Mercure Paris Lafayette - ปารีส

Very arrogant staff at the reception, which was ignoring us and any of our requests/questions/concerns. Cleaning staff that cant read in english or french.... If you put 'do not disturb sign on the door' - you can be sure somebody will be knocking on your door until you answer (for over 10min...) Very dirty and small room. After staying at another hotel the night before for double the price, I feel this was a better choice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean! The lobby looked as if was being renovated at the time but none the service and rooms were of quality. The nieghborhood is great, tons of places to eat.

I thought it was nice and clean but as they said, the double rooms is not that big but it was clean and near shops and place of interest. the hotel does not have a big eating area but the staff are all nice.

Bonjour, Je profite de ce mail pour vous signaler mon mécontentement sur mon séjour au Mercure Paris Lafayette. J'avais fait une réservation de 2 chambres pour 2 nuits. Lors de mon arrivé à l'hotel, Le recpetionniste nous a donné 2 chambres. Dans la première le lit n'était pas fait et la fenetre grande ouverte. Visiblement cette chambre n'avait pas […] été nettoyé. Je trouve inadmissible que pour le prix payé ce genre de désagrément puisse arriver. Nous avons été changé de chambre. Dans cette nouvelle chambre la climatisation ne focntionnait pas. Pour la seconde chambre il n'y avait qu'un jeu de serviette, alors que le chaque était bien occupé par 2 personnes. Je réside régulièrement dans des hotels mercure (Luxeuile, Sochaux...) et je pensais avoir un service de qualité. C'est pour cela que j'avais réservé dans un hotel de votre groupe. Cette dernière expérience m'a profondément déçue. Je ne sais plus quoi penser du service mercure. Je ne vous demande pas de vous justifier car je pense qu'il n'y a aucune explication sinon que cet hotel est peu recommandable. Mes beaux parents qui résidaient pour la première fois en France ont été profondément choqué de ce séjour et garderotn une trés mauvaise image de votre hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

decevant - j'attendais mieux d'un mercure - chambre trop petite - petit dej buffet commun

Accueil agréable. Chambre propre, SdB également. L'isolation phonique sur l'extérieur serait à renforcer (réveillés à 5h du matin par des bruits dans la rue).

Et greit kjedehotell med veldig praktisk beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening, ingen støy og godt renhold av rommene. Jeg sjekker gjerne inn på ny!

Jättetrevlig personal, väldigt fräscha och fina rum. Ligger nära tågstation och metrostation, många restauranger - bra läge helt enkelt. Jag kan verkligen rekomendera detta hotell!
