Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes London - ลอนดอน

Not a bad hotel by any means but looks a little tired. Deluxe room somewhat small and dark but then this London. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good value at reduced rate.

The "Superior" room is a liite bit small. But, location, service and staff were excellent

Our standard double room was bright and clean and a good size for central London. The hotel lobby area was clean and well furnished. Everything in the room worked as it should, there were adequate power points and the shower was good with a comfortable water temperature. Upon check-in hotel tried to get us to upgrade! Upon visiting our room we were put into a very undesireable room, so we were forced to do the upgrade! Once we Moved room was very comfortable.

As i said the service is friendly and fast no sooned said than done... small hiccup with the on line site showing a different room pic to the one i get but still no complaint from me......

I was excepting much more from this hotel. Room wasn't ready till after 2pm. Location was ok and having a underground station close did help a little. Our room was very small and the closet door was broken when we arrived. The bathroom was basically see thru and would of been ok for a single guest but not for a couple who wished not to see eachother […] going the bathroom !!! We were on the first or second floor round the back, right by the air conditioning units it seemed and the noise was quite annoying. The room was far too hot and the a/c only blew out hot air.

we enjoyed our stay in london. the sherloc hotel was clean,quiet and close to everything. The price was very reasonal.

I FEEL THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED ..ITS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE STAYED THERE FOR A WHILE ..SO IT HAD HAD A MAKE OVER ..NICE JOB ..GREAT ATMOSPHERE IN THE BAR AREA ..

This was a great hotel for leisure. The hotel is near the tube and the bus line, and it was very easy to get anywhere in London. The ambiance was striking, combing everything Sherlock Holmes and London.

This hotel is not located in Mayfair, as advertized on Hotels.com. The pictures are very deceiving and overall, the hotel is a dump. Definitely not woth the price. The front desk employess were helpful, but would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Great area for seeing London, close to the Baker Street Station on the Baker-Loo line which you can access from Heathrow (Just change from the Picadilly line at Picadilly Circus). Several nice restaurants nearby and a Tesco market next door which was great! Saved us a ton of money on snacks and water. Mejor imposible en Londres!! Esta en la mejor ubicacion posible!

Værelserne er små og dyre. Morgenmad rigtig god men for dyr. Super venligt personale. Rent, pænt og virkelig god beliggenhed både i forhold til shopping og til LHR.

Vi fick ett rum som vi inte trivdes i alls från början, en stor fläkt utanför fönstret som dels skymde utsikt men i första hand störde vår nattsömn. Men när vi påtalade detta så fick vi byta till ett annat rum direkt utan vidare. Mycket proffsigt gjort anser vi! Det nya rummet var jättebra, trivsamt och jättefin utsikt över hustaken i London!

Chambres petites. Salle de bain pas de qualité. Ascenseur pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Vue sur climatisation, horrible. Pas petit-déjeuner inclus pour le prix élevé de la chambre. Bar très sympa et personnel de l'hôtel très gentil

Roomservice-bestilling af the og sandwich blev først efterkommet efter 55 min. Anmodning i receptionen om hjælp til reservation af bord på restaurant, blev venligt imødekommet med lovning om, at besked herom ville blive lagt på vores værelse, men bestillingen blev ikke foretaget og vi modtog ingen besked derom! Bestilling af afternoontea afgivet kl. […] 15.10 i baren, blev efterlyst kl. 15.30 med besked om, at vi snart skulle gå for at nå vores fly. L'hôtel est très bien, les environs offrent toutes les commodités (restos, banques, épicerie, cafés). A notre arrivée, nous n'avions pas nos bagages (perdus par la compagnie); le concierge nous a aidés (brosses à dents, dentifrice) et a passé des coups de fil pour faire avancer les choses. It is close to station so that you can go to anywhere with subway. A lot of shops and many kinds of shops are near the hotel and it is easy to find and buy things. Interior design of hotel is really nice. Room is clean, and comfortable. To find things related to Sherlock Holmes there is interesting, I guess. Ilmastointi toimi huonosti. Ilmoitin asiasta repsaan. Ei mitään korjausta tai vastausta asian. Huoneen viiletämiseksi nukuimme ikkuna auki (hieman melua, mutta se oli kuitenkin pienempi paha kuin kuumuus). Huonetyyppi (superior) oli todellisuudessa ahtaampi kuin mitä kuvista voisi päätellä. Muutoin hotellissa kaikki toimi moitteettomasti.

Very good location and good services. There are a few small isuues. No hand towel provided. Luggage rack is too far away from the entrance. HVAC seems cannot be control via the thermostat.

Välbeläget hotell nära till tunnelbana med flera linjer. Servicevänlig personal. Dock något dyr frukost. Finns alternativ i närheten

Vi tilbrakte en flott langhelg på Park Praza Sherlock Holmes hotel og var svært fornøyd. Riktignok er hotellet gammelt og noe slitt, men rent og pent. Betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Perfekt plassert i forhold til et besøk på Madame Tussauds. Perfekt plassert i forhold til stoppesteder for sightseeng (Big Bus Hop On Hop Off). Dejligt hotel med en helt fantastisk beliggenhed. Værelserne var ikke overdrevent imponerende men ganske ok. Det var rart at alting lå i nærheden. Desuden var hotellets ansatte virkelig søde og imødekommende.

Vi spenderade 5 toppen dagar i London och mycket var hotellets förtjänst. Vi fick personliga rekomendationer av hotellpersonalen och besökte ställen och restauranger vi annars inte hade hittat till. Frukosten var dyr så vi valde att gå till de många olika caffeer som låg väg i väg. Läget är helt suveränt och hela området präglas av Sherlock Holmes. The personel was very helpfull and nice, the location was super, close to underground and regent park. But the bed was bad, we felt every single spring in the mattress.

Glassdører inn til badet innbyr ikke til par-tur, samme hvor fancy det måtte være.

Bra standard, rent och prydligt! Har inte utnyttjat frukost eller bar men det finns flera mysiga cafeer i närheten där man kan fika både ute och inne. Perfekt hotell för oss som vill ha närhet till både shopping och det lugna Regents Park!
