Airotel Parthenon - เอเธนส์

Free ok breakfast, our air conditioning didn't work and we reported it day 1 and day 2. Never came to repair it. Overall a good hotel and within walking distance to Parthenon.

We stayed here a week ago before going to the Islands. We returned to this hotel because the location is a block from the New Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis Metro Station. It is located on a quiet street with super helpful staff and a really good breakfast. I highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is excellently placed just a 5 minute walk from the Parthenon Museum and the entrance to the Acropolis. It is also 5 minutes from the beginning of the beautiful Plakka neighborhood, which is where we spent most of our time. Highly recommended for the location. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and each time have greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff are helpful and kind and remember us year after year! It is situated right in the heart of all the sights one would like to see in Athens. Amazing restaurants, cafe's and gelato shop very close. Lots to explore! Can't wait until our next visit.

This hotel was brilliant! The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff - from the moment we arrived they offered us advice on where to go and helped us plan out our weeks stay in Athens. We had a small issue with the hotel drycleaning while we were there (the clothes were still damp when they were returned to our room), not a huge deal for us but the hotel staff went out of their way to apologise and offered us a free drink at the hotel bar and we had no charge for the drycleaning - which just goes to show the quality of their service! The hotel location is perfect for all of the major attractions (literally 4-5 minutes walk to the Acropolis) and is based in a very nice, touristy area with lots of cafes and markets around - not over priced either. This hotel was beautiful. The decor in the lobby/ sitting area was old fashioned but the theme carried through. Airotel Parthenon could not be located in a better place. Right by the Parthenon (as the name suggests) and the new Acropolis Museum. Great location! My only problem was the room was very warm. We were in between heating and cooling so it was hard to regulate the room temperature. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Had to open the room. We did speak to management but they couldn't do anything about it.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The hotel is right around the corner from the Acroplis Metro station and taxi/bus stops. It is also in the heart of the old district which is full of shops, restaurants, historic sights, and pleasant, safe streets. We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights it was really nice hotel the location is great 2 min walk to Acropoli metro station, the staff their are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, although I think they should paint put better lights in the bathroom.

We had a really lovely stay. There was a minor issue but it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous at all times and spoke good english. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable but not luxurious. It is exceptionally located for for easy walks to Athens' greatest sites: the Acropolis, Agora, Acropolis Museum, the Roman Market, and much more. I recommend Aerotel Parthenon as an excellent base from which to explore exquisite Athens.

Upon arrival, the front desk came out to help us unload our luggage from the taxi, which was a very nice gesture. We complained to the hotel but they said it is probably jammed up by the overloading usage, well you know what, it is time for an upgrade! We live in a digital era so there is no excuses that my iphone 5 cannot even locate the network name when I am in my room. Location: Great, although it is a bit hard to find by the cabs, so just have them drop you off at the Acropolis metro if they can’t locate the hotel on GPS (we had enough share of frustration from the cabs in Athens). If you like fish, so do the Greeks, you have to order some fish from the local restaurants, they are very good. Have some cash on hand, some only take cash. The hotel was easy to find, with Acropolis Metro station just round the corner. Reception was welcoming and our room was large and clean with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom, with bath as well as shower. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice of everything you could wish for, whatever your tastes. We would happily stay there again.
