mts frm the hotel serve good pizza. City centre is abt 15mts drive

We think that everything was fine. The breakfast was especially good as there were alot of choices and the quality of the food was nice. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is easy to find and close to Disney Land if you have a car. The staff is very helpful and the room is comfortable. I did not care much about the bathroom (commode) being in a separate room from the sink and the shower, but I guess the designer thought it was a nice touch! The free internet was nice also. The fitness room has state of the art […] equipment. We used it one night. The breakfast was pricey and we did not eat there. We had a car and went to buy groceries (sandwiches etc.) at Auchan, a large store about 10 minutes away by car. The store is located at Val de Europe shopping mall. We booked this hotel for the night following our Disneyland trip. It was exactly what we needed: not overly fancy, but everything we needed was there (good beds for a family of four to rest in, for one), and it is clean. The hotel is a ten-minute drive from Disneyland.

The hotel located very near the highway and close to Disney Park in Paris. So, if you have a plan to go disney park, it could be recommended to stay this hotel with resonable cost.^^

Nice hotel, just as good as the novotels with four stars, if not better. Great location if you go by car, clise to outletmall and Disneyland.

Last year we stayed at the Sante Fe at Disney. This was much better; room, food, pool, free wifi. Would recommend again.

Have stayed her before and it was the same, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Only problem is the food and drinks are very expensive, but we never ate at the hotel, we took our own stuff but very handy if you need anything. Overall nice hotel would recommend and stay again.

Excellent hotel for the price. Although they charge for all other stuffs, it's an excellent place to stay for people traveling to Disneyland.

Drove here so could use train to go to/from city (convenience of your own car but not having to fight city traffic). However, this hotel does not offer train shuttle (make sure you are specifically looking for it) but they do offer free parking. But the station is a short drive away (so long as you have a GPS to guide you).

Stayed here for one night, whilst visiting Disneyland Paris with my 5 year old daughter. The Hotel was ideal, it is approx 15km from the Parks and you need your own car. The Hotel was very smart and clean. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both excellent value. They have a childrens menu which was also excellent. I must say that I didn't expect much when I booked this hotel but booked it because of its good price and proximity from Disneyland Paris. However, when we checked in, we were well surprised to hear we had been upgraded to a better room! The room was a very good size, clean and comfortable. This was a real bonus since we had spend the day out in the freezing weather and this was a real treat to relax in our room. The staff were very helpful and polite and the rooms were spacious and clean. Its best to have your own car if you want to go to Disneyland - as we did aswell as for getting back to the hotel. The breakfast was lovely, fresh croissants and the most delicious brioche you have ever tasted!! got lost on the way to paris so after hours of driving round it was great to check into a nice clean hotel with friendly staff went to the room very clean comfortable room was cleaned everyday smelt fresh the loby had play area for kids and internet access great hotel would stay again

We used this hotel for a weekend at Eurodisney. The hotel was everything we expected. Clean and comfortable, close to Eurodisney. It is situated on an industrial park and is remote - we had done our research and we knew this to be the case. I was very dissapointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was OK - Standard Novotel which are generally very good. My problem was with the staff. It started with the receptionist who did not speak any English at all (most Novotels are fully international and English speaking which is why I chose this hotel for my family). I struggled to book […] in with my limited knowedge of French. Later we were looking for some ice, my wife who speaks fluent french phoned reception and was told they couldn't understand her. This is difficult to accept as my wife used to live in France and has been comended on her French. Later on we went to the resturant. After being seated we were completely ignored for half an hour while the waiters served French families who had come in after us. The same thing happend to another english family sat opposite us. In the end I complained to our waiter. Eventually we had another waiter who served us and was quite helpful. It did not take away the feeling though that that many of the staff at this particular Novotel got out of their way to treat English guests poorly. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Trés mauvaise impression en arrivant. Chambre vieille et limite sale. Une bonne gueulante à la réception et nous avons été déplacé dans une chambre rénovée. c'est le jour et la nuit. EXIGEZ UNE CHAMBRE RENOVEE. Hormis cela, excellent service, amabilité de la réception t parfait PDJ. Nous y retournerons.

Très bon accueil, très bonne réactivité, hôtel propre, confortable. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre même en baissant la clim. Les chambre près des ascenseurs sont un peu bruyantes. Sinon il y a un Buffalo et un Del Arte pour manger, et l'autoroute est à côté (Disney à 15 min).

Très bon hotel, design propre et très agréable. J'y ai passé 2 nuits consécutives et j'aimerai bien y retourner. on est très satisfait de cet hotel. l'hotel est réellement a 13 min du parc disneyland paris c'est très pratique. je recommande cet hotel.

Hotel très confortable, idéal pour famille, facile à trouver et très proche du parc disney.

Vi bodde der i tre netter for å besøke Disneyland. Det var et stykke å reise med både buss og tog, men det gikk greit. Dyrt å reise med taxi frem og tilbake hver dag. Ville ok valgt et hotell nærmere parken neste gang, det du sparer på taxi kan du legge i hotellet... Maten var helt grei, lite barnevennlig ute-område, men lekeplass ble bygget mens vi […] var der. Servicen var bra, men vær klar over at hotellet kun forholder seg til et taxi selskap som er det dyreste i området. Kan være lurt å bestille taxi selv. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Accueil charmant, informations claires, chambre très propre au calme, sans bruit. Je reproche cependant le très mauvais état de la moquette (tachée partout), de la pomme de douche cassée mais fonctionnant quand même et le bouchon de la baignoire fuyant... Le tout est tout de même satisfaisant par sa propreté et la qualité de sa literie.

en dehors du fait que le sommier grinçait et une lampe de chevet grillée, notre séjour a été agréable. Hotel calme .

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel la veille d'un séjour à Disneyland. L'Hotel se trouve dans une zone industrielle peu glamour mais ce n'est pas ce que nous recherchions. L’accès à cette zone se fait par un portail de sécurité surveillé par 1 vigile 24/24 et l’accès au parking de l’hôtel est aussi sécurisé, donc aucune inquiétude de se faire voler […] sa voiture la nuit. A 200m se trouve un Buffalo grill et une pizzeria del arté, parfait pour manger sans faire 15 minutes de voiture pour trouver un resto. Le parc Disney se trouve à 10 minutes par autoroute (sans péage), l'idéal !!!!! La chambre est très bien, WC séparé de la sdb. Très propre: le confort classique des hôtels de cette gamme. Le petit déj est complet, continental, rien de surprenant mais très bien pour se rassasier avant une journée à Disney. Bref, si vous cherchez un hotel à proximité du parc pour un tarif très compétitif et un service nickel, n'hésitez pas. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Het is een prima hotel, de lobey oogt fris en schoon, het is ook leuk dat er een kinect voor de kinderen staat. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, lekker brood en goed beleg. De kamers zijn praktisch, enige nadeel was dat het er bloed heet was. Verder zou ik het vrienden van mij aanraden.

Bons cotés : Propre, repas agréable Moins bons : Ambiance froide, impersonnelle Je me suis perdue en sortant de ma chambre, car je n'avais aucun moyen visuel de situer l'escalator ... pourquoi ne pas faire des portes coupe-feu de couleur différentes ? Les couloirs sont interminables

Accueil parfait, salle de sport incroyable, petit déjeuner très bien, chambre propre. Hôtel bien situé à 15 mn environ de Disneyland. Je vous invite à y aller les yeux fermés.
